Growing Government necessarily means Growing a sense of Dependency on Government, while destroying the sense of Independence in the Citizenry.

America is uniquely designed and especially Constituted to be a nation with an extremely limited Government and a highly moral and highly independent population. That's what Article One Section Eight of the American Constitution was written for; if it isn't listed in there, the American Government has no legitimate, legal, Constitutional reason to even address it, whether in Legislation, Execution or Adjudication of American Law.
