Impositional Rights are those that are Unconstitutional, Unlegislated, Unrepresentative of We The People, and Imposed upon us against our will by Pure Authoritarian Dictatorial Government.

I can show you a right to Religion in the Constitution. Can you show me a right of homosexuality, sufficient to force Christians to tolerate, accept, bless, approve and support homosexuality? Or any truly representative Legislation that does such a stupid thing? Of course you can't.
