If the game were 'whackamole' with Trump holding the hammer, the moles in his own party, in the permanent government and all other unexpected parts of the swamp would all be stupidly identifying themselves for future whacking. They may have gotten him out of office, but not permanently.

He now sees them all for what they are. Next time may be different.
