The Catholic 73 Book Versus the Protestant 66 Book Bible: Who's Right?

Did the Church add 7 books, or did Luther delete 7 books?

I am so tired of the incidents of one Protestant brother after another claiming with seemingly ontological certitude that the Catholic Church added seven books into the Bible and that the Protestant "King James" version is somehow a more accurate revision back to the original. It never ends. I get finished arguing with one of them, and another one pops up.
