I just watched the discussion between Victor Davis Hanson and Raymond Ibrahim on the five centuries of war, which is still going on whether anyone wants to believe it or not, between Judeo-Christian civilization and Islamic barbarity.
You should watch it too; it's quite a refresher course in how close the whole civilized world came to being enslaved, and how it ain't over yet.
We have written about The Crusades in general and disastrous Fourth Crusade in particular. But this video conversation is worth going over multiple times because there's just so much in there. Many today have such a skewed vision of both the history of the Levant and the nature of the "religion" of Islam that they see Israel today as a mere nation, and Islam as a real religion. Many have had the real historical rolls of the Crusaders and Islam exactly reversed, psychologically, as though the Crusaders were the invaders and the Moslems were the defenders.
Many of these same people fail to see, or perhaps see and celebrate, the strategic alliance between militant Socialists of various description and Jihadist Islam, whether Sunni or Shia. All oppose God; all oppose Christianity; all oppose Judaism; all oppose Judeo-Christian civilization.
Tucker Carlson types hold that Israel came to be by the trickery, skullduggery, genocide and other crimes of evil "Zionists", rather than Jews finally claiming their ancestral land as a place where they cannot be persecuted by governments for being Jewish.
Probably the only people left on earth that cannot be historically and honestly convicted of genocide are the very people most everyone else at one time or another committed some genocidal act against. We can count the historical pogroms and crimes committed against the Jews, but we can't seem to find any historical pogroms or genocides against anyone committed by the Jews.
They lie. You might say they lie for a living. Lying is their chief identifying characteristic.
But the Tucker types are convinced, and would convince others, that the whole reason behind the ongoing Ukraine-Russia war is not the savagery of Putin, but how poor innocent Putin was being threatened by all the European NATO nations that can't even get out of their own way.
And that big, mean old Israel just keeps picking on all of the Islamic states it is surrounded by, and Israel is just so cruel and genocidal that we should all switch sides and support Iran and oppose Israel.
To the elimination of Israel itself.
And where, exactly, are all the still living Israelis supposed to go? Or are there actually not supposed to be any still living Israelis?
Americans who want to remain Americans, and other civilized people who want to remain civilized, need to study what Socialism and Islam did and became after their "revolutions" and wars of conquest were defeated. The war between Truth and falsehood is not being fought strictly over there in and around Iran and the straight of Hormuz, and way over there in the war between Ukraine and Russia.
Cultural Marxism and Civilization Jihad are right here in America, both operating at full unresisted power, both with the full support of the Marxocrat Party, and both infecting and fighting to infect and control local, state and federal government, bureaucracy, courts, the legal profession, education, entertainment, news reporting and corporations.
And getting away with it.
Face it. The Marxocrat Party is Islamo-Commie-Homo, anti-American to the bone, and out to crush Christianity, Judaism, America, Israel, Ukraine, Western Civilization and all the rest of the world.
We will either get them all not only out of power but also out of America, or they will destroy America.
Marxocrat Party leaders in the House and the Senate, in many state legislatures, among state governors and city mayors, absolutely hate America and they just keep proving it. They favor and protect all the illegal aliens they have brought in here, and they oppose even to the point of passing unconstitutional state and local orders and laws obstructing ICE enforcement of standing federal law to get the illegals out of here. They act in direct violation of the federal supremacy clause in Article VI Clause 2 of the Constitution.
They side with and in some cases physically join with their own paid and organized anti-ICE rioters who are out there criminally obstructing justice every day and every night, blocking the ingress and egress of federal police in the performance of their sworn duty as federal police, taunting, doxing, screaming, spitting and stoning them and their vehicles.
They hate the white race, they hate men, they especially hate white men even though so many of them actually are white men, and they hate Jesus Christ, Christianity, Christians, Jews, American and Israeli patriots, the American flag, the Israeli flag, patriotic celebrations, heterosexuals and anyone who does not celebrate "diversity", including sodomy, abortion, antisemitism, men in women's sports and, of course, transvestites and drag queens.
They hate America and normalcy so much that American flags and the American national anthem "trigger" them, as do fourth of July fireworks and celebrations. For them, American flags and Israeli flags are for burning and desecrating in public, not for saluting.
If the Marxocrat Party is not out to destroy America they've got a very funny way of showing it.

All the leaders of Communism were Jews including Karl Marx himself and Vladimir Lenin himself, so Communism and Zionism are one and the same thing. All the deaths attributed to Communism are therefore attributable to Jews. All of this is way off base. You need to study Communism more.

- Lenin too had Jewish ancestry but those ancestors converted to Christianity, he was not raised in the Jewish faith and he identified as an atheist.
- Stalin was not Jewish, but Georgian and atheist.
- Mussolini was Catholic, and the founder of Fascism, but that does not make the Fascist form of Socialism Catholic.
- Hitler was the founder of National Socialism and was not Jewish but Austrian, weird occultic, and leaning Islamic.
The linkage between Bolshevism and Judaism is an antisemitic lie. The fact that some Communists have been or are Jewish has no more importance than the fact that some of them are or have been Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant, Hindu, Budhist, animist or anything else.
