1. How did the USA even come to be?

Does it not strike anyone else as odd that the words "colony" and "colonizer" are now held to be evil and contemptable? What's wrong with colonialism?  

The first American Pilgrims, labeled "Colonizers" by today's truly Communist but self-titled "anti anti-Communists", were fleeing the brutal religious persecution of Protestant European Kings. They wanted to freely worship God in their own chosen denomination of Protestantism and be free of government control or interference with their religious belief. They were looking for a place to do that. 

At great risk to life and limb, they started the first American colony on the North American continent. Contrary to how their history is taught today, they did not come here to conquer or control, but to live and let live. They very nearly didn't make it; they were dying out from starvation induced by their early experiment with socialistic or communal living. They were dying from deprivation right up until they ended that experiment and turned everyone loose to farm, fish, trade, hunt and gather their own food and produce, and thus, prosper, both individually and collectively.

Once everyone was free to do his own thing, they were able to pay back their sponsors and actually export produce to Europe for profit, and that success and example inspired others to come and form their own colonies in the new land with the new rules. Soon individuals were getting passage to the new world by getting new world colonists to pay their passage in return for a pledge of x years of indentured servitude, after which they would be free to do their own thing too. 

The "indentured servant" idea was not restricted to Europeans seeking passage. Native born children and young adults apprenticed or interned themselves to various shops, farms or businesses of any kind for little or no pay in order to learn a trade or profession, in return for room and board, and training by actually doing the work. 

2. The "America is Stolen Land" political lie

Who is a native American? Me, for one. I am third generation American, second generation born here, and I ain't going anywhere. 

The idea that America is stolen land is ludicrous. From even before the dawn of history people have either merged with or displaced other populations either by superior numbers or by advanced technology. There is nothing uniquely American about that.

The very idea of the United States was borrowed from the Iroquois League, comprised of a united league of seven tribes, who, though separate, all considered an attack against one would be an attack against all. It was the idea that predated E Pluribus Unum, or Out Of Many, One, which would inspire the thirteen colonies to unite in like manner. 

But before the Iroquois League controlled the land they controlled, it was controlled by someone else. Each tribe took the land they controlled from someone else. There were many wars between tribes of Indians, and that's why the league was formed; to end all that war and settle down in relative peace. 

So was all that Iroquois land "stolen land"?

The Dakota Sioux actually came out of Minnesota to take the Black Hills from those who were already there, and to thereafter claim them as their own "ancestral land". Were the Black Hills of South Dakota and Wyoming therefore "stolen land" by the Sioux?

Were all the vast plains of the West "stolen land" of the Comanche?

What happened in America was no different that what happened in Europe and everywhere else on earth. 

Why is France France, and Spain Spain, and England England? 

By right of conquest. By the conclusion of some war. That's the way it is.

The Colonies fought Indian wars, the States fought Indian wars, the Indians lost, and that's the way it is. The idea that past wars can be or should be undone and land given back, and the present occupants leave, is idiotic at best. It is way the hell beyond and beneath stupid. 

3. The "America was born a slave-state" lie

The "1619 Project" is a racist anti-American journalistic revision of early US history initiated by Nicole Hannah-Jones and other writers for the racist and pro-Communist anti-American New York Times and New York Times Magazine. But real history is a very hard thing to kill. 

The American abolition of black slavery movement was born the day the first Dutch slave ship arrived in the American colonies. But every time any colony passed a law abolishing black slavery that law was canceled by the English Governor who represented the English Crown. It may thus be argued that black slavery was imposed upon America against America's will by the King of England. 

In the runup to the American Revolution black slavery was turned into an economic issue, because those who employed slaves could produce product and sell it at a much lower price than those who did not. Many were economically forced to employ slaves in order to not go out of business. Many more who are today condemned as "slave owners" acquired slaves due to marriage and/or inheritance. There were actually such things as slave owning abolitionists. 

And, there were actually such things as state laws against freeing slaves. George Washington was prohibited by law from freeing his dearest friend even from his deathbed, by law, because he was a man of the law, and always had to set that example of never breaking a law. 

In the earliest part of the American slavery era, black slaves were freed after the usual seven year period of indentured servitude the colonists were accustomed to observing, and so there were many "free persons of color" making their own way in America like everyone else. 

The abolition of black slavery issue became the first major divisive political issue in hot contention across all of the original American colonies. The Virginia Slave Codes that began in 1661 established, by law, that a child's status would follow that of the mother, in effect, enslaving the children of slaves, into perpetuity. This is what got the abolition movement really rolling and fired up, among the Quakers and other denominations, and really got their blood up. 

But by then the mostly southern super-rich owners of the mega-plantations that were dependent on slave labor had a lot of the political clout that goes along with gobs and gobs of money. They were determined to keep their slaves, keep their riches and keep the slave market open and running, and in consolidating and focusing their considerable political power on the slavery issue they became the precursors to the Democrat Party. They had made themselves into a new "class" of Americans: the Rich Planter Class of antebellum America. 

When the founding fathers were arguing, debating and finalizing the Declaration of Independence before they signed it and sent it to the British Crown, the Planters were successful in getting Jefferson's official abolition of slavery clause deleted from it - by one vote. 

 But the "Created Equal" clause was left in there, and that oversight of the Planters would eventuate the end of chattel slavery.

The Declaration of Independenc was more than a mere break with England and break with being subject to the Crown.

• It was the foundation stone for the design and building of a nation free of royalty, nobility and rule by men. 
• It was the first attempt at a system of  government that was very specifically not a democracy and yet governed by and for the citizenry. 
• It used the models of the ancient Roman Republic and the Iroquois League to keep the individual Colonies sovereign in their own right.
• It would guarantee the citizens of all Colonies the same unchallengeable immutable rights that could not be infringed by any level of government.

The God referred to multiple times in the Declaration was Jesus Christ, the God of the Christian Church, and the only God known and recognized by the founding fathers and the authors of both the Declaration and the Constitution. It was He Who "created all men equal" and endowed them with the "inalienable rights". Each Protestant denomination may have broken away from the one true Christian Church or from each other, but they all took with them belief and worship of the God of Christianity and no other. The religions of the Christians and the Protestant denominations of the original colonies were as follows:

The Christian Church condemned chattel slavery from the first known incident of Europeans enslaving people on the Canary Islands some 60 years before Columbus sailed and long before the Reformation Wars. Pope Eugene IX condemned it outright and excommunicated all involved in it. From that day to this, Pope after Pope agreed and wrote bull after bull condemning the taking, holding and trading of slaves. With the Protestant denominations it was not quite so clear, for some of them did not condemn chattel slavery, and others of them did. But the slave trade seems to have gotten its biggest historical boost less from any denominations than from atheists, agnostics and non-Church goers. The period between the ratification of the Constitution and the Civil War saw the actual formation of the Democrat Party as a bulwark against the rising tide of abolition. It was the Party of the rich Planter class, and it worked to elect pro-slavery anti-abolition candidates to federal, state and local offices. 

They eventually went so far as to form the Confederate States that sought to secede from the USA over the slavery issue. In order to join the Confederacy, a state government had to:

1. Be a slave state and oppose abolition of slavery.
2. Agree to allow slave catchers from other states to enter their states in pursuit of runaway slaves, and allow them to take the runaway slaves back across state lines to their owners. 

How were sovereign states rights involved?

1. In the Democrat argument, Confederate state governments felt they had a right to secede because they were sovereign states, and therefore the federal government had no right to order them to abolish slavery. 
2. In the Republican argument, when each state entered into the USA, all the citizens of that state were immediately endowed with the constitutional rights of all American citizens. If any state later seceded from the union, that state's citizens could be denied their constitutional rights by their state governments. Therefore, secession could not be allowed. Once a state was in the USA, it could not leave the union. 

Although it was hotly contested at the time, slaves were predominantly held to be citizens, with citizen rights to equal treatment before the law. The significant wording of the Declaration were:

So, if a black slave was a man, created equal, where was his liberty? 

The Republican Party was formed essentially to promote abolition in opposition to the Democrat Party. It was as much the Party of Lincoln as it was the Party of MLK. Republican Lincoln, in trying to reunite all of America, chose Democrat Andrew Johnson to be his Vice President. After the Democrats lost the Civil War, Lincoln sought again to reunite the nation and was most conciliatory toward the South. He launched a reconstruction program aimed at healing Civil War wounds and animosities, in which he allowed the defeated states of the Confederacy to keep their various "stars and bars" state flags, to honor their fallen burial places and to honor their war heroes with monuments. 

But...

Lincoln was assassinated, the racist, bitter and Democrat Vice President Johnson became President, and Lincoln's reconstruction plan was perverted and used to try to turn the Northern victory upside down. 

The Democrat Party passed the infamous Black Codes, the Jim Crow laws, created the Ku Klux Klan with which to murder and terrorize "uppity" blacks, and all of that coalesced over time into the "segregation forever" movement opposing Republican Eisenhower's school desegregation plan, with Democrat state governors standing in schoolhouse doorways to block entry of black students, and with Democrat "lawmen" and terrorists attacking the MLK demonstrators at Selma and elsewhere.  

During this period the Democrat Party, which was always anti-American, was going more and more Socialist, which is about as anti-American as it can get. JFK was probably the last anti-Communist Democratic President, and his brother, Ted Kennedy, was already a barely concealed Communist.

It was during the 1960s Democrat Party sponsored anti-war riots and the passage of civil rights legislation signed by Democrat Lyndon Johnson that the Democrats, with the aid of the already Socialist news media, the already Socialist academia and already Socialist Hollywood, was able to convince much of the American population, and virtually all of America's black population, that,

1. the Democrat Party was and always was the Party of black and other minority civil rights and "the little guy", and, 
2. the Republican Party was and always was the Party of racism, segregation, the rich and the powerful. 

It may have been the greatest dirty political trick ever played anywhere.

And here we are. 

The morphing of the Democrat Party into the Marxocrat Party was complete.

The 1960s switcheroo from being anti-black racist to being anti-white racist caused and brought with it,

• the almost total dependency of black America on Marxocrat Party sponsored unconstitutional government welfare programs;
• the near end of black American citizen independence;
• the near total destruction of the black American family;
• the near end of black American fatherhood;
• a horrible black American animosity toward whites and Republicrats;
• the steady morphing of Marxocrat Party sponsored street terror from the old KKK to the Black Panthers, Nation of Islam, SLA and Weather Underground and on to the Black Lives Matter, Antifa, Anarchy, Communist and LGBTQ agitating groups;
• the psychological false linkage of Marxocrat Party KKK history to the Republicrat Party.  

The Original Design of the USA

America was not to be ruled by any king or supreme dictator by any other name because that was the kind of government the founders were sick of and had broken from. 

America was not to be a democracy, because majorities can be and often are wrong, and majorities can be enraged and manipulated by politicians with evil intent. Consider the mob that responded to Pontius Pilate, "Crucify him! Crucify him!". Consider any lynch mob that ever lynched anyone. That is pure democracy in action. 

Majorities can be and often are wrong. 

By original top-down design,

• The federal government of the USA was to be the smallest, least intrusive and most limited in scope branch of government, who's main duty, after common defense, was to be the guarantor of the constitutional rights of all citizens of all states.
• State governments were to have a lot more leeway and less restrictions on their power to govern than the federal government, but were prohibited from infringing on citizen constitutional rights. 
• Local governments were to have even more leeway and less restrictions on their power to govern than the States, but were prohibited from infringing on citizen constitutional rights. 
• Citizens were subject to local, state and federal law, but being endowed with Constitutional rights and any other rights granted by state and local law, were perfectly free to pursue the education, career, trade, profession or pursuit of their own free choice and independently make their own way in their lives. 

If you are an American or are striving to become an American, you owe it to yourself to read and study every word of the Declaration and every word of the Constitution, because they were written for you, and they are of almost as vital importance to your own well being as your Bible. 

The principle of subsidiarity indicates that, 

1. the most political authority should be vested in the most local jurisdiction as possible,
2. as few people as possible who are not affected by an issue should have any jurisdiction over it,
3. everyone responsible for and/or affected by an issue should live in the jurisdiction responsible for it. 

Citizens Should See the Constitution as Their Owner-Operator's Manual of the USA

Article One lays out the design of the Congress, what it is to do, how it is to do it and provides its complete operating instructions. Article One is the main law that all members of both houses of Congress must obey. 

Article Two lays out the design of the Presidency, what it is to do, how it is to do it and provides its complete operating instructions. Article Two is the main law that all Presidents and Vice Presidents must obey. 

Article Three lays out the design of the Judiciary, what it is to do, how it is to do it and provides its complete operating instructions. Article Three is the main law that all Justices must obey. 

Note well that there is no article describing political parties. Political parties are unconstitutionally ruling entities, ruling over both houses of Congress, the Presidency and the Judiciary. Political Party power over federal government, at least, is illegal by dint of being unconstitutional. Political Parties are at the root of every major problem America faces. 

By original design, the only American federal office holders elected by popular vote were the members of the House of Representatives. 

Senators originally acted as state ambassadors to the federal Congress, but with full voting power. They were appointed, and recalled, by the duly elected and sitting state governments, to represent the specific interests of their states to the federal government. They were not elected, they were not representative of the voters, and they were not independent of their state governments. 

Presidents and Vice Presidents were elected by a college of state electors, and not by direct popular vote. 

Supreme Court Justices were appointed by Presidents and confirmed by the Senate.

Of course, that was then and this is now. The evil Woodrow Wilson undid much of the original design, and the unconstitutional Political Parties have wreaked havoc on the whole process, radically overstepping the constitutional limits and scope of federal legal authority and virtually destroying any sense of subsidiarity. They have grown the federal government into a giant bloated monster, with unconstitutional bureaucracies unconstitutionally regulating every mundane little detail of living life in America, from the very top level of government. 

Citizen Constitutional Rights, their Enemies and their Political Misapplication

The First and Second Amendments, as written, are of absolute vital importance to all American citizens. They are falsely claimed by Marxocrats and by RINOs to be "not absolute rights", but they are indeed absolute rights, when read with the meaning fully intended by the original authors. 

Freedom of religion:

Amendment I puts two restrictions on government and none on citizens. The government is not to make an official state religion, and it is not to interfere with citizen choice of religion.

The word "religion" in the original understanding of the authors was applicable only to Protestant denominations and Catholicism, the only religions they all knew, recognized and were willing to concede to each other as being valid religions, along with "moral" atheism and agnosticism. 

Their morality, their whole basis for telling right from wrong and their only basis for legislating, executing and adjudicating secular law was the Judeo-Christian morality born of the Bible. 

Freedom of religion should not be so expansively interpreted as to allow religions such as Islam, who's goal is to eliminate all other religions including Christianity and Protestantism by force. Nor should freedom of religion be construed to allow political ideologies such as atheistic Communism free reign to politically crush Christianity and Protestantism.

Freedom of religion is not a religious suicide pact. 

Anti-Christianity and anti-Judeo-Christian morality should not be allowed any political voice or any secular authority in America.

Freedom of speech and freedom of press:

The rights to freedom of speech and press are absolute. The statement that "no one can yell fire in a crowded theater" is false, especially if the theater is on fire. 

Freedom of speech and press should not be so expansively interpreted as to allow mortal enemies of freedom of speech and press a political voice with which to crush the rights of freedom of speech and press, such as, 

• Islam, which cannot and will not abide freedom of speech or freedom of press regarding itself, its intentions toward the free world, its intentions toward other religions and in particular its murderous intentions toward Jews. 
• All forms of Marxism/Socialism, which cannot and will not abide freedom of speech or freedom of press regarding themselves or their intentions toward the free world.
• Politically militant and agitating Hedonism, which cannot and will not abide freedom of speech or freedom of press regarding itself or how it intends to politically eradicate the Judeo-Christian moral ethos of America and the whole American national natural sense of right and wrong. 

Freedom of speech and press apply to government, but not to the private sector. The government cannot stop any citizen from saying whatever he wants to say, but another citizen can. Insult someone and he might punch you in the nose. In America's first decades after ratification of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, duels to the death were fought over outrageous speech impugning someone's honor. Look up Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr. 

Employers can fire employees over speech employers oppose. You cannot bad mouth the company or the boss or the customers and expect to keep your job.

• The recent brouhaha over Colbert and Kimmel being fired had nothing to do with President Trump and everything to do with their employers, and 
• President Trump, as a citizen, enjoys the freedom of speech that allows him to comment on it all he wants to, whether they like it or not.
• They and their Party are afflicted with TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) which does not allow them to get Trump off of their tiny little minds. TDS insists that whatever is wrong in America or in the world must be Trump's fault. 

The Marxocrat Party's Islamo-Commie-Homo Radical Political Movement, comprised of militant Islam, atheistic Socialism and the mostly LGBTQ champions of immorality and licentiousness all abuse the First Amendment by imposing speech codes and "hate" laws on the whole nation where possible, in state and local jurisdictions where possible and in schools, corporations and institutions of all kinds, where possible. 

Their restrictive speech and press rules are racist, sexist, anti-Christian and anti-normalcy. And, of course, authoritarian and dictatorial. 

Marxocrats are exactly what they accuse Trump and MAGA of being. 

Second Amendment Gun Rights

Regulated:   Well trained in use of arms as regular soldiers. 

Militia:         Every able bodied man between 16 and 65 years of age.

Free State:   A state that does not impose tyrannical rule over citizens.

To Keep:      To posses.

To Bear:       To carry on one's person. 

Arms:           Military weaponry. 

Infringed:     Interfered with in any way. 

Vert simple; nothing to it. 

The American government is separated into three coequal branches to act as checks on each other's governing power. The final check on the whole government is us; We The People. That is the whole reason for the Second Amendment. It wasn't written to allow us to hunt ducks. 

I submit that every single gun control law, federal, state and local, is a violation of the Second Amendment. Every registration law, every gun dealership licensing law, every gun sales law, interstate or otherwise, is likewise illegal and illegally established for the same reason. 

• The whole reason for the Second Amendment is in case the government failed to properly enforce the First Amendment. 
• There is and can be no law on earth that will get or keep guns out of the hands of criminals, for the simple reason that criminals, by definition, disobey laws. 
• The only people any gun laws will ever disarm are the law abiding citizens, because law abiding citizens, by definition, obey laws. 

President Trump could and should declare all gun control, gun sale and gun registration laws to be unconstitutional, null and legally void. 

The real and very simple answer to "hardening soft targets" of mass shooters is to legally re-arm and unleash the American citizenry, and eliminate "gun free zones". Just let the citizens who want to be armed be armed, wherever they are, and mass-shooter incidents will immediately begin to go away. 

And so will a whole lot of other crimes. 

Our Constitutional Republic would be a much more beautiful thing if it were ever allowed to return to being a Constitutional Republic.
