On the Meaning of Sovereignty

Sovereignty describes the legitimate juridical authority of a human culture to its own distinct identity and to its own self-rule. Sovereignty is Dominion. The word is used to describe a distinct human culture, and it is used to describe its government or its ruler. The distinct human culture is said to be a sovereign nation. The ruler of a distinct people is said to be their sovereign. The government of a self-governing people is said to be their sovereign government. The word means that it is impervious to any outside authority, and morally, legitimately and legally resistant to outside interference or trespassing of any kind.
