Someone once said that the decline of a man or of mankind begins with the abandoning of Objective Reality in favor of Subjective Freedoms. Because Objective Truth simply is, and and all that is Subjective exists only in our imaginations, however creative, advanced, retarded or imaginative they may be. Subjective Truth is based on emotions and ideas, not reality. Objective Truth is, in fact, unchangeable Reality.
