Looking forward to a Partyless America, we can only hope that President Trump, as our 47th President, may at last recognize what no President since George Washington has ever recognized: that,
and then do something about it. America's unconstitutional political parties need to be taken out of existence. As unconstitutional entities they are illegally operating in our government. The President is the chief law enforcement officer of America and he is sworn in his oath of office to uphold the constitution, not the political parties that, today, are actually running the "constitutional" government, and running it quite outside of all constitutional constraints and in direct opposition to the constitution itself.
America needs a President who will take America back into partyless pure American constitutionality, as it was designed and intended to be. (See the Political Parties Pages.)
In the recent Nonpartisan Political Trick page we described how whole government entities such as the FED use the nonpartisan ploy, in which they claim to be independent of political parties but actually make themselves independent of the constitution and of all constitutional government authorities, and then to just do as they damned well please.
Establishment of "independent" special counsels for the investigation of anyone or anything are direct attacks on the very principle of constitutional rule. No one in federal government may operate outside of or independent of the constitution itself. The constitution itself declares the President to be the chief law enforcement officer of the American government. How can he be that if some attorney or other official in America is allowed to operate outside of the constitution and not under the authority of the President?
Constitutionally, no attorney may every be independent of the President.
The "independent special counsel" is nothing other than a sneaky way to take a President down, and do it unconstitutionally. The claim is that the independent counselor is independent of party partisanship, but in fact he is independent of constitutional rule.
No one in America should ever be independent of constitutional rule.
Assuming we achieved a partyless state, how would we run elections?
No more party conventions, no more party primaries, no more "party" voter registrations.
One big, everybody-in-the-pool primary to get to the two candidates with the most votes.
The general election would select the winner-take-all President from the top two.
Very simple, nothing to it.
The speaker of the house and the leader of the senate would be chosen by simple majority vote in the respective houses of congress.
No more "aisles" and no more physical or other separations or majority-minority statuses to be recognized. Majority votes decide everything.
The two houses of congress would consider the constitution first in all matters brought before either house.
And, all matters brought before the house would be subject to the test of being fit for consideration by the federal government, by being represented in Article One Section Eight of the Constitution. And if it is not there represented, the matter would be dropped from consideration.
Note the fact that abortion is not in Article One Section Eight.
Note that neither homosexuality nor marriage are in there.
Note well that neither health care nor insurance are in there.
Neither are food, or drugs, or medicine or pharmaceuticals.
Nor are housing, or urban development.
Nor is there anything at all to do with the EPA.
In fact, most federal bureaucracies are unconstitutional entities, violating Article One Section Eight and brought into being by unconstitutional political party action. See the cut-the-spending pages and the Fixing American pages.
Unconstitutional political parties have also brought us party partisan supreme court justices, who have in turn brought us unconstitutional "legal precedents" from cases they should not have even entertained because they were outside of the limited and enumerated powers of the federal government listed in Article One Section Eight.
Political parties have brought us gun control laws in direct opposition to the second amendment, speech control (office of disinformation) in direct opposition to the first amendment, anti-equality and anti-property "social justice" and "environmental justice" offices in direct violation of the fifth and fourteenth amendments, and more. Much more.
Political parties should be thought of as criminal enterprises, because that is precisely what they have become. American politicians today consistently prove that they owe more allegiance to their political parties than they do to either the constitution they falsely swore to uphold, or to their own voting constituencies.
They don't operate within the constitution they falsely swore to uphold. They really don't give a damn about our constitution.
If America is to even survive, she needs to go partyless.
It is our political parties that are progressively destroying us as a nation.

Never be lukewarm.
Life itself demands passion.
He who is indifferent to God has already forfeited his soul.
He who is indifferent to politics has already forfeited his liberty.
In America, religion is not mere window dressing and citizenship is not a spectator sport.
Do not allow our common destiny as a whole people to just happen without your input.

Enter ye in at the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and
broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there are who go in
thereat. How narrow is the gate, and strait is the way that leadeth to life:
and few there are that find it! Beware of false prophets, who come to you in
the clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Jesus Christ; Matt 7:13-15
"We belong to the Church militant; and She is militant because on earth the powers of darkness are ever restless to encompass Her destruction. Not only in the far-off centuries of the early Church, but down through the ages and in this our day, the enemies of God and Christian civilization make bold to attack the Creator’s supreme dominion and sacrosanct human rights.”--Pope Pius XII
"It is not lawful to take the things of others to give to the poor. It is a sin worthy of punishment, not an act deserving a reward, to give away what belongs to others."--St. Francis of Assisi
