President Trump will not be debating Joe Biden in the upcoming debates; he will be debating the debate "Moderator(s)". And, Vice President Mike Pence will not be debating Kamala Harris; he too will be debating the debate "Moderator(s)". That's the way the Political Parties have it set up.
