The Marxist non-partisan dirty trick involves fooling the voting public into thinking that "bipartisan" means independent of party, when in fact it means independent of the government and the law. The FED, for instance, has made itself independent of the sitting federal government. Today, so have the DOJ, the FBI and the CIA. And so have just about every court in the district of Columbia.
