The Particular Political Attack on American Domestic Tranquility

The Preamble of the Constitution lays out the very purpose for being of the US Constitution. Here we will discuss one of them - Domestic Tranquility - because it is so obviously under attack by one particular political party.
We keep questioning the reasoning behind all NGO (Non-Government Organization) involvement in running governments, government established government Agencies that are "independent of government" yet running any part of any government, and extra-constitutional entities such as Political Parties running all three branches of American government, and doing it quite outside of the Constitution and outside all Constitutional restraints on government.
For instance, Political Parties, and not the Presidency, appoint candidates to high positions in the federal Judiciary, and then Political Parties, and not the Senate, either confirm or deny those appointments. Although Political Parties are nowhere mentioned in the Constitution, they run the House, they run the Senate, they run the Presidency and they run the Courts. The Parties pick our candidates for office, run their campaigns, run their conventions and run their elections.
The Parties, and not the Constitution, run the country.
Because of the legal corruption of government processes that resulted in federal judges and justices being dependent on Political Party support, every prosecuting attorney and every defense attorney with a case in America goes "judge-shopping" and "court-shopping" to bring their cases before a court that is owned and operated by the Political Party favoring their presentation of their legal case.
The very fact that "court shopping" exists at all proves the point.
As Judiciary in Contempt of America pointed out, the whole American judiciary is political. It is not neutral. That statement applies equally to judges and to attorneys.
It's how the Marxocrat Party wages "Lawfare" against Republicrats, President Trump, MAGA, Christianity, Judeo-Christian morality, Jews, white people, men, normalcy and the actual, honest rule of law.
The solidly anti-American Marxocrat Party is doing everything in its power to eradicate Domestic Tranquility in America, and the American courts are right in there with them doing their part. They allowed tens of millions of illegal aliens to criminally be brought into America with the cooperation and collusion of the Biden administration's DOJ, FBI, CIA, DHS, ICE, Border Patrol, USCIS and, of course, the whole American Court system, up and down the line.
As a direct result of all that Marxocrat Party and Biden-government sponsored criminal activity, America now has,
- multiplying and growing non-assimilating anti-American Moslem "Ummah" areas of formerly sovereign American territory that prohibit entry of non-Moslem Americans and that operate not under American law, but under Sharia law;
- multiplying and growing non-assimilating anti-American exclusively Chinese communities under the watchful eyes of Chinese Communist Police Departments operating in America;
- multiplying and growing non-assimilating Venezuelan, Mexican, Central and South American criminal cartel and gang controlled neighborhoods in which captive illegal alien populations are brutally governed, abused and extorted while refusing American legal protection for fear of being deported;
- established networks of criminal smugglers and operators of human sex traffic rings with female, male and child victims, drugs and other contraband, and enforcement teams to terrorize everyone into compliance and silence.
But even before the stolen election of Biden, America already had untold millions of illegal aliens being protected in criminal "sanctuary cities" by the criminal actions of Marxocrats and "NGO"s like Catholic Charities.
Estimates then, pre-Biden, ranged from a low of 12 million to a high of 30 million illegals then in country. Among these were the illegal "Anchor Babies" and all the other related illegal aliens they eventually brought in.
Birthright Citizenship
British common law is important in considering the mindsets of the authors of the Constitution. In the common law that preceded America, birthright citizenship was held to be that of the parents, regardless of where the birth took place. That it was common law meant that it didn't have to be stated; it was taken for granted; it was commonly held belief.
Ambassadors, businessmen, military, tourists or whatever, on foreign soil, who had children born outside of their nations had every right and normal expectation that the children would be citizens of the nation of the parents, and no other. All over the world today, except for America, that is still true.
Post civil war America today contends with the 14th amendment, which was written to undo the infamous Democrat Party's Dredd Scott decision making black people "property", keeping them slaves in perpetuity, and slaves at birth. The 14th amendment was meant to put that aside:
Article XIV.
Section. 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
The key phrase in the first sentence is "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof". The parents had to be subject to the jurisdiction of the USA in order for the newborn child to be a citizen of the USA.
I submit that black slaves were subject to the jurisdiction of the USA.
The whole sole purpose of the 14th amendment was to make slaves and the children of slaves citizens with the full rights of citizenship.
What it was not intended to do was to "anchor" babies born here to illegal aliens with the criminal intent of using their "anchor" baby to,
- make that baby an American citizen, and,
- sponsor the baby's relatives into American citizenship.
Birthright citizenship means the citizenship of the parents passes to their children. It has nothing to do with where the parents happen to be when the children are born. The 14th amendment was not intended to change that. It was intended to make black former slaves into citizens, unto perpetuity, undoing all former Democrat laws that said otherwise.
