How would a Partyless American Government operate?

Looking forward to a Partyless America, we can only hope that President Trump, as our 47th President, may at last recognize what no President before him has ever recognized: that,

• Political Parties are mortal enemies of our Constitutional Republic

and then do something about it. America's unconstitutional political parties need to be taken out of existence. As unconstitutional entities they are illegally operating in our government. The President is the chief law enforcement officer of America and he is sworn in his oath of office to uphold the constitution, not the political parties that, today, are actually running the "constitutional" government, and running it quite outside of all constitutional constraints and in direct opposition to the constitution itself.
