Re Unconstitutional Federal Government Welfare: "Everyone agrees we need a government Safety Net" is a flagrant lie. They never even asked us.

The problem is that unconstitutional bureaucracies are taking turns with the corrupted courts, including the Supreme Court, in actually running the American government, quite outside of the American government's Constitutional rules of operation. Oaths of office today are meaningless.

The super-elitist Administrative State is really in charge of much of the private sector of America today, and the term "in charge" may be a gross understatement. It is approaching the level of tyrannical control.
Point One: All New Law Must Be Legislated.
All laws, in America, must issue from the Congress. No exceptions. To quote from the Constitution itself:
Section. 1. All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.
The key word in that sentence is "All". Constitutionally, neither any bureaucrat nor any judge or justice of any court can make a new law. Nor can any President just order a new law into existence.
And, the Constitution nowhere grants Congress the right or ability to "delegate" any of its exclusive authority to author new law to any person or entity, such as a bureaucracy, that may exist or be brought into existence for that purpose or for any other purpose. New law begins with Congress, and nowhere else, and the Constitution is quite explicit about it.
Point Two: The Legal Subjects of Federal Law are Limited and Enumerated.
Section Eight of Article One lists the areas that may be addressed by Congress in the legislating of law. Anything not among those listed are out of scope for the federal government to address in law. The Congress is prohibited from legislating law regarding anything outside of this list.

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts
and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and
general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and
Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;
To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;
To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;
To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;
To establish Post Offices and post Roads;
promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for

respective Writings and Discoveries;
To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;
To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations;

To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;
To provide and maintain a Navy;
To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;
To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for
governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the
United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of
the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the
discipline prescribed by Congress;
To exercise exclusive
Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding
ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the
Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United
States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the
Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for
the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other
needful Buildings; — And
To make all Laws which shall be necessary
and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all
other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United
States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

How often have you heard some politico, or some journalist, or some bureaucrat, or some "expert", publicly opine that "Everyone agrees that we have to have a 'safety net' for the unfortunate and the destitute."?
Don't look now, but neither the 'unfortunate' nor the 'destitute' may be found in Article 1 Section 8. The term "General Welfare" as used in the Constitution refers to the General Well-Being of the whole populace, and has nothing to do with any government welfare payments to anyone.
We the people are supposed to take care of ourselves. That's what independence means. The 'unfortunate' and the 'destitute' are best taken care of by charity, which begins with the family, which is assisted by the Church.
Oh, but the unconstitutional political parties, and the unconstitutional bureaucracies, and the unconstitutionally-acting court system oppose the family, and oppose the Church, and thus, oppose the natural inclination to charity right at its natural sources.

When they reduce or even eliminate the normative family and the Church, all that is left is the government. Then, having destroyed the family and the Church, they insist that the orphan and the widow, the poor and the lame, and eventually everyone else, come to depend on the government for their livelihood.
The whole thing is an attack on the Christian principle of subsidiarity.
The whole drive of the Cultural Marxism Movement is to break the relationship between individual citizens and their families, their religions and even their nations. The ultimate aim of insidious, parsitic cultural Marxism is the psychological creation of 'Revolutionaries' who see themselves as god-like, stand-alone, anti-social visionaries.

They see us - all of us - as the enemy. They don't even know what they stand for. They only know what they stand against, and that is everything, and everyone.

Those who have abandoned their own families, and abandoned their own churches, but still want to be supported by someone other than themselves.
Marxocratism works on our sympathies and charitable instincts even as it wrecks the family and the Church, as it turns our children against us, and even as it works to destroy us as an independent people in an independent nation.
