Breaking The Drug Lords: Ending the Drug War by Killing the Black Market.

If we are ever to return to being a Constitutional Republic, we must realize that drugs are not covered by the Constitution, and end the Business by killing the Market.

I never thought I would ever not oppose legalizing illicit drugs, including even the most addictive and dangerous varieties, but here I am. If we would be true to the Constitution, we would have to recognize that fact that, here too, as in so many other areas of corrupted government activity, there are no drugs listed in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution.

So they are, Constitutionally speaking, out of scope. The Federal Government has no Constitutional authority to address drugs, in legislation, execution or adjudication of law.

"Regulation", of course, is just as unconstitutional as are the myriad of invented bureaucracies that currently "regulate" and "administer" us, outside the constitution, on behalf of our three constitutional branches of federal government. Call it an unconstitutional delegation of constitutional responsibility and authority.
