The "One Nation Under God" Basis of the USA

The words of our Declaration suggest that all human beings on earth are born with inalienable rights within them and as part of them. That these rights are "self evident truths" that are an integral part of our Created being, an important integral part of our ingenuous design by God. That man is thus instinctively, in his own right, equal to all others in rights and responsibilities, equal before the law, with rights to defend his life and the lives of others, to individual liberty and independence and to work to improve his own condition in life and that of his family.
