Hesitancy, reluctance and refusal to respond-in-kind will not stop Islamo-Commie-Homo Progressivism

We are the good guys, and we don't do what the bad guys do. If we did, how would we be any better than them. Would we not become bad guys ourselves?

That's a good argument, in a classroom or around some discussion table, but bad guys need to be opposed effectively. Standing up to a bully or someone menacing you or a neighbor is not becoming a bad guy. Quite the opposite.
