Marxism, like Islam, is antithetical to Constitutional America. Every form of Marxism, which is to say every form of Socialism is diametrically opposed to everything America is and everything America stands for. And yes, that includes so-called Democratic Socialism, Social Democracy, Democratic Republic and everything else that pretends to be and/or publicly portrays itself to be representative of citizenry but is not.
Socialist ideas like redistribution, communal property, communal living, equality of outcome, universally equal pay, universally equal wealth, etc., cannot coexist with constitutional rights to equality before the law, life, liberty and personal property. Socialist ideas have to be imposed by someone, which makes that someone unequal, authoritarian and, yes, tyrannical over everyone else.
Socialism must be artificially imposed; Capitalism is natural.
In addressing the never-used unconstiutionality weapon, we said this about Obamacare":
Whatever is not listed in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution is left to the sovereign state governments, local governments and the private sector to work out. The federal government is not constitutionally authorized to interfere with anything not among those limited and enumerated powers.
The first glaring example of unconstitutional law we will address in that regard is Obamacare (the Affordable Health Care Act) because,
- Obamacare continuation after expiration is the whole purported reason for the Schumer government shutdown.
- Obamacare was unconstitutionally legislated into a Bill by Congress, it was unconstitutionally signed into Law by President Obama, it was unconstitutionally modified by the Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts before being unconstitutionally adjudicated to be "constitutional" by the Supreme Court.
Health Care is not to be found in Article 1 Section 8 to begin with.
Everything the federal government has ever taken over or tried to control that was not in that list has been made worse than it was before, and Obamacare is just one glaring example of that fact.

Repealing Obamacare means getting the federal government completely out of it.The Political Parties will never repeal it. Repeal it Hell; Kill it, and the States and Private Sector will scramble for the business. Strike it down as flagrantly unconstitutional and illegal law.
Killing Obamacare does not require canceling all existing policies. Killing Obamacare means there is no mandate, there is no fine, so states, employers and beneficiaries are no longer forced to participate.

On the forced use of medical boiler plate language rather than simple notes. The "little dictators" from insurance companies and government bureaucracies force MDs to use stilted, verbose, medical boiler plate language in their own documentation.
Who's driving the Health Care bus? Health insurance companies grading doctors? Health insurance companies grading doctors: a legitimized conflict of interest. A preparatory step toward the nationalization of the health insurance industry?
Fixing Health Care requires getting government out of it. Get government out of it, require all health insurance to be owned by and benefits paid solely to patient-beneficiaries, and let the free market do the rest.
It isn’t really Health Care. It’s all a giant pile of lies. No, it isn’t really Health Care. Nothing in Obamunism is what it appears to be.
It isn't just Obamacare; we need to kill controlled Health Care. Kill Controlled Health Care to get government and insurance out of the medical transaction.
The "Pre-Existing Condition" Progressive Marxist Psychological Trick. Insurance is protection against future misfortune, not past misfortune. How could anyone insure against past events?
Breaking Government "Sausage-Making" to Repeal Obamacare. Political Government Sausage Making versus plain and simple Constitutional Government is the sole problem with repealing Obamacare.
The Pre-Existing Condition Insurance Rope-A-Dope Political Trick. Getting the populace all exercised to grow the government over yet another political false premise involving yet another imaginary Constitutional "Right".
Obamacare is just one shining example among hundreds.
Whole gigantic bureaucracies, for example, the EPA, are, 1., unconstitutional in their very existence, 2., unconstitutionally issuing unconstitutional "regulations" with full force of law behind them, and 3., unconstitutionally comprising and building on the typical "Soviet" pyramid of administering bureaucracies that "administer" the citizenry for the tyrannical Chairman of the Party who rules the Socialist government.
A regulating (administrative) bureaucracy is, precisely, a Soviet.
What the letters USSR stood for were Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. What the pre-Trump Marxocrat Party had been transforming the USA into is a Union of Soviet Socialist States, both from the top down and from the bottom up. We have dedicated Socialists in both houses of Congress, on the Supreme Court, and we have had dedicated Socialist past Presidents. At the same time, we have dedicated Socialist Mayors and Governors all over America, and not only in the blue (Marxocrat Party owned and operated) states.
Sorosian funded, Alinskyian organized, Marxocrat created and controlled federal, state and local bureaucracies that have been Sovietizing the whole USA comprise, along with politically weaponized federal agencies, the so-called Swamp, a.k.a. the Deep State, the Shadow Government, the Permanent Government, the "Insurance Policy".
Socialism, like Islam, is absolutely and completely antithetical to Constitutional America. The United States is in serious need of both a complete De-Sovietizing and complete De-Islam-ing to get the USA back under the sole rule of the Constitution.
The practice of medicine has been under bureaucratic assault for a lot longer than Obamacare existed. Originally medicine was a profession, a business, and every medical doctor was necessarily a businessman, running his own business. Many if not most ran that business from their own homes. They had privileges at nearby hospitals by mere dint of being medical doctors. They made house-calls as well as making hospital rounds to treat their patients.
And their medical fees were hundreds or even thousands of percent smaller than they are today.
As we have said elsewhere herein, all of that gradually changed to the point that today, most medical doctors are just paid employees of big bureaucratized health care conglomerates of bureaucratized hospitals, taking orders from and being paid by MBAs with less than a third their own education and typically no medical training at all.
Doctors today are fairly well paid employees who put in their time like everybody else.
The destruction of medicine as a profession and as a small independent business may have begun with the advent of:
- Employer-provided health care insurance as an employee "benefit".
- the "Billing Code" patient treatment-control system, began in the government bureaucratically controlled Medicare system.
Patient dependence on insurance and the natural insurance company profit motive drove all health care prices up all across the board.
The billing code system grew into a monster out of control. There are codes for every thing a doctor can do to examine and treat a patient, and the "Codes" insist that he follow a bewildering and ever-changing yet precise path of sequenced coded actions, all the way through every patient encounter, or, the insurance will not cover the patient encounter. The Codes are so damned complicated that doctors have to hire Billing Code Experts to handle the codes and the insurance claims, at extra cost to the business.
The almost impossible to navigate billing code system was born in the Medicare Soviet, but the private sector medical insutrance companies all glommed onto it and used it to control their doctors too, and to keep their payouts as low as possible. So a federal bureaucracy's controlling trick spread out to be utilized by the whole medical insurance industry, and health care in all of America became both more complex and more expensive, even as the practice of medicine became more restricted and less independent.
As we have pointed out over and over again, once someone else is paying for an employee benefit, employees lose all sight of what that benefic costs, and they soon become addicted to that benefit, especially a really needed benefit that offsets serious medical costs.
Workers who are not paying for their own health care insurance pay little or no attention to health care insurance costs, and become ignorant of insurance over time.
The American health care nightmare cannot be fixed by the federal government because insurance is a state-regulated industry. Insurance is regulated by individual sovereign states, somewhat coordinated by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). Each state has its own Insurance Commissioners.
Our own recommendations were all aimed at getting doctors out from under the health care conglomerates and back in their own individual businesses; getting employers to stop using "benefit packages" along with wages to attract employees and paying for benefits out of what would have been employee wages; restricting medical insurance to insure only financially catastrophic medical conditions; making patients, and not health care providers, the beneficiaries of medical insurance policies; making employees, and not employers, the owners of policies that insure them; and end the "billing code" system that was screwing everything up for running a medical practice.
All that cannot be done by edict, or by wielding the Unconstitutionality Weapon. But,
- Killing the Billing Code system in Medicare would immediately kill it everywhere else, because all Billing Code handlers depend on the Medicare codes to control their doctor's practices. Stopping Medicare from using the system would begin to stop the whole rest of the insurance industry from using it.
- Encouraging states to make all insured parties both the beneficiaries and the owners of health care policies that insure them would encourage,
- employers to stop supplying medical insurance as employee benefits,
- end the "pre-existing condition" claim denial when an insured employee lost his job because the employee owns the policy and the policy goes with the employee wherever he goes,
- the employee gets the claim money and he can use it to chose who treats him and how,
- encourage insurers to begin limiting offered policies to insure financially catastrophic medical problems only, and
- bring prices for regular checkups, occasional illnesses, setting broken bones, etc., back to normal levels that do not require insurance to cover.
All hospitals overcharge a little to maintain a fund to provide health care for those indigents who cannot afford even the smallest medical charges.
Bottom line, Obamacare has to go, but that ain't all that has to go.
Once again, just as in Education, and the Environment, and everything else, everything the federal government takes charge of that is not listed in Article 1 Section 8 is turned into Schiff.
Obamacare is the glaring example.
The whole reason the Marxocrats refused to vote for the "clean" CR (Continuing Resolution) keeping the government open at the existing budget was to extort a Republicrat pledge to re-legislate the bipartisan passed Big Beautiful Bill, to include another extension of the Obamacare federal subsidy expiration, and to reincorporating illegal aliens and all of the formerly fraudulently included able-bodied and able-minded Americans back under automatic national health care coverage.
There should be no national health care coverage in America.
Every Republicrat voted for the CR; every Marxocrat voted against it.
The Schumer-Jeffries claim that it was "Trump's Shutdown" was shown further to be just another Marxocrat lie after it was ended, when both Shumer and Jeffries had conniption fits and condemned the eight Marxocrats who voted with the Republicrats to get the government open again, against keeping the shutdown going, or to keep Trump from implementing his MAGA policies, potentially forever.
How are they ever going to succeed in transforming the USA into the USSS, i.e., Union of Soviet Socialist States, if any Marxocrats just keep breaking ranks and bowing to logical Republicrat arguments, majority votes and majority rule, as if the citizenry had anything to say about it?
Especially when Trump is so white, and so straight, and toxically male, and he keeps putting America first, and he keeps mentioning God.
They're so upset about it they don't know whether to Schiff or go blind.
