This site is all about human rights, and particularly those Natural Law rights described in the Christian American Politics pages.  They describe the foundational human rights of Equality, Life, Liberty and Property, upon which all of the American Constitutional rights are based.  Each right established in the Bill Of Rights is the offspring of these four basic human rights, from our Declaration of Independence. 

Yet, today, we see a plethora of new "Rights" born of notions from deep within ideologies of Globalism, Islam, Marxism, Secularism, Racism, Sexism and just general, all-around Anti-Americanism.  None of them have any basis in Natural Law; in point of fact, they oppose Nature and Natural Law. 

And yet, today, these bogus "rights" are treated by the courts, by attorneys, by politicians holding office and running for office, by the News Media and by upper academia as being, not only not unconstitutional, but somehow, legal.  With good legal standing.  And this view is almost universal.  In America.  Where the Constitution is the Sovereign, and the Supreme Law of the Land. 

Constitutional America is unique in all the world in that she is aligned with the Natural Law, protecting citizen rights that originated with the Divine Author of Nature.  Since government did not grant these rights, government cannot take them away.  In other nations, "rights" are actually "privileges", granted by government, and taken away by government, at the whim of the government.  In America, the Supreme Law is the only Sovereign, and the government is subject to it, just like the rest of the citizenry. 

Well, all that has changed, for now. 

All of these bogus, conjured-into-being "rights", taken collectively, or some of them even individually, amount to a new right of any American citizen to commit - Treason.  To seek to destroy the Constitution, and to destroy America, as Constituted.  And not be charged with a crime. 

And that is being done, right out in the open, with complete impunity. 

Woman's "right" to choose to abort someone.  Constitutional?

To be a Legitimate Law or a Legitimate Constitutional Right, it has to actually exist, or actually be in the Constitution.  Or, it has to be legislated and signed into being by a Congress and a President.  Or, it has to be established by passage of a Constitutional Amendment.  It cannot be "adjudicated" into being by any court, and it cannot be "dictated" into being by any President, and it cannot be "regulated" into being by any unelected, unrepresentative and unaccountable bureaucrat. 

Only the Congress makes new law; only the President enforces existing law; only the Court adjudicates existing law.  That's the Constitution. 

The Constitution - the Supreme Law of the Land and our only true American Sovereign - is quite explicit about all that.  There are limits on what the three branches can legislate, execute and adjudicate.  The scope and authority of the government is set in stone. 

If a new federal law or a new federal "right" does not originate with Congress, in accordance with Article One Section One, it is unconstitutional, and in need of being declared unconstitutional, null and void.  If a new law or "right" exceeds the government limitations established in Article One Section Eight, again, it is unconstitutional, and in need of being declared unconstitutional, null and void. 

It would take a Constitutional Amendment to establish a new federal law or a new federal citizen right that is not already in the Constitution.  Which could be done.  All that would be required would be for Congress to draw up the Amendment and send it out to the States, for ratification by 3/4 of the States.  Very simple; nothing to it.  No need for any Constitutional Convention. 

Have you seen any Amendment to our Constitution establishing a woman's right to choose to abort anybody? 

That's funny; neither have I. 

Have you seen anything in the Constitution granting the Court, or any of the three co-equal branches of government, any special interpretive authority over the Constitution not equal to the the interpretive authority of the other two branches? 

Again, neither have I.  There is no such special interpretive authority.  The Court has unconstitutionally assumed that authority, and the other two branches of government have allowed the Court to do it, either out of stupidity or evil intent.  Since our unconstitutional Political Parties are and have been running the whole American government completely outside the bounds of the Constitution, I would guess that evil intent is a whole lot more likely than stupidity. 

The Political Parties comprise an unconstitutional Shadow Government. 

The Court's Roe v Wade and Doe v Bolton decisions did more than violate Article 1 Section 1 and Article 1 Section 8.  It violated the Constitution to make new federal law, which abrogated and overrode legitimate, legislated, representative anti-abortion law as it existed at the time, on the books in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.  This was a direct violation of the Ninth Amendment,

and a direct violation of the Tenth Amendment,

The Justices who voted this unconstitutional "right" into being violated the Constitution and their own oaths of office to do it, opening themselves up to impeachment for treason against the Constitution. They all did what they swore in their oaths of office not to do.

But nobody noticed.  How convenient for the advance of evil. 

There is no right to abortion in the Natural Law; quite the opposite.  If anything at all opposes Nature, it is abortion.  No matter; now, through evil indoctrination masquerading as education, and evil propaganda masquerading as news reporting, the "Constitutional Right" to abort people is now championed by celebrity, and nearly mainstream among the citizenry.  Including even many Churches. 

Every evil in America and perhaps the whole world is either rooted in or was put on steroids by the general acceptance of abortion, as an actual human right.  Mother Teresa put it most succinctly:

This was the message she delivered in no uncertain terms to the UN, to the American Congress, and to Madam Hillary and Billary, when they shared the American Presidency.  Of course they, and their whole new unconstitutional Ruling Class, were the only ones who did not applaud. 

With general acceptance of abortion, evil advanced everywhere, perhaps especially in the practice of medicine.  We had the "harvesting" of organs from live babies, done by abortionists, the "dregs" of the medical profession, for profit. 

And, we have the "harvesting" of organs from live people, done by actual "doctors", again, for profit.  Heart and other vital organ transplants were once quite rare, because the donor had to die in close proximity to the recipient, in order for the organ to still be viable for transplant. 

That was in the days when death was determined by the death of the heart.  The patient was not medically declared to be dead until the heart was no longer beating, and could not be restarted. 

But then, they got the bright idea to declare the patient dead as soon as they saw a "flat" brain wave.  This despite the fact that there have been many recorded cases of people coming back to consciousness after experiencing long periods of flat brain wave detection. 

No matter; if the brain wave is flat, get them organs, quick, while the heart is still beating.  After the heart stops beating, the organs begin to die from lack of blood.  Can't have that.  There's money in them there organs. 

With the medical change of how death is determined to be a flat brain wave, while the heart was still beating, the numbers of transplant operations rocketed, along with fame and fortune of transplant surgeons. 

Let this be a warning to not make yourself a "donor" on your driver's license or any "living will" or any other such instrument.  You could become a "donor" long before your time.  Which, of course, would make it your time.  There are now "doctors" who are just looking for and perhaps making opportunities to grab organs from anyone who's heart is still beating, for very serious profit.  Human organs have been made into a lucrative market commodity. 

The Hippocratic Oath went obsolete a long time ago.  That's Old School. 

Opposition to Human Life, and to all Human Institutions.

At the root of all the bogus "rights" imposed upon the people against their will is the ongoing "Progressive" march to Marxist cultural Revolution, boosted by the successful Marxist Sexual Revolution of the '60s.  We said that, a long time ago, in the '60s Sexual Revolution discussion and elsewhere.  The Hippies, Yippies and Druggies were the offspring of the earlier Beatniks, and the ancestors of the Occupy Wall Streeters.  Very few of any of them were ever sophisticated enough to know that they were being manipulated by others, and that they had been literally soaked in purposeful disinformation all their lives. 

The insidious goal of all the Political Party and State sponsored official disinformation was to create social aggravation and create "aggrieved" anti-American groups, to stir anger into rage, and to lead American society into Chaos, finally ripe for "Popular" Marxist "Revolution".  Or, perhaps, another Machiavellian coup, masquerading as a revolution. 

To that end, groups like Black Lives Matter cannot begin to see themselves as sacrificial lambs, purposely set up for slaughter.  They can't see the forest for the trees.  Like the Hippies, and like the Beatniks, they are lost.  Consumed by unwarranted hatred and lost. 

Human Life is not sacred to the children of chaos.  In point of fact, nothing is sacred.  The term sacredness has no meaning to them.  Having been properly Secularized, and separated from what they have been taught is Superstition, they swim in a sea of atheism, agnosticism and whatever-ism.  Put everything in a blender and drink it. 

So every man becomes the center of his own universe, in a completely self-centered existence.  It's a repeat of the original sin.  "You can be like God, knowing good and evil."  Each man judges what is good and what is bad, and that is the new warped view of "Liberty".  And it is seen as a "civil right" to do whatever it pleases one to do, and to hell with everybody else. 

The new warped view of Equality becomes purely and exclusively material in nature.  Rights and responsibilities and standing before the law have nothing to do with it.  It's a right to equality of stuff; to own the same stuff that that rich guy owns.  To have the same wealth that that rich guy has.  Without even beginning to recognize that if you divide wealth up that way, it won't be wealth any more.  It will be poverty.  Nevertheless, purely material Equality, like "Libertine" Liberty, is now seen to be a "civil right". 

The new warped view of Pursuit of Happiness becomes the right not to pursue it, but to possess it.  A right to be happy, and anything that interferes with one's right to be happy is an infringement on a civil right.  Even being happy is now held by many to be a "civil Right". 

The disinformed evil devaluing of human life at the root of it all. 

All sorts of warped and twisted thinking are born of simple failure to recognize the intrinsic value of human life.  In fact, man is seen to be bad for the planet.  Man is evil; nature is good.  That is what they have been taught and that is what they believe.  It is useless to try to explain that the premise "man is evil, nature is good" is tantamount to saying that man is not natural, and therefore there must be such a thing as something that is supernatural.  They won't even hear it. 

This thinking is the source of all Culture Of Death "values" that aim at the reduction if not destruction of the human race.  Every form of achieving sexual gratification for its own sake, while precluding the possibility of procreation, is promoted, while human procreation is demonized. 

That is the warped and twisted thinking that causes the Marxocrat Party to sponsor, champion, promote, establish as a right in law, defend and promote as good, such things as sodomy, and all sorts of sexual perversion.  As planks in their political platform.  As political campaign issues.  As "moral" issues.  Even to the point of forcing the larger culture to accommodate and cooperate with unnatural and evil sexual perversion, in business, in marketing, even in Churches. 

Any form of perversion that does not produce life, will be promoted by the Marxocrat Party.  And, sex that does not produce life, eventually ends in extinction, which is why it is called a culture of death. 

Abortion; Contraception; Masturbation; Mutual Masturbation; Anal Sex; Oral Sex; Bestiality; all the stupid practices outlined in Contraception Perversion.  All of these things are now held to be Civil Rights. 

Right. 

Add to this hatred of Human Life, hatred of Human Institutions.

The self-touted champions of nature may easily be shown to be opponents and destroyers of nature, in what they promote and in what they oppose.  Take the normative family, for instance.  There can be no mistaking the Marxocrat Party's direct attack on the family as an institution.  It is they who promote such lunacies as "No Fault Divorce", cohabitation, homosexual "marriage", homosexual adoption, significant other-hood, pornography as "free speech", and open, on the stage, in your face, public faggotry and sexual licentiousness at the core of all of pop-culture.  Movies, music, art, all of it. 

The Clintonian sexcapades are a good example.  The Party, the Media and Academia, and all the "smart" people, and the entire Moron Vote voter-base, see nothing wrong there.  In fact, Billary is held up as a model, someone to emulate, because he is so clever that he just keeps getting away with it, as everybody should.  They all wish they could lives lives half as raunchy and degenerate as his, and get away with it.  And some of them probably do. 

The family means nothing to them, except when on the Political Stage. 

The Church is demonized as "institutional religion".  Constitutional America is demonized as "institutional nationalism".  Even the rule of law is demonized as "institutional restriction of liberty". 

Where do "rights" come from?

Natural Rights come out of the Natural Law.  You were born with them.  That's why they are called Natural Rights.  Rights that go beyond Equality, Life, Liberty and Property - are they something you are born with, or are they something that must be bequeathed upon you by someone, or some human institution?  If someone gives them to you, then someone can take them away from you.  Doesn't that make them "temporary privileges" rather than "natural rights"? 

When American Marxists began politically and educationally displacing the Judaeo-Christian Ethos with "Values" Americans began to confuse privileges with real human rights, and, eventually, phony, invented Values drove out real human rights.  Where did these "Values" come from? 

It began with FDR's famous or infamous Four Freedoms:  Freedom of Speech; Freedom of Religion; Freedom from Want; Freedom from Fear.  Now, the "freedom of" of the four are already guaranteed as legal rights in the Constitution, stemming from the Natural Law human rights to Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness.  But, the "freedom from" of the four - that's another story altogether.  How can anyone, anywhere, any time, or how can any institution, existing or imaginary, ever absolutely guarantee that you, or anyone, will never want for anything, or never be in fear of anything?  Talk about stupid ...  

It's a ridiculous premise on its face.  But FDR was quite the salesman. 

It sounded good.  It invoked warm and fuzzy feelings toward FDR. 

This marked the birth of "values" in American consciousness.  These Four Freedoms were expanded into the Universal Human Rights inspired by First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt, who brought an expanded list of the Four Freedoms to the UN for consideration.  Ever since then, the UN, with the aid of the Marxocrat Party, has been trying to superimpose unlegislated, unconstitutional, unrepresentative, international "law" upon America, over the top of our Constitution, without our say so.  Seeking to "become" our government, by default, if no one stops them.  And no one is stopping them. 

(Note that the UN is a foreign entity, not subject to our Constitution and not representative of us.  No foreign entity has any right to superimpose any law over the top of our own Constitution without our consent.  This is an attempt at Globalism.  To the extent that the Marxocrat Party and/or the Republicrat Party may be Globalist, to that same extent would they be anti-American.  No one can be Globalist and American at the same time.) 

To that end, the UN and the Marxocrat Party have endorsed and sought to enforce the Humanist Manifesto and give it force of law everywhere, whether the people like it or not.  The elites know best. 

These are the "Values" of the Left.  If you think they bear a striking resemblance to the Pillars of Communism, go to the head of the class. 

Again, we have to look at each invented "right" to see where it originated.  Were you born with a right to a minimum wage?  To a job?  Or did someone or some institution have to grant you those rights, and enforce those rights, so that someone out there had to supply you a job with a minimum wage?  How about equal pay?  How about equal education, and how do you even achieve that?  How about a football scholarship? 

How about a right to just abandon your wife and children, and just go off and leave your family, or kick them out and make them leave you? 

How about your "right" to declare yourself to be of another sex, and use the other sex bathroom and shower room facilities? 

If someone, some institution, some regulation or some legislated law had grant you that right, then it is not a right; it is a privilege, and it can be taken away just as easily as it was granted. 

These Marxist "Values" clearly illustrate how those who promote themselves as Naturalists or Nature Lovers, actually hate and oppose true Nature.  They seek to defeat Nature, at every turn. 

What in the world is "Natural" about equal pay, universally applied? 

How could so many of We The People have been made so stupid? 

Where do "institutions" come from?

Well, the most "Natural" institutions arise from people who "Naturally" recognize and respect the Natural Rights of themselves and others.  From Common Sense, in other words.  The first such "Natural" human institution is the Human Family; a husband, a wife and their children.  Other arrangements are artificial and unnatural. 

Marx's Socialism, for example, openly seeks the elimination of the normative family. 

Marxism hates the family as much as it hates property.  And, it hates true education, and seeks to replace it with "Social" education, as Marx continues from above: 

I still wonder at how the raving of this brooding, malevolent malcontent ever inspired so many millions into their own discontentment and anger, when everything he ever published was such glaringly stupid claptrap.  No normal person comes naturally to Marx's conclusions.  Normal people have to be educated into them. 

And that's what disinformation, indoctrination and propaganda are for. 

Everything in Marxism is a lie.  It promises to produce a "Classless Society", by force, when the world's First Classless Society has already come to be, right here in America.  Our two unconstitutional Political Parties are both working to undo that, but still, rigid adherence to American Constitutionalism produces a natural Classless Society.  Naturally.  Inspired by the Divine Author of Nature. 

And, in fact, Marxism will only produce two Classes of men:  A Ruling Class, and a Ruled Class.  (That's what draws America's Establishment Party members, who would make themselves part of the Ruling Class.) 

To "Progressively" destroy America and other Western nations from within, Stalin sent out into the world two sets of evil agents, comprising the Popular Front: spies to infiltrate our government and military, and "social saboteurs" to infiltrate and spread "disinformation" in our education, entertainment, news and publishing industries.  The infamous Frankfurt School succeeded even beyond Stalin's wildest dreams.  American, British and other Western education, entertainment, news and publishing is now predominantly steeped in Cultural Marxism, to the point that whole national cultures now lean, or predominantly appear to lean, hard Left. 

And that is to say, anti-institution.  Anti-family; anti-Church; anti-Corporation; anti-every existing institution, per Marx's dictum: 

"... against the existing social and political order of things." and "... the forcible overthrow of all existing social conditios." pretty well covers it. 

There is no "institution" left out.  Which explains the Frankfurt School's educational mandate to turn out anti-authority, "revolutionaries" through formal education.  Through indoctrination masquerading as education, and propaganda masquerading as news and entertainment. 

That pretty well describes the Beatniks, the Hippies and Yippies, and Occupy Wall Street.  The LGBTQALPHABET Community, the Black Lives Matter movement, the ACORN and ACORN-like Alinskyite community organizations, were all born, organized, funded and supported by the Marxocrat Party, George Soros, COMINTERN, all the big Leftist funds and foundations like the Ford, Rockefeller, Clinton and others. They have produced "Revolutionaries" who mostly don't know that they are Revolutionaries.  They're just "Aggrieved" and "Disenfranchised" and perpetually angry, and easily stirred to senseless riot and rebellion. 

America haters, all.  Some of them evil, most of them stupid. 

What would the Founding Fathers say?

Try to imagine if Benjamin Franklin, or Thomas Jefferson, or George Washington were to magically appear here, today, and look around, taking in the political landscape. 

They would see many Islamic enclaves growing all over the country, not assimilating, not becoming American, but keeping separate from us and exponentially growing the Ummah, or the closed Islamic community. 

I don't know what you would say, but I would not have any good answer to that question. 

They would see ideological Marxists - which is to say, ideological anti-Americans - in high office, in all three branches of federal government, permeating even the highest ranks of the military, and actually running most large cities.  American politicians who publicly and loudly campaign and promise to eviscerate if not eliminate freedom of religion, freedom of speech, the right to keep and bear arms, freedom of the press, etc., etc., etc., and they see people "legally demonstrating" in American streets calling for the murder of officers of the law and the emptying of prisons, in between bouts of looting, burning and rioting. 

Again, I don't know what you would say, but I would say "yes".  As a people, we have gone insane. 

How, exactly, is it "legal" for officers of the government who have sworn allegiance to the Constitution to be campaigning to take away the Second Amendment, for instance, and not be recognized as guilty of Treason against the Constitutional they swore to upholod? 

How, exactly, is it "legal", and a "Constitutional Right", for organized demonstrators to publicly call for the death of officers of the law, the freeing of felons, and to be allowed to riot, loot, burn and assault citizens?  It's their right to do these things?  Excuse me?  Where and when was any such "right" established, in nature or in law? 

Despite the First Amendment, speech and press are now totally controlled, by ideological Marxists and Anarchists.  It's one way speech control, and one way freedom of speech.  For example, ...

Words or epithets such as "Honky", "Cracker", "Gringo", "Homophobe", "Islamophobe", "Chauvinist", "Bible Thumper" are OK, blessed in common usage, even overused, with no problem at all.  Normal Language. 

But you just try to say words like "nigger", "wetback", "faggot", "Jihadist", "Femi-Nazi", etc., and see what happens.  Go ahead.  Let me know how that works out for you. 

When "All in the Family" was a new show, with Archie Bunker slinging racial and sexual slurs all over the place, it was Avant Garde, and like, real today, man, and like, cool.  Ahead of its time.  Finally, entertainment was facing the big social bugaboos and bringing them out in the open.  Now, look at the reruns.  All those words are bleeped out.  Censored.  Honky is still blessed, but don't you ever say nigger, whatever you do. 

All the poor disenfranchised and aggrieved minorities have become such super delicate, tender little dears that their little feelings get hurt oh so easily now.  Whole generations of Americans have been wussified to the nth degree.  They have to have "safe zones" where they can go suck their thumbs and hug their teddy bears, and not have to hear anything they disagree with, or that might, horror of horrors, so upset their little world that they just might have to go out and riot. 

And it would serve America right if they did, poor little dears. 

Generations of American white heterosexual Christian men are all guilty inside about being American, being white, being heterosexual, being Christian, and being men.  How they all wish they were minorities!  Oh, how they all need counseling, and therapy, and maybe a big hug.  Because mommy and daddy, and grandma and grandpa, and the greats, were all so awful to minorities.  It says so, right here in this textbook. 

But, at the other end, as long as you're some kind of minority, and as long as the majority is opposed, anything goes. 

It's gotten so bad that Conservatives or Constitutionalists are not only not allowed to speak on college campuses, they aren't even allowed to be on college campuses.   The American college campus may now be among the most restrictive environments on earth for ideas, speech, print, discussion and dialogue.  And teaching.  Go figure.  College campuses are voluntarily becoming gulags. 

There is now no gentle or easy way out of this mess. 

This is the tipping point.  The fact that it was something like a hundred years coming does not mean that we can take anything like a hundred years to gradually fix it.  It's too late, and it's gone way to far.  Somebody is going to get hurt in the restoration, if America is to be restored at all.  Who will be hurt the most are all the untold millions of government employees who must be fired in the shutting down of all the unconstitutional bureaucracies.  The only roaring economies in America, existing in Washington DC - New York areas of he Northeast, where the economies depend on giant populations of highly paid government employees, are going to go into deep depression.  But the rest of the nation will go into rapid recovery mode. 

Choices and other opportunities are now gone. 

If we don't go through all the Restoring Constitutional America steps, one at a time, and do them all, then we deserve what comes next.  And it ain't gonna be pretty.  Only love of America will pull us out of this.  And I'm afraid that's in damned short supply today.
