The "One Nation Under God" Basis of the USA

The words of our Declaration suggest that all human beings on earth are born with inalienable rights within them and as part of them. That these rights are "self evident truths" that are an integral part of our Created being, an important integral part of our ingenuous design by God. That man is thus instinctively, in his own right, equal to all others in rights and responsibilities, equal before the law, with rights to defend his life and the lives of others, to individual liberty and independence and to work to improve his own condition in life and that of his family.  

That these rights are inalienable, self evident natural law rights, because they are established by God. 

The Declaration makes no distinction between races, sexes or nations; it speaks of all men, and contextually speaking that means all mankind which includes all women. It forms the reason for America's revolution against the crown of England and the birth of the USA, and forms the basis for the writing of the American Constitution. But its inalienable rights are universal; they apply to all men everywhere. 

In all of human history, was any concept as revolutionary as that? 

It revolts against the concepts of royalty and nobility as well as against caste systems and class structures. It especially revolts against Democracy, because not even Democracy can vote anyone out of their God-given inalienable rights.

Democracy in its purest sense is destructive of good social order because it always descends into mob rule. Even if a whole national population was comprised of citizens with the wisdom of Aristotle, Democracy would still be mob rule. And that is what is socially destructive of Political Parties, because Political Parties ultimately become democratic mobs, intent on establishing a Party as the nation's ruler by the ruthless application of mob power. 

Political Parties should be recognized as mobs opposing each other.

In Constitutional America, Political Parties are NGOs (Non-Government Organizations), extraneous to the Constitution, yet running both houses of Congress, appointing and approving candidates for all non-elected offices based on competing favored Political Party agenda items, running our conventions and elections and even designing our ballots along Political Party lines. 

They are not Constitutional in their being, and yet they actually run the whole Constitutional Government as if they had a Constitutional mandate to do that. The first test of any appointment and approval of any non-elected government officer, as well as for any candidate for political office, is their adherence or opposition to Political Party platforms and/or agenda items. 

• Candidates must choose their mob;
• Parties (mobs) must choose their candidates.

Against that thoroughly unconstitutional rule, the ratifiers of both the Declaration and the Constitution intended to establish, in law, what God had established in creating man: Individual (not Party, and not even Religion or Denomination) Liberty. Which is to say a high degree of individual sovereignty and independence of belief, thought and action. 

• No one can be dragged, kicking and screaming against his will into Heaven. You come to God of your own free will, or not at all. 
• No one is forced by God or anyone to enter or remain in His Church, but those who oppose it do not belong in it. 
• No one is forced by law to love the Constitution, but those who oppose it do not belong in its jurisdiction.

In the USA, men are not ruled by the government; it's the other way around. As the Declaration declares:

The government doesn't rule us; we rule the government. That is the whole reason for the Second Amendment. 

Political Parties have nothing to say about it, Constitutionally speaking.

The Second Amendment was not intended to just allow us to hunt ducks. It recognizes our right to possess and carry weapons of war in order to keep our own individual independence, liberty and freedom. 

I repeat again the statement that every single gun control law at every level of government in the whole USA is a direct violation of the Second Amendment of the US Constitution awaiting being declared to be unconstitutional, null and no law (or regulation, order or court decision).

American Individual Rights Versus Socialist Collective Rights

Socialism denies God-given rights because Socialism denies God.

All forms of Socialism and all forms of Marxism, including Communism, Fascism and Nazism, oppose individual rights in favor of collective or communal rights. They oppose the Constitutional right to private property - the right to enjoy the fruits of your own labor and the work of your own hands - in the interest of "equality of outcome" in which the work of everyone's hands is collected by the Party and then parcelled out to everyone. Theoretically. In reality, the Party keeps most of it for themselves.

Individual rights drive Capitalism, which is demonized by Socialism as a "system of greed" that leaves someone in poverty. The fact is that Socialism impoverishes whole populations, for the benefit of the Party. Socialism exists for the purpose of continually accumulating political power in a Political Party, which is or hopes to become The State. 

There is no part of the US Constitution that is not opposed by Socialism.

The Ongoing World War III: The Cold War

World War I was fought against Germany, the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the Ottoman Empire and Bulgaria. 

World War II was fought against Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy and the Japanese Empire. 

World War III, widely unrecognized as a world war at all, is still being fought against both invasive and revolutionary Communism. The biggest battles of this war (so far) were fought in South Korea and in South Vietnam in neither of which did the USA either pursue or achieve victory.

Communism's biggest victories so far have been achieved in nations like Cuba, and inside Western nations and the USA, through the march of Marxism-Leninism through unprepared nations, and the march of Cultural-Marxism through all the institutions, including governments, inside the Western Civilization. 

Today Marxism-Leninism and Cultural Marxism owns and operates the Marxocrat Party and Senate RINO Republicrats Susan Collins, Mitch McConnell, Thom Tillis, Lisa Murkowski and John Thune, all of whom fight to keep illegal aliens voting in American elections and to keep Marxocrat Party election cheating going strong. 

These RINOs and others are every bit as "Never Trumper", anti-MAGA and anti-American as the actual Marxocrat Party ever was. 

America would be better off without them. 

American Individual Rights Versus Islamic Religion

Islam worships the false god Allah in pretense that Jesus and Allah are one and the same god. A lie. There is but one God and He is Jesus. 

Islam, like Socialism, is a mortal enemy of the USA because it violently opposes everything in the US Constitution. It is a mortal enemy of Christianity and all Christians because Islam's very purpose for being is the eradication of all other religions and the subjugation or annihilation of all unbelievers or "infidels". It is the mortal enemy of Judaism and of Jews in particular because it is dedicated to the eradication of all Jews just for being Jews. (See the Islam pages.)

American Individual Rights Versus LGBTQ-ism and Racism

Marxocrat Party driven Unconstitutionally and anti-Constitutionally established "rights" to such abominations as abortion, homo-marriage, no-fault divorce, easy divorce and remarriage, cohabitation, fornication, sodomy, transsexualism and all things unnatural and perverse work to destroy the very Judeo-Christian moral foundational basis for the Declaration and the Constitution. 

Take away that morality and America falls.

American national morality - the basis for American representative law - is based on the Commandments, the Creeds, the Bible and the Revealed Truths that form the common moral law of the Jews and the Christians. Where we may all differ mightily in theology, we are of one accord in morality. It is our common morality that allows us all to be good neighbors and brothers in arms. 

But we cannot be good neighbors with or in the close company of mortal enemies of our common, God-given morality. Nor can we depend on  enemies of our morality to vote for, legislate, execute or adjudicate good representative American  law. 

Just look at all the local, state and federal laws, orders, regulations and judgements that directly violate our First Amendment rights, among others. Unconstitutional yet "legal" speech and press codes against condemning, misgendering or criticizing in any way sodomites, transsexuals, adulterers, fornicators, masturbaters, drag queens, transvestites, women, black people, people of color, anyone of any real or perceived minority, etc., etc., etc.

"Hate speech" and "hate crime" laws and regs run on a one way street. If it runs against the Marxocrat Party line it is hate speech or a hate crime; but if it runs against any majority, it is not. 

The Marxocrat Party has set itself against the majority white race, the majority Christian religion, the majority American moral code, the majority status of normal families, parental first authority over their own children, the heterosexual majority, males and especially masculine males, the majority patriotic spirit, the majority view of law enforcement, crime and punishment, border security, election integrity, President Trump and the MAGA movement. 

Say the word Trump, or MAGA, and the Marxocrats go into meltdown mode. They call him, and us, what they are. Racist, Nazi, Authoritarian, Tyrannical, Narcissistic, and an Existential Threat to Democracy. 

They can show no examples of President Trump ever saying or doing anything racist, or Nazi, or Tyrannical, or anti-Democracy, yet, they accuse him of all of that and more. 

Why?

Because he is a patriot and they are anti-American. 

Very simple; nothing to it. 

Marxocrats gather with all those who oppose God. I will not gather with any of them.

That is what Marxocrats call "hate". 

They falsely claim for themselves universal unlimited "love" of everyone. It's a lie. They hate white people, Christians and essentially all majorities, with a visceral hatred. And that is certainly not Christian. Nor is all inclusive DEI love of diversity in any way Christian. 

Jesus most certainly does not love Satan. 

Our Baptismal vow, repeated every time we enter or leave Church and cross ourselves with Holy Water include the statement that we renounce Satan and all his evil ways. Not to love Satan, and not to love his evil ways. 

"Hate the sin but love the sinner" does not mean  welcoming obstinate unrepentant sinners into our Churches, into our families or even in our close company at work or anywhere else. I will have nothing to do with them. 

Comrade Obama's Transformation of America

When Comrade Obama peace be upon him was elected President he announced that the "transformation of America had begun". What did he mean by Transformation: from what and to what?

As a Marxist, his transformation was:

• from individual independence to collective dependency
• from individual liberty to communal living
• from individual property to communal property
• from Constitutional rule to Party rule

As a Moslem, his transformation was:

• from Christianity (or anything) to Islam, or slavery, or death
• from being a Jew to being dead
• from Constitutional law to Sharia law

As a racist, his transformation was:

• from white majority to whites being an oppressed minority race

As a hedonist, his transformation was:

• to make everyone celebrate sodomy, perversion and sin
• only until Islam takes over and kills all the sodomites

Whether Trump ultimately wins, loses or draws depends entirely on whether America remains One Nation Under God, or not. 

Just as King Cyrus of ancient Persia was the most unlikely savior of Israel, I submit that today President Trump is an unlikely savior of the USA, almost in the same manner. He started out running the Presidency like a business, and with great success. But now he is winding up leading the citizenry back to God, and the nation back to being One Nation Under God. 

Which is the only way back to morality, and the only good way forward.

I don't think he planned it that way, but was providentially moved into it.

In the end, as always, God is in charge.

I've been reading your blog for years now.  I am Catholic but after reading this I realize Catholic leaders are mostly democrat.  Our own bishop cancelled a priest for speaking against BLM.  We saw bishops kneel for BLM and we know they have allowed many democrats to call themselves catholic.  In light of your article, I wonder where you go to Church.  Is it at a Pius V or SSPX celebration of the mass? 

The long march through the institutions have been accomplished and Obama just needed to install his people, and get rid of Benedict so Francis would parrot him and massive changed happened.   I read Peter Schwiezer's Invisible Coup and we need to not only close the border but stop birth right citizenship.  Something the Supreme Court just decided was consitutitional.  UGH! The Chinese are sending young women to our country in order to have babies.  They then indoctrinate them as communist and send them back here to vote in our elections.  The future seems stacked against a real Constitutional America as our morals have changed because our church changed.  I'm ashamed of the Catholics I see in office and on the Supreme Court.  I can't help but think they are swayed by liberal church leaders teachings.

Thanks for your years of logical writing when the world and our country has gone insane.

Say thank you to the vagaries of Vatican II and the Novus Ordo Mass. 

We now go to an FSSP Church, Holy Family in Dayton Ohio. With strictly the Latin Mass offered, it is one of (if not the) fastest growing Parishes around here, with multiple baptisms per week, baptisms outnumbering funerals and with young people and lots of little children vastly outnumbering us old farts. And it's a beautiful traditional Church. 

The Church in America needs a "Trump" to rise up among Bishops and inspire other Bishops to start calling error error, heresy heresy and apostacy apostacy. So long as a clear majority of supposedly orthodox  Bishops just sit on their dead asses while heterodox Bishops fly their rainbow fag flags, demonize whites, men, etc., and help the Marxocrat Party obstruct justice regarding illegal immigration the enemy inside the Church will just keep gaining ground.

It's a mirror image of what's going on in our politics with unconstitutionally existing Political Parties seemingly in charge of our government and our lives. 

Maybe something's happening behind the scenes (we can pray) but I'm not seeing any Bishops rallying around Burke or Vigano. And I don't know why, because the Commandments, the Creeds, the Bible and the Depositum Fide would be on their side. 

In the secular political realm, the Declaration and the Constitution would be on the side of Trump, or anyone else who would dare to challenge Judicial Review and declare court decisions unconstitutional, and even dissolve lower courts that interfere with policy, and declare laws, regulations, bureaucracies and legal precedents that are unconstitutional to be unconstitutional, null and void. 

That would start a vigorous political battle, for sure, with both sides, in both houses of Congress, the Courts the Parties all in a white hot pitched battle over Constitutional interpretation. But again, the Constitution itself would be on the side of the challenger of Judicial Review. 

I would prefer to see that war fought politically, because if it is never fought at all, eventually, we will all be in an actual bloody shooting war between determined American Patriots and all the godless and ungodly Communists, Islamists and Hedonists of the Marxocrat Party.
