The Criminal Deep State Cannot Be Fixed, So Let's Burn It All Down!

How many times has one anti-American splinter group or another tried to "burn this M-F-er down"? Let's all do that to our criminal shadow government!

At this point there's no reconciliation possible between constitutional America and the black supremacists, the pervert supremacists, the enviro-supremacists, the mask-vax supremacists, the Marxist supremacists, the Islamo-supremacists, or any of the diversity-identity supremacists, or even with the white supremacists (if you can find any). And, being real constitutional Americans, we cannot imprison, deport or kill them all, because if we did, we would be them, not us.

But all of these various street supremacist factions working hard to destroy constitutional America depend on the protection of the unconstitutional, illegally existing and criminal Marxocrat Party and its illegally existing criminal Shadow Government, and we can sure as hell burn that whole thing to the ground.

The whole argument between the criminal Marxocrat Political Party and the Constitution of the United States revolves around whether the constitutional rights of the American citizenry are absolute or limited by something outside the constitution. The constitution says they are absolute; the Marxocrat Party says they are not.

"You can't yell fire in a crowded theater" claim the Marxists, but that's a typical Marxist lie; you most certainly can yell fire in a crowded theater, especially if the theater is on fire.

It may be morally wrong to falsely yell fire in a crowded theater, but it most certainly is not legally wrong.

If constitutional rights were not absolute, crazy old Auntie Maxine Waters would be in prison.

The Anti-Constitution DOJ:  Burn It All Down!

The constitution is the supreme law of the land, and the DOJ is supposed to enforce it literally, to the word. Instead, they reverse it. What they are supposed to do is protect citizen rights from being infringed by any level of government in any American jurisdiction. They are supposed to come to our legal defense when any of our constitutional rights are violated.

Instead, they - the supposed protectors of our rights - are violating our constitutional rights and charging citizens with crimes for exercising them. Look at what they have done and are doing to the J-6 rioters and innocent bystanders alike, especially those who are still imprisoned, in solitary confinement, without even being charged with anything, without due process, in direct violation of the constitution.

For exercising first amendment citizen rights to free speech, free press, freedom of peaceable assembly and redress of grievances to the government. They denied citizens the right to due process, held citizens in long solitary confinement without indictment for anything, denied bail, denied the right of innocence until proven guilty, violated lawyer-client privilege and even raided and charged client attorneys for representing clients. At horrific and often bankrupting economic cost, they have beleaguered friends, associates, relatives and even lawyers with threats of indictments in order to make deals in which they might lie and turn states' evidence against the accused in order to not be severely punished themselves.

That's called extortion.

Note well how they, and their "resources" in the news media, and the whole of the Marxocrat Party called the J-6 riot an "insurrection" and harped on that word as if it really was an insurrection, which it was not. And note further that not one person of anyone involved in any way was ever actually charged with insurrection, for the simple reason that there wasn't any insurrection.

The whole DOJ is a liar.

They have manufactured evidence against President Trump, in collusion with the Hillary campaign, her lawyers, the news media and the Marxocrat Party, illegally spied on his first presidential campaign and his whole presidency.

Burn it down!

The whole department of justice needs to be cleaned out, to the last man. An honest attorney must be found to rebuild the whole thing, appointing attorneys who will keep their oaths of office and enforce the constitution, which, if you read it, means that they will be on our side against the government, not the other way round.

Kind of like President Trump.

It should not cost any American citizen one thin dime to defend himself against any government official or anyone else who infringes any of his constitutional rights.

No American citizen should need to depend upon either a hired attorney or a court appointed attorney in such cases; that's what state US Federal Attorneys are supposed to be for. They are supposed to be for us, not against us.

The constitution was written for the citizenry, not the government. Read the Bill Of Rights. They work for us, we don't work for them.

We shouldn't even have to call them, at least not in cases as loud and obvious as the J-6 Marxocrat entrapment; attorney(s) from the DOJ should have jumped on it the minute it happened.

But they were not only in on it; they were the chief perpetrators of it.

So, burn it all down to the ground.

The Anti-American FBI AND CIA:  Burn It All Down!

The Marxocrat Party owned and operated FBI is subservient to the Marxocrat Party owned and operated DOJ, and just as guilty of purposely violating the constitutional rights of the American citizenry for political purposes. They are corrupted beyond redemption.

And the CIA, too, is owned and operated by the anti-American Marxocrat Party and dances to its tunes. 51 former intelligence officers signed the fraudulent letter claiming Hunter Biden's laptop was some kind of Russian plant and contained no real evidence of Biden Vice Presidential or Presidential misconduct. A Marxocrat Party lie.

The FBI, or whatever agency is created to take its place after it is totally shut down, should go back to being a disarmed investigative agency seeking forensic and other evidences for attorneys of the DOJ and leave all armed police work at the federal level to the real federal police, who are United States Marshals.

They must be stripped of the ability to charge anyone with a "crime" of lying to an agent, because they have abused that law so severely as to have become extortionists for the Marxocrat Party. No American should ever be charged with making any false statements except after having been sworn in in a court of law. What they did to General Flynn should have been grounds for a lawsuit.

The FBI and the CIA both need to be burnt to the ground, and replaced with new agencies committed and dedicated to the American constitution, with new names, because the old names are so disgraced.

The Anti-American ATF:  Burn It All Down!

The Bureau of Alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives needs to be absolutely eliminated. Note well that alcohol, tobacco, firearms and explosives are not listed among the limited and enumerated powers of the federal government to even legislate and bring into existence in federal law, let alone enforce or adjudicate in federal law. And that the American citizens are granted the absolute right to possess and to carry weapons of war by the second amendment in the constitution's bill of rights.

If any anti-constitutionalists want to regulate alcolhol, tobacco or explosives they can draw up amendments to the constitution to do that and send it out to the states for ratification by a super majority of 38 states. And if they want t regulate citizen possession and carrying weapons of war, they should try to repeal the second amendment, and get that attempt ratified by a super majority of 38 states.

Until they successfully do that, the ATF has no legitimate reason to exist. Burn it to the ground and fire everyone in it.

Alcohol, tobacco and firearms are no different than abortion, health care, homosexuality, marriage, climate, etc., etc., etc., that Marxocrats and RINO Republicrats like Mike Pence have the anti-constitutional audacity to think they can address in law, executive action or regulation at the federal level, dictated over all of the sovereign states and sovereign citizens without their representation and against their will.

The Anti-American TSA And Unnecessary ICE:  Burn It All Down!

The TSA, since its creation after 9/11 has worked against American citizens rather than the foreign Moslems who perpetrated 9/11. They only screen the law abiding American citizenry, not the foreigners or the Moslems, as we pointed out long ago in Boycott the Airlines. The Marxocrat Party maliciously and stupidly practically outlawed forensic profiling of airline passengers as "racist" and "xenophobic" and "anti-Islam", and so stopped looking at foreigners, Moslems and obvious threats, and started infringing only American citizen civil rights, ostensibly "for flying safety". A lie.

Israeli flights are protected much better than ours by simple use of forensic profiling of passengers and there is no reason America should not go back to using it, without any new bureaucracy and it's perpetually growing army of petty bureaucrats.

President Eisenhower's Operation Wetback, and similar programs of Presidents Truman and FDR each managed to forcibly deport many millions of illegal aliens without the need of creating any new bureau such as ICE. All they needed was the actual determination to do it, and they did it, and our borders were a lot more secure.

We have the Coast Guard, the Border Patrol and the USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services) and that is quite enough, so long as the government itself is not involved in violating border integrity. The biggest perpetrators of American open border criminality are not merely the Biden administration, but the whole Marxocrat Party. They are responsible for all the millions of illegal aliens they are illegally bringing in here from all over the world.

And the DOJ, the FBI and the CIA are helping them commit those crimes.

The Marxocrat Party's psychologically sly and treacherously slick linguistic terminology such as "undocumented workers", "migrants", "asylum seekers" or any kind of "immigrants" are not fooling anyone. They are not immigrants if they cannot show us any immigration papers. No one can simply and legally "migrate" here from anywhere and then just stay here. If they never applied at any American embassy for asylum, a visa, a green-card or immigration, and they are here, then they are criminal aliens who broke the laws of at least two nations just to get in here, and they break our laws again every day that they remain here. Fleeing asylum seekers must seek asylum in the first nation they enter upon fleeing, and not the last.

Burn it to the ground.

The Redundant and Anti-American D.H.S.:  Burn It All Down!

The department of homeland security has no reason to exist. Homeland security is what the department of defense, the national guard and the militia are for. Under secretary Alejandro Mayorkas the department has acted to destroy America's southern border and move America to the brink of national disaster while claiming, with the aid of the Marxocrat Party owned and operated mainstream media, that the border is secure.

The DHS has become another weapon of the Marxocrat Party against constitutional America. Shut it down and fire everyone in it.

The Marxocrat Party's Anti-American I.R.S.:  Burn It All Down!

Repeal Wilson's anti-constitution 16th amendment and get rid of the graduated income tax and all other forms of American citizen, business and corporate taxes and institute the Fair-Tax, permanently ending the need for tax returns and the existence of the IRS. Fast-Track the process so that the Fair-Tax can be implemented immediately without waiting for the repeal of the 16th amendment to be ratified by the states.

If Congress passes the Fair-Tax and the President signs it, the entire government, including social security and medicare, will be fully funded for the first time.

The IRS, too, has been politically weaponized by the Marocrat Party and the rest of the Left. It is hopelessly corrupted.

How much money you make, your pastor makes, your boss makes, your business makes, your kids make, etc., etc., etc., is none of our government's business.

Every citizen in America would experience,

1. a radical increase in income, having eliminated income tax;
2. an increase in prices of everything because the Fair-Tax is a point-of-sales tax, but the increase in prices should settle at a point where it is more than covered by the accompanying raise in all citizen income;
3. a monthly "Pre-bate" payment to citizens from the government of some few hundred dollars a month.
   

Let the rest of the world keep squeezing their citizenry. Let America be a leader, not a follower.

• The radical increase in citizen expendable income would trigger an economic boom the likes of which have never been seen.
• The radical increase in federal revenue from the sales taxes and from the elimination of the IRS budget would go a long way toward healing America's economic situation.

The Marxocrat Party's Politicized Senate:  Burn It All Down!

Repeal Wilson's anti-constitution 17th amendment, "democratizing" the senate and turning senators into politicians rather than statesmen. The senate was not constitutionally intended to be an elected body. The house of representatives was supposed to be the only elected body, and the senate was supposed to counteract that pure democracy.

America was not constituted to be a democracy, but a constitutional republic. Not a democracy.

The Pre-17th amendment senators were appointed and recalled by dully elected and seated state governments, not popular votes. Two senators from each state were supposed to counteract the populist and purely political house of representatives.

Senators were intended to be state government representatives, i.e., state ambassadors to the federal government, but with voting rights. Every state is sovereign; every state is different; every state has different needs. Senators were supposed to champion those needs and do the bidding of their state governments. They were to be statesmen, not mere politicians.

Popular election of senators, especially in Marxocrat owned and operated areas, is why we have such slugs in the senate as Pelosi, McConnell, Feinstein and Fetterman.

They should be appointed, serve and be recalled at the sole discretion of their state governments.

The 17th amendment was a communist dream come true, because democracy, said Marx, is the road to socialism.

And that's why Marxocrats want to repeal the electoral college, too.

America has no need of the 17th amendment.

Burn it to the ground.

The Social Security/Medicare Ponzi Scheme:  Burn It All Down!

Again, if Congress passes the Fair-Tax and the President signs it into law, the entire government, including social security and medicare, will be fully funded for the very first time.

Unconstitutional public welfare outspends defense spending in America. In fact, Social Security and Medicare, each, individually, have larger budgets than defense all by themselves. When you add in all the other public spending bureaucracies national defense is absolutely dwarfed by them. We believe that FDR knew social security was a Ponzi scheme when he instituted it, and that's why he did it. If left alone, it will economically doom the whole American economy.

But it's a "third rail" issue; if you touch it, you die, politically speaking.

Why?

It can be done away with without affecting anyone who is retired on it or anyone who has ever paid into it.

All congress has to do is set a date, after which no new entries into the workforce receive a social security number or pay the FICA tax; they just keep that money to do with as they please.

That's it.

From that date on, both the contributors and beneficiaries of social security and medicare will become shrinking rather than growing populations until the last covered citizen retires on it and then passes on. The exact opposite of a Ponzi Scheme.

No beneficiary of social security or medicare and no current contributor to them will be affected in any way.

Burn it down, after the last beneficiary passes on.

The Environmental Protection Agency:  Burn It All Down!

Do you see the environment, or the climate, or the weather, or the sea levels, or endangered species, or timber, or water, or global temperatures, or coal, oil or gas, or any burnable fuel, or DEF, or EGR, or Styrofoam, or Freon, or water, or soil, or air, listed anywhere among the limited and enumerated constitutionally authorized powers of the federal government?

That's funny, neither do I.

So what makes the federal government think they can wrest control of any of these things from the sovereign states and from the private sector? And what makes the federal government think that it is in any way more qualified, more knowledgeable or more "expert" than the states and the private sector about any of them?

Especially when the federal government is not constitutionally authorized to address any of them, short of first passing a constitutional amendment to do so.

First of all, there is no such thing as a climate change emergency.

Second, even if there was any such "crisis" the constitution does not allow the federal government to try to fix it by doing unconstitutional things. Like ignoring the constitution and just tyrannically dictating all citizen behavior in all states all across the whole nation.

The EPA does not even constitutionally exist. See Note 2 in the Limited and Enumerated Powers. As an unconstitutional entity it has no legal authority over any American state or citizen.

In our view, that makes it a criminal organization.

The EPA, more than any other unconstitutional regulating bureaucracy, and there are many of them at the federal level, is a glaring example of how government shows it's total incompetence in taking control of things previously handled by states and citizens. The very few things the federal government is good at are listed in Article 1 Section 8, and that's it. As soon as it steps out of those bounds, it not only screws up, but it starts going dictatorial and anti-American.

In our view, that is the EPA goal. To move America out from under the constitution and into tyrannical government.

The EPA should be shut down, everyone in it should be fired with all employment benefits cut off, and the whole budget eliminated. And every "regulation" ever issued from the EPA should be immediately nullified as unconstitutional, null and no law.

As we have pointed out in multiple places in this site, any President could to that by simple declaration of unconstitutionality, and let the congress or the court try to argue how any unconstitutionally existing entity should be able to issue unconstitutional regulations binding on all states and all citizen without their representation and against their will.

Unconstitutional Regulating Bureaucracies:  Burn Them All Down!

Look at all the unconstitutional federal bureaus and all of their unconstitutional regulations, in the image and likeness of EPA. Most are addressed in our Cut The Spending Pages. None are represented among the limited and enumerated powers, and thus they exist unconstitutionally, which is to say illegally.

Education. Science. Housing. Medicine. Insurance. Pharmacy. Rents. Prices. Wages. Urban Development. Health. Welfare. Diseases. You name it, they will regulate it.

Burn them down, plow them under and salt the earth where they were.

Apologies for taking so long to finish this.

I started writing this on 9/07 and I'm just now finishing it on the 11th. Still recovering from my cervical spine surgery, and I can only sit at the computer for so long, and I have to get up, move around a little, sit somewhere else in a different position, and keep track of when to take my meds. Now taking my neck brace off for periods of time, but still can't drive, and haven't been out of the house since the operation except my Marcie, who is still working, has started taking me to Sunday Mass. She is such a blessing to me.

And, my aging computer system keeps hanging up and causing more delays; we may be replacing the whole thing pretty soon, I hope.

Spending a lot more time in prayer, meditation and devotion; the Divine Intimacy, spoken of in What Is Most Important, has turned into a major source of spiritual healing first, and physical healing second. I find it a wonderful connection with the will of God which is the only law that really counts in the end.

Prayers are appreciated, especially for constitutional America and for traditional Catholicism.
