If the USA is ever to get back to being ruled by her Constitution and not by her political parties, and by the "Swamp" (which is comprised of Party serving Senators, Congressmen, Presidents, Justices, Judges, Attorneys General, Administration Agencies, Bureaucracies and Bureaucrats, Governors, Mayors, State legislatures and local governments) a thorough Washington DC house-cleaning is in order, beginning with the Parties themselves.
