We have absolutely no need of any Comprehensive Immigration Reform. It's just a dirty Marxist / Democrat Party trick. There is no one in the whole Republican Party smart enough to recognize a classic Cloward-Piven Strategy when they see one. They are all roped into it. From the Gang-Of-Eight stupidos (or traitors, depending on how aware they are of what they are accomplishing) to the House leadership, who fully intend to pass a House version, thus guaranteeing the passage of something, which, whatever the hell it is, will morph into another gigantic amnesty grant before the ink is dry on the President's signature.
I have not heard one single Republican call for nothing, other than enforcing existing border law and existing immigration law. Not one.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with our currently existing border security law, or with our currently existing immigration law, other than the fact that they are not being enforced. Purposely. The goal is to overwhelm the system, by getting "too many illegals" in-country for us to reasonably and humanely deal with; hence, the need for Comprehensive Immigration Reform, which must include a "path to normalcy" and eventual citizenship.
Note that not enforcing the law is a crime. Not enforcing existing border security law, and not enforcing existing immigration law, is a criminal activity.
Execution and enforcement of law is the sole responsibility of the President of the United States. This President is purposely and willfully violating that Constitutional imperative. The Constitution is the law; violation of the law is criminal.
We have said elsewhere in this site that the current crop of criminal aliens are here as the invited guests of the Democrat Party, they are under the protection of the administration and they enjoy the favor of the news media and popular celebrity-hood. They are not going anywhere. They are not in the shadows. They are currently enjoying more American government benefits and hand-outs than their contemporaries who are legal citizens. Those of them who are illegally voting are voting Democrat, and, once granted voting rights, they will continue voting Democrat. They are going to vote overwhelmingly Democrat no matter what the Republicans ever do.
They are not going to come forward to give up all that they are now receiving, pay some fine or penalty and get in some line. Why should they? They came here for what they could get, and they are getting it, with the aid of the administration and the Democrat Party, or they would not still be here.
But we've got to do something, is the panic-inducing call of the anti-Constitutionalists to the idiot Republicans. It's gone too far; there are too many of them, and the numbers are increasing. Why, it's a national security issue.
(The unspoken truth: No, we do not have to do something.)
We can't just round them all up, and their numbers would overwhelm the deportation courts, is the follow-up panic-inducing call of the anti-Constitionalists to the idiot Republicans. There are now too many of them; why, it would be inhumane to put them all in camps or something, like Andrew Jackson did to the Cherokee, and like FDR did to the Japanese.
(The unspoken truth: Yes, we can round them all up.)
OK, but FIRST, we have to close the border, and then, and only then, we'll consider what to do about the criminal aliens, is the knee-jerk, panic-stricken but oh, so sensitive counter offer of the idiot Republicans.
(The unspoken truth: Why do we need a FIRST? What is there to consider? All we need to do is enforce existing border law, and enforce existing immigration law. Both at once.)
If the Senate bill is voted down in the Senate, that's the end of it for now.
If the Senate passes its bill and it dies in the House, that's the end of it, for now.
If the House passes a new House version, no matter what it says, of a Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill, it's game over for American national sovereignty. For then, either the Senate-passed version and the House passed version will go into inter-house conference, or, (if the Senate's version failed in the Senate) the House version will be modified and passed in the Senate, and then the two versions will go into conference. In either case, something will be passed and sent to the President for his signature, and he will sign it with glee. It will not matter what it says. After becomeing law, it will be turned into amnesty, very quickly. And the borders will be open. And more will come in.
Question: What makes any Republicans think that any amendment to any version of any bill passed in either house will do what it is designed and intended to do, when this President has demonstrated that he can withhold implementation, execution and enforcement of existing law, by actually withholding it? What on earth makes them think he will actually enforce any law they pass?
Answer: One of two things:
We've been down this trail before, and over this ground repeatedly. If the law had just been legally enforced from the beginning, the problem would not exist. The Democrat Party is using the Cloward-Piven strategy very effectively to overwhelm the system and cause more of the chaos necessary for complete societal breakdown. That is the real goal.
We offered an almost do-nothing approach to a Comprehensive Immigration Reform program, without passing any new law, way back in the Marco Rubio and the Criminal Aliens page, and then quoted it again in the Unrecognized Criminality page. Ho hum, heavy sigh and here we go again. Let me quote it again right here:
I used to think the only chance America had out of Obamunism and Constitutional death would be if the Tea Party took over the Republican Party and radically changed course, in the direction of the existing Republican base. But now, the Republican brand is so disgraced in my view that, even if that remains the only way out, the resultant Party needs a new name, one more worthy of Lincoln and Reagan. Today, there is too little difference between them and the Democrats. A pox on both their houses.
The Republican Party is actually embarrassed by the Christians, the pro-lifers, the anti-homosexual marriage, the highly moral, the strongly patriotic, strict Constitutionalist, limited-government, free-market, pro-Second Amendment, secure border, etc., working American people who make up their own political base. These elitist, ruling class political snobs are embarrassed by us. They seek a new base, other than us. They think they might find it among the criminal aliens. They want to be more like the Democrats, who have rejected our Judeo-Christian ethos in favor of the guiding ethos of BMDFP10 and Clintons.
I am fed up to the teeth with the Republican leadership, the old-hands, and all the consultants and paid employees, all the researchers, pollsters, focus-groupers, poll-testers, political experts and Karl Rove types. It is time for an absolute, top to bottom house cleaning. It's time to get away from political expertise and back to simple Constitutional principle.
What's really bad about it is that it may be too late.
Afterthoughts. Sorry to end on such a gloomy note. There is little positive to see coming from Washington DC these days, but that concerns the battle of the flesh; there is still the battle of the spirit to consider.

Enter ye in at the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and
broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there are who go in
thereat. How narrow is the gate, and strait is the way that leadeth to life:
and few there are that find it! Beware of false prophets, who come to you in
the clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

There is nothing wrong with our current border law except for the fact that the government is criminally not enforcing it, as the Constitution, the supreme law of the land, insists. There is nothing wrong with our current immigration law except for the fact that the government is criminally not enforcing it, as the Constitution, the supreme law of the land, insists. By not enforcing Constitutional law, in violation of their oaths of office, our government is engaging in criminal activity.
Comprehensive Immigration Reform: Democrat rope-a-dope straw villain. We have no need of Comprehensive Immigration Reform. It's just a dirty trick.
The Marco Rubio and the Criminal Aliens story shows our intellectual decline. The plan of Marco Rubio and the Criminal Aliens is the path to Republican Party doom.
How is it that opposing amnesty for millions of illegal aliens is "arrogant"? If my pro-Catholic, pro-American, anti-alternative-ethos position is "arrogant," then, exactly what is the position of those who claim superiority or even equality with it?
Taking a look at Illegal Immigration and Tax Problem solutions. In our view, the minimum wage and income tax have outlived their usefulness, and only contribute to the illegal alien problem.
Kill the illegal alien marketplace, and illegal aliens will leave on their own. Why should we "imagine" life with no Mexico? Shouldn't the Mexicans be trying to imagine life without the USA?

Obamunist selective law enforcement grants back-door amnesty to criminal aliens. Obamunist selective law enforcement: yet another violation of the Presidential oath of office.
"We belong to the Church militant; and She is militant because on earth the powers of darkness are ever restless to encompass Her destruction. Not only in the far-off centuries of the early Church, but down through the ages and in this our day, the enemies of God and Christian civilization make bold to attack the Creator’s supreme dominion and sacrosanct human rights.”--Pope Pius XII
