Sworn in officials who thereafter violate the Constitution also violate their oaths of office thereby committing two crimes worthy of removal and decitizenizing.

As we have long argued all over this website, we, the USA, are a Constitutional Republic, and not a Democratic Republic, and there is a big difference between the two. We were specifically designed to restrict Democracy from growing beyond direct popular election of members of the House of Representatives, and no one else.
