American Election Do-Over: Canceling The Fraud and Fixing the Process.
The known Marxocrat Party fraud in the 2020 Election is now so wide-spread that only a tightly controlled and properly monitored do-over could ever clear the air.

The Election Cancelation and Do-Over
Evidence gathered by Sidney Powell, Lin Wood, Rudy Giuliani and others is now so damning, so varied, multi-layered and wide-spread that the unraveling state-by-state may be impossible, especially now that the unsolicited and mass-mailed write-in ballots are separated from the original envelopes. And that quick separation sans monitoring was almost certainly part of the plan to cheat on the election, so that they could never be put back together again.
The whole election should be recognized as fatally compromised and a new date set for a do-over election.
There is no need for any rush to get a court decision, one way or another. There is nothing in the Constitution prohibiting either the prosecution of a crime or the setting aside of a fraudulent election based on any date(s) or the completion of any steps in any process.
It doesn't matter whether any state certifies its election, it doesn't matter of the whole national election is certified, and it doesn't even matter if the electoral college has voted. A fraud is still a fraud, and a crime is still a crime. Frauds and crimes must be dealt with by law.
The Canadian-Venezuelan vote-counting software, designed to commit election fraud in the first place, is now known to have been used in 33 states to count votes in the 2020 national election. And, it is on-line; it accesses and is accessed by the internet. It sends information to Frankfurt and to Barcelona to be tabulated by Venzuelan paid organizations who then send the vote counts back to the USA.
The whole 2020 election process involved a near complete absence of any chain of custody over ballots, not just in the "swing" states, but in most states, if not all. It was so rampant as to appear to have been by plan.
The Supreme Court must set this whole election aside. If the Supreme Court does not do that, then President Trump must act to set it aside, and then go to court to prove his reasons for doing it. It should be up to the Court to decide which way the election will be put aside, but it quite simply must be put aside, for the sake of the continuation of the rule of law.
This obviously fraudulent election cannot be allowed to stand.
- A date must be set for the do-over election.
- Only absentee ballots to be permitted; no other mail-ins.
- No early voting.
- No voting software.
- Only hand written ballot voting to be used.
- Voting observed closely by partisan poll observers.
- Absentee ballots to be counted with other ballots on election day; any that come in late not to be counted.
- Vote counting to be observed closely by partisan observers.
- Votes to be counted at the precinct immediately after the polls close. No ballots to move anywhere.
- New dates to be set for state certifications and for the electoral college vote.
If America does not do anything to correct this clearly fraudulent election, then Constitutional America is doomed, pure and simple.
Fixing The Process
We have already recommended the repeal of the 16th Amendment, repeal of the 17th Amendment and the repeal of the 1913 Federal Reserve Act, just to get us back under the intentions of our original Constitution. Recognizing that the repeal of an Amendment needs to be an Amendment itself, I feel confident that 38 states would ratify Amendments to repeal 16 and 17, especially with the Fair Tax in the offering.
But we need to make certain that no future election can be so fraudulently corrupted as this one, ever again. And, we need to neutralize the evil plans revealed by the Marxocrat Party by which they plan to take Constitutional America down. Those evil plans, spoken from their own mouths, include
- Elimination of the Electoral College.
- Making Washington DC and Puerto Reico States, by simple fiat, in order to gain four more Marxocrat Party voting Senators.
Since the electoral college is in the Constitution, it would seem to me that it would take a Constitutional Amendment to take it out. However, we have heard public arguments to the contrary, that all that would have to be done would be to legislate it out of existence. Doubtful but not impossible, especially when we know that there are Marxocrat Party partisans and other corrupted justices sitting on the Supreme Court bench right now. They would have a hard time getting 38 states to ratify an Amendment, but they might not have as much trouble legislating another fraudulent law and having it upheld by a Marxocrat corrupted court. They've done it before.
So, we propose:
- A Constitutional Amendment prohibiting the elimination of the Electoral College.
- A Constitutional Amendment requiring the admission of any new state into the United States to be ratified by a super-majority of 38 states, as if it were a Constitutional Amendment.
- A Constitutional Amendment to fix the number of Supreme Court Justices at Nine.
It is quite likely that 38 states, at least, would ratify each of these individual amendments.
A Constitutional Convention is to be avoided at all costs. With this many anti-Americans in office, a Constitutional Convention could allow them to introduce all sorts of nonsense into the process, either to defeat the effort, or pervert it to harm America.
Amendments should be one-topic stand-alone Amendments, kept simple, drawn up by Congress, signed by the President and simply sent out to the States for state ratification.
To prevent future election frauds as massive as this one, we propose one more Amendment, which would, for all elections in which any federal office(s) is (are) on the ballot:
- Set the date for federal elections to be the first Tuesday in November.
- Require valid voter ID.
- Only absentee ballots to be permitted; no other mail-ins.
- No early voting; no late voting.
- No voting software; no voting mechanically.
- Only hand written ballot voting to be used.
- Registered Voter check-in and finished voting ballot-in-the-box observed closely by partisan poll observers.
- Absentee ballots to be counted along with other ballots on election day; any that come in late not to be counted, regardless of postmark.
- Vote counting to be observed closely by partisan observers.
- Votes to be counted at the precinct immediately after the polls close. No ballots to move anywhere. Counted ballots to be sealed in properly marked containers for any future re-counts.
Again, I believe 38 states would ratify that.

How?
They have called me an irredeemable, deplorable, racist, misogynist, white supremacist, white nationalist, Colonialist, hyper-religious gun-nut.
They don't really want to have anything to do with me.
And, they are Elitist, Communalist, Marxist, Homosexualist, Abortionist, anti-Christian and anti-American.
I don't really want to have anything to do with them.
They cannot be compromised with or bargained with. They cannot even be peacefully lived with. They have to be defeated.
Hopefully politically; but make no mistake: they have to be defeated.
The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us.
