So long as the Senate, the House and Courts, Judges and Justices up and down the line are driven by Political Party Agenda and not by the Constitution or the Law as written, Truth does not matter.

This is political hard-ball, and the Political Parties are in charge, and the Washington Establishment Club that owns and operates the Parties plays by its own rules. Truth, the Constitution and any law as written have little or nothing to do with it. If they want to put Flynn in prison, despite his innocence of any wrongdoing, they will do it if they can.
