Granting that it ain't easy being Catholic today, history shows that it has never been easy, and that the current world-versus-Catholicism situation in America and in the world is nothing new. In fact, it has been far worse.
You should look up Pierre Toussaint some time for an example of a man capable of maintaining his true faith in the original Christian Church in the face of the absolutely horrible anti-Catholic (and anti-black) cultural tides of those 19th century days. He never faltered in his faith. If he, born a slave and living out his final years in a hostile-to-black and rigidly racially segregated American city, could keep the whole faith undefiled through all that, cheerfully, and still prosper and earn wide respect, then who are we to complain about our own trivial by comparison trials as Catholics?
The world has always been opposed to the true Church because the world is ruled by Satan. The lure of the world is to compromise the faith with the pleasures, attractions and powers of the world, until the faith is compromised out of being. The Church is Christian, and the world is anti-Christian. Very simple, nothing to it. The anti-Christianity comes at us in layers; many layers.
The first anti-Christian layer American Catholics have to face is the "Who's a Christian" layer. Protestant denomination "Churches" and their descendent, spin-off denominations, and their spin-offs, including denominations that call themselves non-denominational, as a general rule, do not consider Catholics to be Christians.
They think themselves to be Christians, but not Catholics.
The fact is, it's the other way around.
Hillaire Belloc put it this way:
"There is no essential doctrine such that if we can agree upon it we can agree to differ about the rest: as for instance, to accept immortality but deny the Trinity. A man will call himself a Christian though he denies the unity of the Christian Church; he will call himself a Christian though he denies the presence of Jesus Christ in the Blessed Sacrament; he will cheerfully call himself a Christian though he denies the Incarnation. No; the quarrel is between the Church and the anti-Church – the Church of God and anti-God – the Church of Christ and Anti-Christ."
Basically, what that says is that the original teachings do not change. They do not compromise; they do not blend; they do not bend; they do not go away. The Commandments are forever. The Creeds are forever. The Word is forever.
What that means is that only Catholicism is Christian; all the other Churches that call themselves Christian are not really Christian.
They don't agree with that, and they are the majority, but, nevertheless, they have abandoned, or modified, or invented, or compromised, or blended, original Christian teachings, theologies and doctrines that may not be abandoned, modified, invented, compromised or blended.
They are what they are, forever.
It's kind of like reality. In fact, it is reality.
However, this is where we find ourselves, and these are the self-proclaimed "Christians" who outnumber us and whom we are called to live with as good neighbors and evangelize to.
And who is our neighbor?
In Luke 10, the parable of the good Samaritan, Jesus told us who our neighbor is, and importantly, who our neighbor is not.
- The Samaritan, a person not of the proper faith, was a neighbor.
- The Priest, the Levite and the Robber were not neighbors.
Neighborly behavior then is what makes a neighbor. Civilization, in other words. A neighbor is what a neighbor does.
The Word of God is civilizing; adherence to the love of neighbor Commandments makes civilizations. Violation of them are barbaric, and the building stones of barbarity.
I submit that,
- Islam opposes the Commandments and is barbaric.
- Marxism opposes the Commandments and is barbaric.
- Hedonism opposes the Commandments and is barbaric.
The evil Islamo-Commie-Homo political movement is aimed at wrecking civilization and establishing a barbaric totalitarianism in its place. The end of neighborliness and the rise of might-makes-right barbarity.
We can live as neighbors with Protestants, Jews and others who can willingly live within and obey American secular laws descended from the love of God Commandments.
But that may not be said of dedicated Moslems, dedicated Marxists, dedicated Hedonists or of Anarchists who recognize no laws at all.
These are antagonists and enemies of God and man. Enemies of Reality, in other words.
To whatever degree American Catholics, Protestants, Orthodox, Jews and the still honest American and law abiding faithful of false religions are influenced by Islam, Socialism or Hedonism, to that same degree do they move out of neighborliness and civilization and into barbarity and opposition to their own nation.
It may now be seen that the American citizenry is seriously infected with Catholics, Protestants, Orthodox, Jews, other non-Judeo-Christian religions or belief systems who have come to oppose some or all of the love of neighbor commandments and the commandment-based constitutional and legislated laws of the United States. They are, collectively, the most dangerous enemy force against America and of Truth and Reality that we face today.
In 2 Corinthians 11 St. Paul speaks of the many dangers and sufferings he had endured thus far in the Lord's work, and listed among them were perils of robbers, in perils from my own nation, in perils from the Gentiles, etc. The hardest of all the perils to endure must have been the perils from his own nation.
It's bad enough we have to worry about criminals and barbarians, but the most dangerous enemy of civilization you will ever contend with is the traitor from within your own ranks.
Such traitors may today be seen in American political parties, in high government office, in the Francis/Leo Vatican, in the USCCB, in the highest ranking men of science and medicine, in the UN, in the news media, in public libraries, in academia and in all teaching institutions.
No one should be totally surprised that in Francis and Leo we have Popes who are compromised by the world. Considering the fact that St. Peter himself was less than perfect, having denounced the Lord three times in the face of the menace of the world, it is safe to assume that no Pope was ever perfect. Infallible, yes; impeccable, no. If the Church survived Arianism, and the likes of Alexander VI, she can also survive Francis and Leo. No matter how bad it ever comes to look to us, the very gates of hell will not prevail against this Church. Jesus said it; that is final.
In our recent Quit Playing Around treatment, we said,
The Marxocrat Party is and always was a conspiratorial anti-American criminal organization with a carefully built up violent and obedient mob voter-base, and as such should be declared to be a terrorist organization and treated accordingly.
And the Republicrat Party is little more than a "bipartisan cooperator" in that criminal and terrorist activity.
Catholic Charities and the USCCB should be recognized as secret NGO servants of the Marxocrat Islamo-Commie-Homo drive to overwhelm the USA with illegal migrants, illegal narcotics, terrorists, agents of enemy nations, the expansion of international criminal organizations into our borders, illegal human traffic, and and even smuggled in little children to be sexually abused, passed around and disposed of.
Activities cheered on by Pope Leo, the Leo Vatican and most Bishops.
The Marxocrats are not merely opposing ICE and immigration law enforcement for political reasons alone, such as tipping the electoral college balance in their favor and expecting their carefully imported and tended illegal population to illegally vote for criminal Marxocrats. They aim to use the illegal aliens to help them destroy constitutional rule, topple the legitimate government and establish a totalitarian dictatorship.
If foreign nation's major national industries and common citizen pastimes are things like piracy, banditry, kidnapping, ransom, tribute payments, fraud, burglary, rape, gang rape, torture, murder, mass-murder, slavery, narcotics, prostitution, human traffic, extortion, organized crime, etc., and citizens of those nations are allowed to just walk in here, unvetted and unresisted, why should we not expect to see increased rates of criminal acts of piracy, banditry, kidnapping, ransom, tribute payments, fraud, burglary, rape, gang rape, torture, murder, mass-murder, slavery, narcotics, prostitution, human traffic, extortion, organized crime, etc.?
Among the multiple evil goals is the overall goal of social chaos, danger, terror, emergency, disorder, bedlam, confusion, all as recruitment of the panic-stricken to the Marxocrat banner that promises worldly salvation.
All based on Machiavellian flagrant lies.
- "Scientists", including those in NASA and NOAA, who have pushed or are pushing the man-caused supposedly catastrophic global-cooling, global-warming, climate-change Machiavellian political hoaxes should be permanently stripped of their scientific degrees and credentials, at the very least.
- Medical doctors and nurses who have performed sex changes on either children or adults, whether through chemistry or surgery, should be permanently stripped of their licenses to practice medicine, again, at the very least.
- Academicians, professors, teachers, lecturers and authors who have contributed to the Machiavellian lies of the normalcy, "born that way" and acceptability of homosexuality, transsexuality, sexual deviancies and perversions should be stripped of their professional credentials and the profits they have made from them, at the very least.
- All levels of clerics of all forms of Judaism and Christianity who bless and approve of that which the Word of God condemns as abomination should be permanently defrocked, at the very least.
- Elected and appointed political and judicial office holders who have opposed the enforcement of federal or any standing law and/or incited or encouraged opposition to legitimate law enforcement, or who have practiced criminal lawfare against the duly elected government should be permanently removed from office, at the very least.
We submit that the reason for all the Francis/Leo synodalism is all wrapped up in an evil drive to transform the Catholic Church from a monarchy to a democracy.
Why?
Democracy is the road to socialism. --Karl Marx.
Democracy is indispensable to socialism. --Vladimir Lenin.
The political form of a society wherein the proletariat is victorious in overthrowing the bourgeoisie will be a democratic republic. --Vladimir Lenin.
The meaning of peace is the absence of opposition to socialism. --Karl Marx.
Marxism is at the root of the "No Justice, No Peace!" slogan.
Pure democracy fails just as Socialism fails, and provides opportunity for revolution. Francis and Leo were Marxist revolutionaries before they were anything else, and that means, as Marx's manifesto indicates, they began public life as revolutionaries against everything that exists. That includes God. That includes the Church. That includes all traditions.
And that's why they, and an apparent majority of Bishops today, are all in support of the illegal mass migrations that are destroying Western Civilization and incrementally eliminating sovereign nations.
The Manifesto insists on forcibly overturning every human institution that exists, and that includes the Catholic Church. And America, perhaps the biggest stumbling block of Marxism.
Face it. The Pope is a Marxist. So is a thundering herd of Bishops.
We've got to deal with it, and not back away from it.
The Word does not change. Period.
Reality does not change. There is only one Reality.
Reality is objective, not subjective. Reality is independent of the human mind. Reality cannot be changed by man. Reality is the same for everyone. So...
To be Catholic, or not to be Catholic. That is the question.
