Could a President Trump destroy the Establishment?  You betcha.

He could unseat a majority on the Court, unseat much of Congress and virtually destroy the News Media.

The real question isn't really could he, but would he.  The Constitution would be on his side in every argument.  Members of the government who are solemnly sworn, in their very oaths of office, to uphold the Constitution, would be forced to argue against the Constitution just to defend themselves. 

Say, for instance, he asked the House to draw up articles of impeachment against Chief Justice Roberts for his unconstitutional upholding and even modification of Obamacare, and they refused to do it.  Or, that the Senate refused to impeach him.  A President Trump could order his Attorney General to charge Chief Justice Roberts with the crime of treason. 

Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. --Article III Section 3, United States Constitution.

I submit that any sworn officer of the US government who violates the Constitution and his oath of office is a domestic enemy of the United States, by that very act.  The very reason for the oath of office is to make certain that the Constitution remains the supreme law of the land.  The Constitution - not the government, not any member of the government and not the people - the Constitution itself is the sole sovereign ruler of America.  To knowingly act against the Constitution is to knowingly act against the nation.  The oath of office is an oath of allegiance to the Constitution. 

Every Supreme Court Justice who voted to uphold Obamacare violated his oath of office and committed an act of treason to do it.  The same could be said for every Supreme Court Justice who voted to uphold homosexual marriage, which is just as clearly and obviously unconstitutional as is Obamacare.  (See Defining Treason Down.)

Nor is the Senate or the House protected against the same sort of treason.  The Constitution itself makes that perfectly clear. 

The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States. They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place. --Article I Section 6, United States Constitution.

So Harry Reid and every other Senator who voted for the clearly unconstitutional Obamacare bill violated the Constitution and his oath of office to do it, and thereby committed treason against the Constitution.  As did Nancy Pelosi and every member of the House who voted for the Obamacare bill. 

The only question is whether a President Trump might ever read the Constitution and discover what it orders a truly Constitutional government to do about this. 

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. --Article II Section 4, United States Constitution.

Impeaching and/or trying for criminal treason all violators of the Constitution could go a long way toward Breaking the Parties, both of which are sworn implacable enemies of a President Trump.  He could potentially Cut the Gordian Knot by actually Breaking the Club that is actually running the government, completely outside the Constitution. 

The "Establishment" hates Trump; he is, to them, enemy number one.  That may be a good thing, in the long run, because that puts them squarely in Trump's political gun sights.  He is not known to back down from his attackers; quite the opposite. 

Both Parties, and the whole of the Establishment, favor open borders, amnesty and American benefits and voting rights for everyone on earth, and that just happens to be Trump's signature issue and what brought him to popular attention in the first place. 

They hate America as Constituted, he loves her and wants to make her great again.  Whatever else he may be or may not be, he loves America.  If he ever discovers the Constitution, he may do more than use it as a weapon to destroy the establishment; he may just learn, from the Constitution itself, to love America even more. 

But how could he take out the News Media?

A President Trump could break the News Media just by ignoring it. 

He practically owns the media now, just by dint his personal newsworthiness.  He is the news.  They simply cannot ignore him and stay in business; but he can ignore them, and put them out of business. 

He has no need of any press secretary, and he has no need to ever do any interviews or hold any press conference, unless he wants to.  This is the age of the internet and open communication; he can get his message out to the people any time he wants to, without the media. 

There is nothing in Article One Section Eight about the Press or the Media.  The First Amendment grants freedom of the press, but does not make the press any part of the government.  They remain free to print or publish or broadcast anything they want, but he is not required to ever talk directly to them. 

They can blabber about how "It's their job to ask difficult questions" all they want, but it certainly is not their Constitutional job, nor is it his Constitutional duty to accommodate them in the building of their personal careers and/or the supporting of their private businesses.  They are no part of the Constitutional government. 

Annual press dinners and other gala press events should be permanently canceled and shut down.  The Press Corps should be kicked out of the White House, the usual "gaggle" should be eliminated from Air Force One and all travel entourages and events.  Press "credentials" should grant no more access to the President and his Cabinet than that granted to any other American citizens.  Thy can vie for space in the spectator's galleries and behind the rope lines like everybody else. 

A President Trump could use a White House website to get his messages out to the people, and the press would be able to get the same access to those messages as anyone else, and go ahead and produce editorials and commentary on it to their heart's content.  Maybe some of their die-hard audience will even tune in to them to hear what they have to say. 

A President Trump could make use of a Presidential photographer to document his important meetings, be they with governors, mayors, clerics, police chiefs and sheriffs, visiting foreign officials, or whatever, and broadcast them himself on Roku, Hulu, other such on-line venues, and put them on YouTube so that the whole world could know what he wants them to know. 

He can broadcast himself, from the Oval Office or anywhere else he chose to broadcast from. 

If he ever wanted to grant an interview, he could do it on RFDTV or some other network hated by the establishment media, but loved by the "fly-over country" people.  Instead of a formal Inaugural Ball, attended by Washington-New York-Hollywood nobility, he could hire Molly B. to be hostess of an informal, casual-dress Inaugural Polka Party, open to the public, no special invitations to any high-society nobility, including the media. 

He could eliminate the media from debates, broadcast them on Ruku or something similar, put them on YouTube, with nothing but a timekeeper and no moderator, as described in Breaking The Media. 

He could have whole bills scanned in and published on his website for public view, highlighting and commenting on unconstitutional lines he plans to veto and lines he plans to sign into law, well ahead of actual signature, for public viewing. 

And, of course, having the same access that the rest of the public has, the media could report on all of that, if anyone is paying attention to them any more. 

The Media could go broke.  They certainly couldn't afford to pay multi-million dollar paychecks to their big shot news anchors any more, because they will have lost audience and ad revenue out the wazoo. 

A President Trump could do all of this, and more.  I believe he is more likely to go Constitutionalist than he is to go Fascist, or any other variety of Marxist.  People fear that he may become a terrible dictator.  But what most people miss is that our current unconstitutional government has already gone dictatorial. 

And both Parties are in on it. 

Just about every thing Comrade Obama, peace be upon him, has done and is doing in office is a violation of the Constitution and an act of treason.  He clearly despises and acts to do injury to our allies, especially Israel and England, and he acts to strengthen our enemies, especially Iran, who he "negotiates" into becoming a nuclear power even as they chant "Death To America" and "Death To Israel". 

He has no discernible Middle East strategy except to harm our interests and not harm our enemies too much, his open border and amnesty policy is clearly aimed at our national destruction, and he daily, through executive actions, causes and feeds social chaos and disorder all across the land, in his "transformation" program, toward eventual "popular" revolution against Constitutional America. 

A President Trump could charge him with treason.  It would be an exceptionally easy conviction to achieve, on many, many counts. 

Pray for a Constitutionalist President Trump.
