Comparing Major Contemporary Human Cultures: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.

We have discussed the Religion component, and we have discussed the Politics component of Culture=Religion+Politics. So this is an examination of the major contemporary combinations of Religion and Politics we see in the world today. The Cultures that contend with each other, seeking either domination, or peaceful coexistence.
In the Religion page we described human culture as:
- The unique collective intellectual achievement, direction and behavior of a distinct and identifiable People.
- It is the sum of all the common attitudes, customs, beliefs, and the predictable behavior that distinguishes a specific People from other specific Peoples.
The "common attitudes, customs, beliefs and predictable behavior" of specific cultures enable us to rank them under qualities that range from peaceful and civilized, through levels of cruelty and dominance, to utter barbarity and naked aggression toward all other cultures. The difficulty, at least among most Western cultures, is determining the degree to which cultural cruelty and barbarity may be forcibly imposed upon the culture by their government (politics), or may have become an actual cultural characteristic of the citizenry.
The contemporary dominant world cultures we will compare are:
- Constitutional America, where the Constitution is the Sovereign Ruler, which establishes the government and provides its rules of operation, and which spells out and protects specific Natural Law Civil Rights of the citizenry, from the government.
- Other Western Civilization nations, mostly Representative Parliamentary governments, increasingly mixed with Socialist programs increasing citizen dependence upon government and the attendant loss of citizen independence.
- Marxist nations, most under the title of Communism or Marxist-Leninism, where the citizenry depend upon government for work, income, health care, education, child care, disability, retirement and all the essential needs of life. The governments are always corrupted to some degree by crony-capitalism, crony-socialism and criminal activity.
- Islamic nations, and the larger, non-specific, international global Islamic culture. Islam is absolutely intolerant of any other religion, any other form of jurisprudence or any other form of government. Islam is, however, forced to compromise on its own intolerance by world political circumstances, and so it pretends to be a "religion of peace" and coexists in peace wherever it is not yet strong enough to impose its intolerance.
The American idea is unique in all of world history. It built - or rather, it allowed the citizenry to build - the greatest national economic system the world has ever seen. When the citizenry was set free under the protected natural law rights of "Liberty" and "Pursuit of Happiness" they made themselves rich, by all world standards, and they made their nation rich and powerful in the process.
America's obvious decline is due primarily to the infection of Marxist ideology into, first, education, and then spreading upward into politics, until it virtually controls most of the political process. Much of this is described in more detail in the Political Ideologies page.
Creeping Marxism, especially in the seemingly innocent form of Progressive Socialism, began to seriously infect formal education in the West during the first years of Stalin's reign in Russia. It was wildly embraced by the elites because it was put forward by highly regarded "intellectuals" like John Dewey.
We have spoken of the insidious planting of false histories, positive toward Collectivism and negative toward Capitalism, orchestrated by Stalinist agents camouflaged under the auspices of the Frankfort School. This psychological infection was aimed at a slow and steady "Progressive" preparation of the ground for Revolution, through the parasitic attachment of Marxist ideology to formal education. Marxism would progressively destroy Western Civilization through the steady alienation of their own children.
Today this parasitic destruction has gone on steroids, as we see in the wild success of Cultural Marxism through education, and it has even come above ground, no longer concealing its Marxist revolutionary aims, in Gramsci Marxism.
The very minute politicians running the State took over education the process began where the state began to promote the state, for the sake of the state - doing self-promotion through education - the opportunity for all of this was opened up. For Marxism is all about promoting the State, and the dominance of the State over the citizen.
The solution is simple: Shut down the Department of Education and either privatize or shut down Public Schools. Very simple; nothing to it.
(Education is not the Constitutional business of the State.)
All of this supposedly "enlightened" and modern education taught the normalcy of clearly abnormal things, from sexuality to private versus collective property, the naturalness of unnatural things and the "virtue" to be found in various vices. Chief among these, and always of the most importance, was the demonizing of Capitalism and the building up of Socialism.
Capitalism in Marxist-infected formal education is taught to be a planned, engineered system of man, when in fact it is a natural phenomenon that arises when men enjoy the natural law rights of Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. These natural law rights translate into citizen ability to honestly improve one's own condition, through increasing income=wealth=private property.
It is Socialism, not Capitalism, that is an unnatural, planned and engineered system of man. It is not natural, and cannot come into being on its own. It must eventually be maintained by force. It is self-destructive, because the state cannot produce wealth, only citizens can do that. The state can only gather and spend wealth. Free citizens create wealth; unfree citizens consume it; the state can only take wealth from citizens; it cannot produce any new wealth, except through crime. Or the plunder of other states.
Comparing the Histories of the Four Dominant World Cultures.
History is undeniable. Even in spite of formal education's concerted efforts to rewrite it in textbooks and teaching, favoring Socialism over Capitalism, and favoring Unnatural over Natural, real history always survives. History is a very hard thing to kill, even for Marxists.
The United States, until very recent history, became an economic powerhouse the likes of which had never been seen, based on a Constitution-protected citizenry that was both free and highly moral. America's military strength stemmed from it's economic strength. Only an economically strong nation can be a militarily strong nation.
Every Western Civilization nation was more economically successful than non-Western nations, and the more they adhered to their religion and resisted the incursion of Marxist ideology, the more successful they were. Among Western nations, the most irreligious and the most Socialist-leaning were and are the least economically successful.
The evidence is clear that high morality, born of Judaeo-Christian religion, plays a vital role in the success or failure of a culture. Morality is perhaps more important than Liberty for the success of Capitalism.
Marxist nations, on the other hand, are, essentially, economic cripples. They have to depend upon artificial or corrupt ways to maintain the pretext of economic well being. Today's Marxist "powerhouse" nations depend heavily on crony-Socialism, crony-Capitalism and outright criminal activity to keep their economies running. They have been forced by reality to become more like their hated Fascist and National Socialist branches than their own original Bolshevik-Communist variant. Communism simply does not work; Nazi-Fascism is only temporarily more successful. All of it must be augmented by some artificial means.
The history of Marxism is loaded down with mass murder, mass imprisonments, gulags, suppression of citizen rights, domination if not destruction of religions, and even "Iron Curtains" and "Bamboo Curtains" to keep the citizenry from leaving. People have to be forced to live unnaturally. Marxism has proved to be up to the task.
If any major human culture ever arose that was more brutal and barbaric than Marxism, it would have to be Islam. The original source of Unjust Servitude (see Slavery), to this day Islam promotes slavery, piracy and military conquest. The quest for global domination by force is it's central doctrine. Jihad, or Holy War to bring all the world into submission under the sword of Islam is the core doctrine, and Islam's very reason for being.
The entire history of Islam is one of brutal subjugation, rape, torture, dismemberment, crucifixion and the slave trade. Moslems, by Islamic doctrine, feel perfectly free to rape, kidnap or murder non-believers at will. Since being beaten back by the Crusades, and since the destruction of the Ottoman Empire, Islam has been in a sort of on-again off-again holding pattern, having settled into multiple varieties of strong-man ruled Islamic governments.
Most were patterned after that of Ataturk in Turkey, the first "secular" government of an Islamic state. But the Koran always lurked in the background, for a "secular" government, or any form of government other than Islamic government, is against the religion of Islam.
That's why Comrade Obama, peace be upon him, set about to destabilize so many Islamic states, bringing about his "Islamic Spring". It was a reawakening of Koranic Jihad, to "naturally" bring governments back under Islamic law, and to push Jihad against the world. For Moslems, the Koran is always the default system, whenever any government fails. We have warned that Obama wants war. He keeps proving it.
The Historical Evidence is Clear.
The United States of America was the most economically successful, the most free and the most moral nation in world history. But, note the past tense. The decline is rapid, and it comes from within, not without. From purposely infected education.
America is now ruled by idiots, and evil men.
Let us turn our faces back to God, and pray for America.

Islam is not a religion but a murderous cult.
Mo at one time was not sure if Satan was talking to him. He indeed was. The iman Obama may not be a muslim but if he had to choose a religion it would be the Satanic sect of Islam. It is the closest thing to unbelief and yet claim that you are a believer.
