Thank God we're a Constitutional Republic and not a Democracy, or what was just done to Ohio, with the passage of Issue 1, would have been done to the whole nation a long time ago. Unlike Ohio's state constitution, the American constitution cannot be amended by mere popular vote. The issue is this:
