America Being Run by Our NGO Political Parties and their NGO FED

The FED is a Non-Government Organization created and run by Our Non-Government Organization Political Parties.

Why does America even have an NGO FED? Why is a non-government organization in charge of minting and coining our currency, holding our national treasure and holding complete governing authority over it?

If you deny the fact that the FED is an NGO then please explain how and why it claims complete independence from the federal government.
