What's the most significant difference between the USA and every other nation on the face of the earth?

Answer:

1. Citizen Sovereignty. Constitutionally, the most American sovereignty resides at the citizen level, less resides at the local government level, still less resides at the state level, and the least sovereignty of all resides at the top level of the federal government.

2. Citizen Equality. Constitutionally, all American citizens, from the President of the nation down to the newborn or even newly conceived American citizen, all stand as equals before the law, and the Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
