We finished with all the proof reading and correcting, and now the book is finally available. You can get it at CreateSpace right now (click the image), at Amazon in 3 to 5 days, Amazon Europe in 3 to 5 days, and Expanded Distribution Channels in 6 to 8 weeks. I do not yet know when the Kindle version will be available.
It's been quite an experience. And I believe the ultimate goal was achieved. The whole thing wraps around the notion that ideas, or notions, or arguments, or positions are either true, or they are false. Not a little bit true and a little bit false; if some particular part is untrue, the whole thing is off center, and leading not exactly to truth. Big ideas, as in political ideologies and government organizations, if they be true, must be true in all of their particulars.
That's not to say that any human culture is or ever will be perfect, because human beings are not perfect. But major organizational ideas, or ideals, can approach perfection. I believe the original American idea does this.
Here's the table of contents:

All that is true originates with God. All error ends up with the father of lies. Looking at the three big ideas in the world today - The American idea, the Marxist idea and the Islamic idea - if you objectively pursue the truth on all sub-elements of these big ideas, you will come to the same conclusion. When you come to an objective error - any objective error - you have to stop and back up. You cannot move toward truth from any basis of error. There is only one of these three big ideas that is not based and founded upon and saddled with error.
We only think our real world political battles are against flesh and blood, but they are in truth against Principalities and Powers.
Already aware of a few minor errors that got past us in the final proof reading, but leaving them alone for now, because any update now will take the book out of availability for a number of days.
Please let me know what you think, and any ideas you have for a second edition.
Update Friday, November 06, 2015: Made needed corrections to interior, and also to cover, increasing font size of the title. Changes may bee seen at CreateSpace now; soon in Amazon and Kindle.
Hover-Link Footnotes: For the convenience of those readers using devices that lack a mouse, these footnotes are provided for all webpages, in case any webpage contains any hover-links. (If you don't have a mouse, you can't "hover" the mouse over a link, without clicking, to just to see the related Acronym appear.)

The Purpose of this grouping of articles is to highlight the three incompatible geopolitical movements in global contention: American Constitutionalism, Marxism and Islam. And to give evidence to the insidious infiltration of Marxist and Islamic thought, and corrosive evil, into American Culture.
A fixed social moral code, born of religion, is what makes a unique, identifiable People, distinct from other Peoples. Distinct People of a common moral code make civil laws representing and reinforcing their common moral code, via Politics. When a distinctly moral People live within a distinct Political organization they form a distinct and identifiable Human Culture.

On entering (or avoiding) the Catholic American Discomfort Zone. Let's not talk about Religion or Politics today; it's confrontational and uncomfortable. Let's avoid the Discomfort Zone.
Unique, Distinct, Identifiable Human Culture = Religion + Politics. The Formula [Culture = Religion + Politics] is what makes a distinct, identifiable People a distinct and identifiable People.
The Formula [Culture=Religion+Politics] is Inviolate. Politics merely organize Human Culture around the predominant Religious beliefs of a distinct and identifiable People.

[Culture = Religion + Politics] is the inviolate formula of Civilization itself. Culture = Religion + Politics makes a unique, distinct, identifiable People. Take Religion (and religious morality) out of it, and the Culture disintegrates.

Crony-Catholicism? Really? The USCCB is advancing Obamunism? Say it ain't so, Joe! It's bad enough that we now have so many Marxified Bishops, but now they actually act against the faith?
"We belong to the Church militant; and She is militant because on earth the powers of darkness are ever restless to encompass Her destruction. Not only in the far-off centuries of the early Church, but down through the ages and in this our day, the enemies of God and Christian civilization make bold to attack the Creator’s supreme dominion and sacrosanct human rights.”--Pope Pius XII
"It is not lawful to take the things of others to give to the poor. It is a sin worthy of punishment, not an act deserving a reward, to give away what belongs to others."--St. Francis of Assisi
