Dear Mr. President:
Reestablishing the integrity of the American electoral process is critically necessary for the continued existence of our Constitutional Republic.
If state governments, the US Congress and the US Supreme Court fail to act to overrule the corrupted and defrauded election results in several if not all American states, then it falls on you to act in your capacity as the chief law enforcement officer in the American government to do so.
In adjudicating the 1807 Marbury v Madison case the Supreme Court established the principle of Judiciary Review, quite properly declaring a legislated law to be unconstitutional, null and no law.
The Presidency and the Congress have precisely the same power to nullify anything that is unconstitutional. The fact that they have never done it yet does not mean that they cannot do it.
The Constitution nowhere grants any of the three coequal branches of government any interpretive authority over itself that is in any way superior to the interpretive authority of the other two branches.
The Congress legislates law, the Presidency enforces law and the Judiciary adjudicates law; all must know the Constitution in order to do their jobs. All are solemnly sworn in their very oaths of office to uphold and govern within the Constitution.
You, Mr. President, are sworn to defend it. It is under attack, by fraud.
Any time before a fraudulently elected candidate is inaugurated, while you are still President, if the state governments, the Congress and the Supreme Court have failed to overturn this fraudulent election, then, you must overturn it, and let the fur begin to fly.
You can nullify it by simply declaring it to be unconstitutional, null and void, thereby establishing a new Constitutional Principle of Presidential Review.
You can and should demand that Congress set a new date for a new election, requiring only paper and pencil ballots, only absentee ballots allowed, and with a one-day voting restriction.
You must do this, Mr. President, for the preservation of the Republic.
Respectfully submitted by your humble servant,
Lyman Victor Biorseth

I TOTALLY AGREE AND HE NEEDS TO DO IT NOW.

Right on! If Trump does that, he'll be able to finally lay the hurt on the Marxists of all parties. The hydra that lives in the swamp has many heads - and hardly any of them will be easy to cut off. I hope that Trump will, at long last, finally take off the kid gloves and start that desperately-needed return to the US Constitution (the more I read that document the more I am convinced that it's the only Constitution that actually acknowledges the real ("negative") God-given human rights). My grandma always says that all the USA politicians are "patriotic" - I retort that that may have been true in earlier times, but not today. I don't see any "patriotism" from them today - a Russian fifth column in Ukraine does a better job at pretending to love Ukraine then the USA politicians do when it comes to America.

This will be a last resort. After the state legislators fail to make it right electorally, this tactic may be employed. It will be the bloodiest solution, but those elements of our current society have to be eliminated as any criminal element would be.
If these efforts don't work, we are done as a nation.

This is pure wishful thinking. The president does not have the power to declare anything unconstitutional: that privilege belongs only to SCOTUS. Furthermore, in order to declare the election fraudulent, he would need to provide evidence. So far, the president has gotten laughed out of every court where he has presented his conspiracy theories, precisely because he lacks any evidence. This is understandable: the president has a history of announcing election fraud when he loses. He said the Emmy Awards were fraudulent when his TV show didn't win, he said the 2016 Republican primary in Iowa was fraudulent when Ted Cruz wins. Basically, he's a baby who doesn't like to lose. Amazing to me is that you're willing to indulge his fantasies.
This is all very funny to me. You claim to be Catholic, but you don't know know what Jesus said. Jesus believed in helping the poor; loving thy neighbor; turning the other cheek. That's what you would call "Marxism."

You're full of Marxocratism.
I know how deeply you despise America, but you've got it backwards, jackass. It's the criminal Madame Hillary and the Marxocrat Party and Media who are the cry babies who can't stand to lose and still can't get over their 2016 election loss in spite of all their election cheating.
The statement that only SCOTUS has the "privilege" of declaring anything to be unconstitutional is just a flagrant categorical lie.
And you don't get away with twisting the Scriptures to make Jesus into a filthy communist traitor like you around here. Go peddle that crap somewhere else.
Never be lukewarm.
Life itself demands passion.
He who is indifferent to God has already forfeited his soul.
He who is indifferent to politics has already forfeited his liberty.
In America, religion is not mere window dressing and citizenship is not a spectator sport. Do not allow our common destiny as a whole people to just happen without your input.

Enter ye in at the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and
