Anti-Church Rights: Criminal Malfeasance in the Federal Government.

This is about the long-lasting culturally destructive effects of the illegally and unconstitutionally established so-called "Constitutional" Principle of Separation of Church and State. It was from the beginning a clear-cut violation of the Constitution, and eventually became a string of violations of the religion clause of the First Amendment.
Congress
shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of
speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to
assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. --Amendment I (Emphasis Added)
Congress was specifically prohibited from establishing a national religion, and specifically prohibited from interfering with freedom of conscience in choosing and living in accordance with the religion of the citizen's choosing.
The original intent of the authors and ratifiers was to protect religion from the state. The effect of the unconstitutional Supreme Court decision in the 1947 Everson case was to turn this upside down, and protect the government from religion. It was to make something other than religion drive politics, and act as a base for determining right and wrong. It was to secularize society. In other words, to eventuate a secular government in control of religion.
The Separation of Church and State treatment shows how Justice Black and the other Justices who sustained the Everson decision went out of their way to stretch a bus-fare issue for children into state-support of a religion, I believe with evil intent. This was not merely an advancement of atheism/agnosticism in society, but an advancement of militant secularism.
The religions (plural) the Framers and Ratifiers were freeing with the religion clause were the established Protestant denominations and the Catholicism of the existing Colonies at the time. General Christianity, in other words. Read through the American Quotations for the evidence. Their own speeches, writings and arguments highlight Christianity being the bedrock foundation of their morality and their basis for civil law.
Look through the Federalist Papers, the Anti-Federalist Papers, and you will come to no other conclusion. The very wording of the Declaration of Independence, and the strong adherence to the principles established in the Declaration by the Constitution itself reveals it. Judaism and Christianity alone, among all the world's religions, hold to the mirror image of God's Law seen in the Natural Law. They are one and the same Law. And they are the very basis of America as Constituted.
That is what make us a "good" people; that is what makes "good" law.
Christians electing Christians to legislate representative law.
Moral people electing moral representatives should mean moral law.
Here's what we said should be done in the Separation page:
I submit that, since the 1947 Everson case, our government has systematically violated our religious freedom by imposing a state religion of atheism, through a program of legal secularization. This secularization is, precisely, a program of religious cleansing, of the public square and of the American people, being done by the American government. American citizens are increasingly forced by civil law to be, appear to be or pretend to be either atheists, or such pervasive moral relativists as to be guilty of the mortal sin of indifferentism.
The
Constitution restricted the government from dictating religion to the
people. The Court turned this around, and set the government to legally
secularizing itself, divorcing itself from God, and thereby beginning a
program of legally secularizing the people. The unseen victim in this
program was the Judeo-Christian religion itself, and the Judeo-Christian
moral code that formed the original basis for the very idea of
America.
I further submit that Justice Black and the 1947 Court was out of order in the Everson decision; that it had no foundation in precedent or existing law, that it was an arbitrary and personal opinion, that it has had tragic consequences adversely affecting the morality of the American people and the integrity of the American government. It should therefore be overturned. The Supreme Court overstepped its bounds in establishing what amounted to new law, which is unrepresentative law. It is not within the duties of the Supreme Court to dictate new law by the method of establishing bogus legal precedent of use in suppressing open Christian religious exercise and Christian religious expression anywhere in America. Such religious suppression represents an unconstitutional violation of the First Amendment free exercise clause.
Just as the Court established the Principle of Judicial Review,
in Maybury v. Madison in 1803, the Congress may establish a Principle of
Congressional Review, and the President may establish a Principle of
Executive Review, by overturning clearly unconstitutional,
Court-established legal precedent, and declaring it null, void and no precedent from that date forward.
The 1947 Everson case should be overruled by the Legislative branch or by the Executive branch, either acting together or acting singly. The Court, the Legislature and the Executive are all co-equal branches of the American government. The Court has no dictatorial authority to establish new “Constitutional principles” that may not be found anywhere in the Constitution.
Congress and/or the President should have acted to put this aside in 1947. Since it didn’t happen then, it remains for a future government to do it.
His will be done.
As in so many other cases, Everson violated the Constitutional Principle of Separation of Powers. In effect, it made New Law, which didn't exist before, without legislation and without representation, usurping the exclusive law making authority of the Congress, as expressed in Article One Section One.
- All a new President or a new Congress has to do, very simply, is to Declare It Null. Following the precedent set by the Court in Maybury v Madison, a President could do it, or a Congress could do it. An unconstitutional law is no law.
Nothing to it but to do it. - The Attorney General and Department of Justice should aggressively pursue restitution and damages for victims of legal violation of religious rights through court actions. Bakers, photographers, caterers and any others who have suffered at the hands of any corrupted, anti-Constitution legal system deserve restoration of losses and suffering for keeping and living their faith.
- Organizations, attorneys, courts and judges who directly violated citizen rights to freedom of religion should similarly be prosecuted for fines, disbarment and removal from office.
The Constitution is either the Supreme Law of the Land or it is not.
Question: If not Christianity, what basis is their for civil law?
Answer: What we have now.
Look around.
- Men with the legal "right" to enter the lady's room.
- Legalized public blasphemy against the majority religion.
- Satanic statues in public places, protected by law.
- State protection of Islam, which intends to destroy the entire First Amendment and is irreconcilably and violently opposed to the whole of the Constitution, and to all of the established Natural Law rights in the Declaration.
- State sponsorship of the advance of Marxist ideology, which, like Islam, is absolutely antithetical to Constitutional America, yet sponsored and grown by government, both in government itself and in American culture.
- State sponsored opposition to nature itself, through government advancement of Scientism for purely political purposes.
- Absolutely unrepresentative "representative government".
And all the Marxist ideologues dressed up as conservatives wonder why so many among We The People are so enthralled with Donald Trump.
