It gets back to the original idea of the personal handshake deal, or as close as it can. The only thing wrong with Capitalism as it exists in the USA is that it is not allowed to be Capitalism. Too many parties extraneous to the fundamental buyer-seller transaction are involving themselves in the transaction, complexifying it, regulating it, restricting it, rearranging it, insuring it, getting a cut of it, corrupting it or even stopping it.
