Trump and Palin: Why are they considered to be the incompatible "Odd Couple"?

If there's an incompatible "Odd Couple" it is the Tea Party and the Republicrat Party, not Trump and Palin, both of whom fully intend to stop exactly what we the people want stopped.

Only Rush gets this right, and even those "knowledgeable" and supposedly conservative public spokesmen who listen to him don't really "listen". Or they don't have ears to hear. Perhaps reason and critical thinking have been educated out of them, or perhaps they're not nearly as conservative as we, and they themselves, think they are. They're certainly not anywhere near as conservative or as Constitutionalist as they should be.
