Can we Outlaw Political Parties in the USA and be Constitutional?

I say we can and should outlaw any unconstitutional entity that assumes unconstitutional government power unto itself to displace and replace our Constitution.

America desperately needs to outlaw Political Parties and go back to being a Constitutional Republic.

We are not being governed by our Constitution any more. We the people are being governed by Political Parties operating independent of and completely outside of the Constitution. 

The unique American Idea involves rule of law, and rule by law, rather than rule of man, and rule by men. Our only national ruler is, by original design, supposed to be our Constitution, and not any man or any men. Political Parties are extra-constitutional entities; the Constitution nowhere mentions Political Parties, let alone cedes them any governing authority over American citizens. 

But, as unrecognized threats to the Constitution itself, Political Parties came to be and grew in political power seemingly by osmosis, and began illegally assuming governing as well as political power, and using it in unconstitutional ways to do unconstitutional things. What is worse, they were infiltrated and taken over by foreign anti-American entities to the point of becoming anti-American entities themselves. 

Back on October 6 2010, we wrote this:

I submit that our current Political Parties have adopted, in part or in whole, all the tenets of anti-American Marxism in direct opposition to the Constitution, most specifically, the Bill Of Rights and all the Constitutional Rights of the American Citizenry.

George Washington warned of the rise of Political parties in his farewell address. He foresaw that the slave-driving planter-class power base was coalescing into a Political Party, and he was right. They formed the Democrat Party, in opposition to the American Principle and Constitutional Right of Citizen Equality, and eventually formed the Confederate States of America against the USA. 

Today, that Democrat Party, which we herein always refer to as the Marxocrat Party, is absolutely and completely Marxist. It is aligned with the Ten Pillars Of Communism, and it puts into action all of the the Political Goals Of Communism. Virtually every point of Marxocratism is at odds with the American Constitution. 

I challenge anyone to point out any of those Communist goals that the Marxocrat Party has not implemented, tried to implement or is currently in the process of implementing. Including the advancement of pornography, homosexuality, promiscuity, no-fault divorce, the destruction of the normative family, the infiltration of Churches and redirecting Christian doctrine into Marxist "social justice" doctrines, etc. The systematic destruction of decent civil culture, in other words. 

Planting the seeds of a Cultural Revolution. 

The Republicrat Party is no better; it exists solely to win political, but not Constitutional, contests. It fails to defend the Constitution. It most often acts in "bipartisan cooperation" with the anti-constitution agendas of the Marxocrat Party to "get things done". The Republicrat Party is a Party of self-defense and compromise, and to date, they have very nearly compromised the Constitution out of existence. Sausage making, they call it, and the art of doing the possible. 

There isn't a spine among them since the death of Abraham Lincoln.

Today's Marxocrat Party is Sorosian in funding and Alinskyian in its organization. And the Republicrat Party has its own Sorosian funded traitors, and the whole Sorosian Swamp is loaded down with evil, Culturally Marxist operatives and bureaucratic government drones who make up the so-called Permanent Government. 

You might think, after reading the Constitution, which lays out and provides the operating instructions and limitations of the three coequal branches of federal government, that the whole government was being run in strict accordance with the Constitution, but it is not. The whole government is being run in accordance with pure Political Party Power.

• The House of representatives is being run, absolutely and ruthlessly, by the Marxocrat Party.
• The Senate is being run by the Republicrat Party in bipartisan cooperation with the Marxocrat Party.
• the Supreme Court is being run, almost ruthlessly, by the Marxocrat Party. 

If you don't believe that last point, just look at the makup of the Court.

The Clintons were Soros-funded students of Alinsky. The Obamas were, from before they were sent into politics, Soros-employed professional Alinsky organizers. The Clintonistas moved many Amerericans out of self-suffiency and into dependency, and the government out of Constitutionalism and into Socialism.  

But Comrade Obama may peace be upon him, who was not only a Marxist but also a Moslem, doubled-down on what the Clintons had done and menaced the Constitution with Islam as well as Marxism. He actually brought Islamic terrorists of the Moslem Brotherhood right on into the White House and into the intelligence community as his Moslem National Security Advisors.

It just doesn't get any more anti-American than that. 

The exact same thing is going on inside the Roman Catholic Church. 

We have referred to America-loving President Trump's current situation in this mess as being on a tightrope over the Washington swamp. It's worse than that. He can depend on no one other than us. We, and he, are all in the gunsights of the Clintonistas, the Obamunists, the Sorosians, the Alinskyians, Cultural Marxism, Civil Jihad, and worst of all, the Marxocrat Party and their Republicrat partners-in-crime.

President Trump is in the middle of a political minefield, and he is under fire from every direction. 

But he's been in this situation from the day he came down the escalator, and he just keeps coming up smelling like a rose, every time. Time after time, it looks like they got him, and time after time, he wins again. To everyone's astonishment, both friend and foe. 

This is his first foray into politics, so one would logically expect that he would be a virtual babe in the woods, in desperate need of political advice to merely survive, let alone to win. But he keeps on winning. 

Maybe he's not a babe in the woods; maybe he's not ignorant of politics. Maybe he's the smartest fox in the woods, or maybe he's even smarter than Br'er Rabbit. 

Our one-man wrecking crew destroying anti-Americanism?

Last night I watched the Trump event at Mt. Rushmore on https://www.whitehouse.gov/live, and that's the way I intend to watch every other Trump event from now on, rather than any TV or Cable network, because I heard every speech with no interruptions from anchors, commentators and "experts" while anyone, especially the President, was talking. 

And he hit all the Marxocrat Party anti-American bases, from the monument destroyers and history murderers to the "Cancel-Culture" and the citizen speech-controllers, to the censurers and thought-controllers, to the racists crying racism, to the privileged crying white privilege, to the liberty-destroyers crying freedom, to the cop-killers crying public safety, to the BLM rioters, looters, street thugs and gangs, to the real murderers of blacks crying Black Lives Matter, etc., all under the false mask of Americanism, while in truth they are all anti-American Marxists of various spot and stripe. 

And he raised America up again, revealing, for those who were listening, the glorious American historical events in the lives of Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt. He presented the America we all should know, and we all used to know, in simple word images; he brought it all back. He nailed the American cultural necessity of our once common Judaeo-Christian morality, stemming from our Judaeo-Christian religions, which themselves are stemming from God. It is that common belief system, that once common national moral standard, that Marxocratism has set itself to destroy in order to destroy America. 

And once again, as often happens listening to Trump speak, I was filled with American pride. When he, and our beautiful First Lady Milania, present America to anyone, at home or abroad, they represent us; they represent all of these United States of America; they represent you, and me, and all of us. The image they project is - us. And they do it so well, they make me, once again, proud to be an American. Jut looking at them, knowing what they represent, and that they really mean it, fills me with American pride. 

So maybe that's the secret. Maybe that's why he keeps on winning. If the real, actual American Idea is in your heart, who can stand against it?

This speech was similar to all of his other ones; the thing that stirs national pride is all the action behind the words. He means what he says. Almost every time he speaks, he extols the virtues of America and the American Idea, and - note this well - that cannot be done without simultaneously marking the enemies of America and enemies of the American Idea, whether specifically or just generally. 

The Marxocrat Party virulently opposes just about everything he said.

Because the Marxocrat Party opposes America and the American Idea.

They oppose our very borders and our national security. They oppose the rule of law, ICE, Border Patrol and even the local police. They sponsor sanctuary cities to protect criminals from American justice. They bless and approve of the Cancel-Culture, speech-control and thought-control. They despise our history and encourage its destruction, including the destruction of our monuments and statuary of great American figures. They hate our history because it is so good, and they seek to rewrite it to suite their own twisted and Marxified imaginations; they want to force us all to "re-imagine" America into something she is not, never was and never will be. Not only against our will, but against the Constitution. 

They hate our flag, they hate our anthem and they hate us. 

And, of course, being Marxists, they are liars. They are MEJTML¹⁴ s, and some of them are also IEJTML¹⁵ , colluding together to convince the world of the lie that HBAACOTE¹¹ and that the only hope for the world's salvation is in their dreamed of WBESSWG¹⁷ , to be run by them, of course.

President Trump spoke of the new ten year penalty for destruction or defacing federal monuments, and that's a good thing. But we can pray that loss of American citizenship and banishment might one day be added to such crimes. 

Undoing the Marxocrat Party Diversity and Multiculture Lie

We may be racially diverse, but we are not culturally diverse. We are not a multi-culture; we are a distinct and identifiable American culture; that is out American Ethos. We cannot "celebrate" cultural diversity; cultural diversity needs to be crushed. 

There is nothing wrong and everything right in keeping and passing on an ethnic heritage and ethnic tradition, but this is, after all, America.

There is nothing wrong with maintaining a racial or ethnic heritage as a background thing in America, but if you are not an American first, then what are you doing here? We were raised as second generation native born Americans, and the reason our parents didn't teach me Lithuanian or Marcie Polish was that they wanted us to grow up as Americans, not as Lituanian-Americans or Polish-Americans. Our generation was the one that dropped the hyphens. We are Americans. 

Right after being Catholics, we are Americans; of European extraction, yes, but 100% native-born Americans. That is our national identity. 

There is and can be no such thing as a multi-culture. 

What is a multi-culture, other than an absence of identifiable culture? You cannot blend good with evil, or right with wrong, or virtue with vice.

And here, where freedom of religion is guaranteed by law, we cannot "blend" the Judaeo-Christian religions with religions or ideologies that seek to end freedom of religion, such as tyrannically atheistic Marxism, and tyrannically jihadist Islam.

• Constitutional America cannot peacefully coexist with rabidly secularist Marxism, which seeks to impose atheism and worship of the state upon us all by force.
• Constitutional America cannot peacefully coexist with rabidly Islamist Islam, which seeks to impose Islamic religion, law and government upon us all by force.

Suppression of religion and belief in God is an implacable, inseparable and irrevocable part of Marxism that opposes and menaces American freedom of religion. 

Jihad - holy war against the entire "infidel" world - is an implacable, inseparable and irrevocable part of Islam that opposes and menaces American freedom of religion. 

The Marxocrat Party supports and advances the anti-American agendas of both Marxism and Islam in America, while the Republicrat Party cooperates with them to "make sausage", and to practice the politics of the possible. 

The main and perhaps first goal of both Marxism and Islam is to destroy the Catholic Church, Christianity writ large, Judaism and belief in God, to be replaced with belief in the all powerful state or belief in Allah, which in reality translates into total submission to the Caliph, whomever he may be at any point in time, or to those entrusted with maintaining the Caliphate (the Ummah) while awaiting his arrival.

Religions and ideologies that seek to overpower our Constitution should not be welcome in America, and Americans dedicated and committed to them should be banished for the safety and life of the American Idea. 

Note well that the exact same anti-American Marxocrats and RINO Republicrats who opposed buiding the wall and supported illegal migration into America and sanctuary cities, are now the same ones keeping the phony CommieVirus shut-down shut down, and calling for a national re-shut down, and cutting police departments and funding, and mollycoddling rioters, anarchists, separatists and seditionists, and calling for American historical monuments and statues to be removed, and are openly disrespecting our flag, our anthem and our values, including even Christianity and Jesus Christ. 

Congressmen, Senators and Justices. Sworn to uphold the Constitution.

Shielded and protected by their Political Parties. 

Could Trump be the one to take out the Parties?

Well, they're sure trying like hell to take him out. On his own he probably couldn't do it; but if he had enough new actual pro-American faces in the House and the Senate, maybe he could. We can wish, and we can pray, but we can also vote. 

Right now, he could, legally, on his own, Reestablish Constitutionalism by single-handedly striking down unconstitutional "laws", such as those establishing separation of Church state, abortion, homo marriage, Obamacare, etc., etc., etc. He could do it, quite legally, for the simple reason that they are all clearly unconstitutional on their faces.

And Congressmen, Senators and Justices would play hell trying to get them all back into operation without Amending the Constitution to do it. Such acts by the President would make him so popular with the American voters as to make him politically untouchable. And it would make those who opposed him on these unconstitutional laws so alienated from the voters as to have committed political suicide. 

It might be enough to make outlawing the Parties a real possibility.

This is impossible. Every free nation has political parties. People need to be free to form political associations to politically promote their political preferences. How are political alignments to be formed and political decisions to be made if we can't form political parties?

The author of this site also condemns schools. 

This is site not a good reliable source of information.

Political Parties are nowhere mentioned in the Constitution, which lays out the organization of the American government and provides it's complete operating instructions. It describes a Congress, and Presidency and a Supreme Court. There is no Constitutional provision for any other government authority or power of any kind being assigned to any other entity. Short of a Constitutional Amendment ratified by a super majority of 38 states, no political party has any legitimate legal authority to, for instance, run the house of representatives or the senate, or, pick our political candidates for us. 

George Washington warned about the rise of political parties in his farewell address. (See the Political Parties pages.)

Here's what we said about our main two parties in the recent Fixes To Problems treatment:

Political parties are bad for any nation because, 

1. All political parties outlive their original purpose for being;
2. all political parties become dedicated to themselves, not to their nation, and serve their own purposes;
3. in the end, all political parties vie for pure political power.

Legislating law in America is supposed to be a part-time job. Legislators are not supposed to be trying to solve every real or every imaginary problem on earth. Short of amending the constitution to do it, Congress is limited in what it may address in law by Article One Section Eight, the limited and enumerated powers of government. 

If the Congress can't legislate it, it cannot exist in law. If it cannot exist in law, the Presidency cannot enforce it, nor can the Supreme Court adjudicate anything to do with it. 

Re my supposed condemnation of schools, I do not condemn schools. What I condemn is government (public) schools, and government (tax) moneys going to anti-American educational institutions. Not private schools, not parochial schools and not home schooling. 

Public schools and all higher education is today subject to and dominated by absolute Marxocrat Party rule. 

Do you see education listed anywhere in Article One Section Eight?

That's funny, neither do I.
