We have to be careful when observing the "outlaw" or the one who does not conform to the law, remembering that it was also said of John the Baptist that "He hath a devil". We are called to not judge as the world judges, but to judge rightly. [John 7:24] Especially in this age when "the world" no longer recognizes the prophets, the scriptures or the supernatural. The very sources of human morality and the basis for law are not even considered by the rulers of the world today, unless it is to mock and ridicule them, or even to see and teach them as evil.
Why was it that some lands and cities to be conquered by Joshua were placed "under a ban" by God?
In those days the spoils of war were taken and/or divided up among the conquering armies as payment for their soldering. But enemies placed under the ban were not to be plundered. No slaves, no precious metals or coins or anything was to be taken; no man, woman, child, ox, goat, sheep or chicken was to be left alive. Nothing of the enemy's ways, idols or history was to be left unburned, because of God's ban. There was to be no profit in it for the soldiers, lest any of them might find any pleasure or profit in anything found in places under the ban, and take and keep in secret.
For the same reason that brought on the Great Flood, and the rain of fire and brimstone upon Sodom and Gomorrah. A whole human culture had angered God to the point of bringing about their total annihilation.
It is a terrible thing to have angered God so.
But when a Godly people fail to cast out the outlaw from among themselves, they begin to be influenced by the outlaw and thus to become a less Godly people.
That is the spiritual and moral corrosion that is brought upon any human culture by the "diversity is our strength" lie, and the any "Multiculture" is better than any distinct culture lie.
Very simple; nothing to it.
When any of those simple rules are violated, the cultural decline begins, from Godliness into ungodliness, and right down into anti-Godliness.
Look around. How big a segment of our people today love dope so much as to agitate to legalize it everywhere, and to get it provided by government for free (at taxpayer expense), and how big a segment doesn't care enough about it to oppose it? And how big a segment demonizes the sober segment opposing dope saying "they hath a devil"?
We could ask the same questions about sodomy, sodomic "marriage", LGBTQ "rights", transsexualism and all sorts of sexual perversions. Who is it that "hath a devil" between the sodomites and the outspoken opponents of sodomy?
How many "sophisticated" and "highly educated" Americans today love to masturbate so much that they have created a whole multi-billion-dollar industry out of it, and how many others defend pornography as a fit object for protection as free speech?
When we wrote the Nationally Fatal Palestinian Disease page we felt that placing Gaza under the ban would be justified. That Gaza deserved to be carpet-bombed into oblivion. That remains our opinion.
But look at us; look at ourselves. Are we much behind Gaza in evil?
Pray that it is not too late to turn ourselves around.
The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us.
The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.

Never be lukewarm.
Life itself demands passion.
He who is indifferent to God has already forfeited his soul.
He who is indifferent to politics has already forfeited his liberty.
In America, religion is not mere window dressing and citizenship is not a spectator sport. Do not allow our common destiny as a whole people to just happen without your input.

Enter ye in at the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and
Broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there are who go in
thereat. How narrow is the gate, and strait is the way that leadeth to life:
and few there are that find it! Beware of false prophets, who come to you in
the clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Jesus Christ; Matthew 7:13–15
"We belong to the Church militant; and She is militant because on earth the powers of darkness are ever restless to encompass Her destruction. Not only in the far-off centuries of the early Church, but down through the ages and in this our day, the enemies of God and Christian civilization make bold to attack the Creator's supreme dominion and sacrosanct human rights." --Pope Pius XII
"It is not lawful to take the things of others to give to the poor. It is a sin worthy of punishment, not an act deserving a reward, to give away what belongs to others." --St. Francis of Assisi
