President Trump can "dissolve" Federal courts that criminally interfere with legal representative Presidential or Congressional action

Elected Presidents and Congresses establish inferior federal courts, and elected Presidents and Congresses can take them away. Unelected and unrepresentative courts cannot make or interfere with Presidential and Congressional representative political policy.
