On the Bogus "Rights" of the Evil Marxocrat Party

The Ten Commandments form the roots of Judaeo-Christian morality, which is the morality of Western Civilization and the morality of America. Go down through the citizen rights listed in the Bill Of Rights and compare them to the Commandments and you will see that this is true. And it holds true for all the rest of American Constitutional Rights. God's Commandments are at the deep originating root of all of them, and they form the original basis and foundation for all American secular law. It's how Americans, and America, define and know simple right from wrong.
But the currently ruling Marxocrat Party, with bipartisan support of the Republicrat Party, as essentially atheistic and Marxist where it is not Islamo-Commie-Homo, hates the Commandments as much as it hates God, and seeks to suppress belief in God, replacing Him with "Science". Marxocrats want to be worshiped as "The State", and they are one house of Congress away from achieving One Party Rule, and actually being "The State".
Marxocrats use bogus rights as psychological political weapons to recruit slow-thinking voters and activists to their Party and their causes. Early on they glomed onto FDR's rather stupid Four Freedoms and began treating them as if they were actual legal rights, including the impossible-to-achieve freedom from want and freedom from fear. They did the same thing with the bogus list of Universal Human Rights, and, no surprise here, with Marxism's Humanist Manifesto, the theoretical theory of a theory upon which stands John Dewey's rather stupid and godless quasi-religion of Secular Humanism.
Big Shot Marxocrat professional politicians who have held office for decades play-act at being Christian for Christian votes, but adhere to anti-American Marxism and anti-Christian Secular Humanism in their political policies.
But none of these things can be considered to be actual legal rights.
There is no such thing as a right to any specific wage, for instance, either in the natural law or in secular law. American federal government has no constitutional business setting wage minimums or maximums. Look at the Limited And Enumerated Powers Of Federal Government in the Constitution. Wages are not in there, and neither are consumer prices, or any prices, or interest rates, or loans or loan-guarantees. None of that is the proper business of the federal government. The free market and the economic laws of supply and demand automatically set,
- the price of labor
- the price of raw material
- the price of goods and services
- the interest rates
- the value of currency
Milton Friedman's Monetarism says that all the federal government should be controlling is the supply of currency, and that everything else would automatically take care of itself. The nation should keep the periodic increase in the currency supply matched to the percentage increase in the national population, but not to exceed a set limit of about 2.5%.
It would all be on autopilot, if the politicians would just leave it alone. There is no need for government to "adjust" interest rates, prices, wages or anything else, other than to keep the currency supply under control.
In all of history, there has never been a case of hyperinflation that was not associated with a nation printing or circulating (spending) an overabundance of national currency. Governments alone, and not any complex economics, cause hyperinflation.
When a government spends money it puts more of its national currency into circulation in the world economy. Whenever the amount of national currency in circulation exceeds the one simple rule of Monetarism, the currency is inflated and its purchasing power is decreased.
Of course, since the evil Wilsonian establishment of the Federal Reserve, the federal government no longer controls the supply of American currency. That responsibility has been handed over to an "independent" cabal of bankers who do not answer to the government, and who "manage" American currency for their own benefit. Independently.
The wild inflation we are all experiencing and the Biden regime keeps denying exists is caused by wild, not reckless but planned and purposeful government overspending. Trillions of dollars worth, without limit. The Marxocrat Party wants an economic crisis, to join the Biden-ordered borderless-ness crisis, the crime crisis, all the other Marxocrat-caused crises because the ultimate, final Marxocrat Party political goal is to take America down.
Maybe you don't want to believe that, but look around.
The FED doesn't even have to crank up the presses any more to print more currency; they just use Quantitative Easing, and create "vapor" money. It only exists on ledgers and bank records, not in physical existence. Nothing is real any more in American national economics. Biden and the Marxocrats, with full bipartisan support of the Republicrats, is wildly and radically overspending with American money that doesn't even exist. See the QE-Bubble for how they do it.
Similarly, there is no such thing as a legal right, or even a "human right" to health care, or to health care insurance. To have a need for something does not equate to having a right to it. Consider food, for, instance. Everyone has a far more immediate and far more desperate "need" for food than for health-care. More people would starve to death more quickly from a lack of food than would die in the same time period from a lack of health care. We could say the same thing about water.
We all have a need for food and water, but we do not have a right to have them supplied for us by anyone other than us. Especially by the government. For water, we either dig a well or we pay someone to supply water for us. For food, we either raise our own, or we pay someone to supply food for us.
It's the same thing with shelter. And clothing. And medicine. And with all the needs of life.
Again, look at the Limited and Enumerated Powers. None of that is in there. You can't make any of them constitutional rights without first amending the constitution to do it.
Marxocrat and Republicrat politicians have been supplying all these things for so many people that untold millions of Americans have come to think of them as their due, as their rightful benefits, to which they have a right, in law.
But they don't.
They have been made into dependents and they don't even know it.
It's the same thing with "rights" that were adjudicated rather than legislated into being, such as Roe v Wade. It was a court case that never should have even been accepted by the Supreme Court, because it was completely out of legal scope for the federal government to address in law, whether to legislate it, enforce it or adjudicate it. And even if it were something in-scope, it would be a matter for Congress to legislate, not for the Court to adjudicate, because only Congress has complete and sole authority to originate new federal law.
But the political parties don't go by the constitution; they go by political party agendas and nothing else. They have put themselves in charge of American government, over the top of the Constitution. And because of that, we had some 50 years of a bogus federal "right" to commit abortions, during which time the American public grew so used to the "right" that they actually saw it as somehow being constitutional, despite its blatant unconstitutionality on multiple points.
Showing how even members of the highest court in the land can be, and are, either blissfully ignorant of the Constitution they are solemnly sworn to live by, or, like the Marxocrats, they are conspiring against it.
None of the Marxocrat Party Damage Is Ever Gong To Be Repaired By The Republicrat Party
Speaker Johnson just folded again and helped the Marxocrats gain more ground against us. And everyone and his uncle is,
- decrying the fact that the giant overspending anti-American bill was passed, and,
- sympathizing with the poor misunderstood Speaker because it was the best he could do, and, once again,
- it was and is "the only way to get things done".
As if "getting something done" was more important than saving America. I will never understand why people who claim to be conservative patriots are so afraid, or pretending to be afraid, of shutting the government down to keep it from overspending and/or advancing the Marxocrat Party ncause of bringing America down.
The longer the government is shut down the less it can spend.
The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us.
The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.
