On the Question of Papal Deposability

Asking whether Bishops may actually Depose a Pope for Heresy. Is there even such a thing as Papal Deposability?

Look back through the long history of the Papacy and you will see that, yes, Popes have been deposed, under all sorts of questionable circumstances involving everything from heresy to internal politics, of all things. I knew that we have had bad Popes, but one might have hoped that the Bishops of the Catholic Church would be above political intrigues and plots. With exceptions here and there, of course, since they, too, are humans. But, go through it yourself, and you might be surprised, as I was, at all the political shenanigans.
