Our whole premise that the United States is the only country known to have no human ruler who is not himself ruled by the Constitution rests on the idea that the Constitution rules the Government, and thus the Government cannot and does not rule the Constitution. At question regarding that point is whether the obvious treason committed by Comrade President Barack Hussein Obama peace be upon him while in office can be tried for treason committed while in office, but discovered after he is out of office.

Prevailing popular opinion points to the Roberts Court favoring Presidential Immunity covering all "official" Presidential acts while in office. All that is very interesting, but the Roberts Court is not the constitution; the constitution is the constitution. And in constitutional America, the most sovereignty rests not with the government, but with the citizenry. We are a very unique nation in that regard.

The government, including the court, does not rule the constitution; the constitution rules the government, including the court. Nor can the court "interpret" the constitution out of being the ruling constitution. The constitution is self-interpreting plain English.

Political Parties, which are not mentioned in the Constitution and are therefore unconstitutional governing organizations, are actually driving the American government and that's the real problem here. The Parties drive all three branches of government, and the Parties think they have the power to rule or overrule the constitution too, but they don't. Not legally.

But a worse problem is that the formerly Democrat, current Marxocrat Party is and has been from its birth an anti-American Political Party. All the Marxocrat Party voter-base of the past who thought it was the Party representing the little guy, the worker, yadda yadda yadda, were very badly fooled by the chief operators of the Party. The Marxocrat Party main goal, at least sine the Woodrow Wilson administration, has always been to achieve one-party rule over America, and shut the opposition down. They wouldn't come right out and say it, but that was and is the underlying Party goal and the Party's main purpose for being.

The question of the moment involves the verity of the treason charge against Obama.

In Article III Section 3 the Constitution defines Treason thus:

Section. 3. Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

It would appear from that that the nation would have to be at war for a President to commit treason. We submit that the nation was at war, in a civil war against the Marxocrat Party. The fact that only one side of this civil war was actually waging war while the other was or appeared to be blithely unaware of it does not change the fact of it.

The discovered treasonable actions of Obama involved his ordering of the manufacture and manipulation of false evidence of criminal collusion between Donald J. Trump and Vladimir Putin involving election fraud,

during the election campaign,
after Trump was elected but before he took office and while Obama was still President,
and after Trump was inaugurated and Obama was no longer President.

We're talking about the attempted undoing of a Presidential election here, and an unseating of a duly elected President, and a criminal takeover of the US government. A secret, hidden from the public, criminal, political coup de tête.

If it had succeeded, it would have put a perfectly innocent duly elected American President behind bars and it would have stolen that election, and put a cooperator-in-treason in the office of the President.

And the punishment for treason committed by a sitting President is laid out in Article II section 4 thus:

Section. 4. The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

But Comrade Obama was no longer in office when his long suspected treason was factually established by solid evidence acquired through investigation.

The "shall be removed from office" in Article II Section 4 does not preclude indictment and prosecution for treason after removal from office. It merely insists that traitors not remain in office. No one is above the law, and no convicted traitor should be specially protected from the firing squad or from prison time. There is no statute of limitation on treason.

Not only Obama, but his whole Political Party was vigorously advancing a Progressive Islamo-Commie-Homo alternating hot and cold militant action that they pretended to be a "Progressive Political Revolution", but what we consider to be an actual Civil War, aimed directly at replacing American Constitutional rule with one-party absolute dictatorial rule.

The DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSA, FISA Court, IRS, EPA and a plethora of other regulating bureaus, federal state and local courts, judges, justices, prosecuting attorneys, state governors, city mayors, the SLIMC¹ were all active participants of the Marxocrat Party's secret, covert and yet active Civil War against America.

Add the Marxocrat Mainstream News Media to that list.

The Marxocrat Party was not only allowing but actively bringing in thousands and even millions of illegal aliens with which to win this civil war in direct criminal violation of immigration and border security law. Many of these illegal aliens were given fraudulent social security numbers and other fraudulent American ID before they got on the secret Marxocrat Party supplied planes for America. SIEU and other Marxocrat union operatives chauffeured busses and other vehicles to scatter the Marxocrat Party's imported illegal aliens all over the American hinterlands.

Meanwhile, as President Biden, Vice President Harris, HS Director Mayorkas and all other top ranking Marxocrats put themselves on video and audio recordings insisted that "The Border Is Secure", Marxocrat Party Governors and Mayors were establishing "sanctuary" cities, states and areas to protect all federal criminals and federal law violators from federal justice. These sanctuary areas became No-Go-Zones for federal law enforcement and all federal authority, which is to say, they seceded from the United States of America.

And they got away with it.

Apparently no one told any of them that aiding and abetting criminal fugitives and hiding them from the law is against the law, and they aren't smart enough to figure that out. And their supposed opponents in the Republicrat Party can't figure it out either, or they are in on it.

The parts of the Republicrat Party that were not cooperating and collaborating with the Marxocrat Party in these radical violations of the constitution and standing criminal law were just sort of arguing with their "esteemed colleagues from across the aisle" against what they were all doing.

Marxocrat Party sponsored and protected street thugs like BLM, Antifa, LGBTQ Activists, Palestine Liberationists and others burned federal buildings, flash-mobbed and looted stores, rioted, openly attacked police and burned police cars, cooperated with politicians who defunded, demoralized and sidelined police, while higher ranking Marxocrats were opening prisons, releasing arrested criminals with little or no bail, declining to prosecute anyone for new crimes and practicing "Lawfare" against President Trump, his closest associates and anyone who looked the least bit MAGA.

The FBI not only spied on Trump as candidate, as President Elect and as President, but they spied on Christians, especially Catholics, and even more especially Traditional Latin Mass Catholics. The Marxocrat Party's pro-abortion obsession became a radical anti-Christian and anti-morality violent movement that involved burning, bombing, spray painting and defacing women's pregnancy and health centers and Churches.

Every Single Thing the Marxocrat Party Stands and Fights For is Destructive of Constitutional America

There are no exceptions. The Marxocrat Party is Islamo-Commie-Homo.

Under the leadership of Comrade Obama, peace be upon him, the Marxocrat Party sponsors, promotes and defends at all costs:

The growth and expansion of the Islamic Ummah in America, knowing full well that Islam murderously opposes the American constitutional rights to freedom of religion, speech, press, redress, equality before the law, life, liberty, property, due process, etc.

Sharia Law is against the law in America.
Jihad is against the law in America.
Taqiyya and Civil-Jihad is against the law in America.
Islam's very purpose for being is against the law in America.

The growth and expansion of Socialism in America, knowing full well that Socialism murderously opposes the American constitutional rights to freedom of religion, speech, press, redress, equality before the law, life, liberty, property, due process, etc.

Redistribution is against the law in America.
Reparations without due process is against the law in America.
The ultimate goal of Socialism is against the law in America.

The growth and expansion of nihilistic unlimited hedonism in America, knowing full well that unrestrained hedonism attacks the moral fabric of the nation and the moral basis for law, and the original foundation stone of the United States, its very Declaration and Constitution.

Ignoring and violating legitimate authority and legitimate laws is against the law in America.

The Marxocrat Party is thereby levying war against the USA.

It is the seventh Sunday after Pentecost, and the readings for the day, as ancient as they are, are perfectly appropriate to the subject at hand:

The Marxocrat Party hates America's Judeo-Christian morality because the Marxocrat Party loves sin. They love, sponsor and promote lawlessness. They hate the law, they hate law enforcement, they hate jails and asylums and they hate authority. They prove it every day.

They hate the constitution; they hate America.

We submit that what the Marxocrat Party opposes the most, and with the most vigor, is the same thing that Satan opposes the most and with the most vigor, and that is, humanity; the whole human race.

To that end, they promote racism, sexism, and oppose marriage, the family, normalcy, parental rights over their own children, Christianity and Judaism. They drive wedges between people everywhere they can be driven.

We further submit that, at the root of all American constitutional rights is the one singular foundational right of them all: the constitutional right to life itself. Human life, at all stages of development, must be protected by moral law, and moral law itself must be protected by moral men.

Marxocratism opposes the right to life before it opposes everything else that it opposes, which is everything; there is nothing it promotes other than being against everything that is, in America and in the world. Just look at how unhinged the Marxocrats get in the issue of abortion. They see abortion as some kind of natural law right, which it certainly is not.

But they don't stop with abortion; they move on to sodomy, and beyond even that, to transsexualism. They blame humanity for their conjured into being frauds of climate change and sustainability, and they actually favor human population control, for the "good" of the planet, and for the imagined good of all things not human.

Even after the Modernism heresy was advanced by the "enlightenment" (or endarkenment) of Western Civilization and on up to the final settlement of all the Reformation Wars, "Enlightened Progressives" such as Martin Luther, John Calvin, John Wesley, the Jews, Sigmund Freud, Mahatma Gandhi, Theodore Roosevelt, as quoted in the Contraception page and/or in the Contraceptive Perversion page, strongly condemned all sterile and life-denying forms of achieving sexual gratification.

That was then, this is now. "Enlightened Progressivism" marches on. Today Marxocrat Presidents, Vice Presidents, Senators, Congressmen, Justices, judges, Attorneys, at least one Pope, Bishops, Priests, Ministers, Rabbis and Laymen, all just sort of naturally bless contraception, and other forms of perversion, ever since the 1930 Lambeth Council did so and opened the floodgates of immorality.

Today anything goes other than chastity until marriage, and marriage restricted to one man and one woman, and even after marriage contraception is more the norm than the exception. So perversion of marriage itself joins all the other sterile perversions, and the Marxocrat Party champions every sterile life-denying sexual perversion known to man thus far.

They celebrate them, as if they were good. They have parades, special holidays and special events in which they are publicly glorified.
They protect them, as if they were rights. They will even get out in the streets and riot over them.
They ostracize and even attack, legally and physically, all who oppose or "discriminate" against any perversion, immorality or unnatural acts, behaviors or against any supporting arguments or politics.
For them, the sole purpose of sex is pleasure, for they have no concept of the human soul, sacredness, or of God, for all they want is pleasure, and they claim pleasure as their right.

Here's what the Catholic Catechism says about it:

“[E]very action which, whether in anticipation of the conjugal act, or in its accomplishment, or in the development of its natural consequences, proposes, whether as an end or as a means, to render procreation impossible is intrinsically evil” (CCC 2370)

The fact that all Catholics do not follow CCC 2370 does not mean that it is any less of an infallibly defined doctrine. Reality does not change.

History of Marxocrat Animosity to America

We've said all this before but it bears repeating. The authors and ratifiers of the Declaration declared our four God-given and therefore inalienable rights to be Equality, Life, Liberty and Property. From these four would later spring all other constitutional rights.

Rich planters from the Carolinas employed black slaves on their plantations, and they resisted the "equality" idea for all men. They were able to delete Jefferson's total abolition of slavery clause out of the Declaration, notably by one vote. The Carolinas were needed to cement the union of the thirteen colonies against the might of the English crown, so slavery was not abolished with Jefferson's Declaration at the final ratification. This horrific compromise was made because the unification of the colonies was imperative if they were to survive the results of sending the declaration to England, which would be, essentially, a declaration of war.

Each signature on the Declaration was a death warrant for the signer if the American Revolution failed.

E Pluribus Unum does not refer to ethnicities or races, or America being a melting pot; it refers to 13 colonies united under one national government, to form one nation out of 13 states. Each authorized representative of each colony who signed the document, thereby committed and bound his colony to the others, and committed and bound his colony to recognize the federal government that would be constituted by all of their agreement later.

But the fabulous wealth generated by slave labor prevented the plantation owners and other employers of black slaves from recognizing the unique American interpretation of legal equality. They were the faction that eventually took over Jefferson's Democratic Republican Party, which became the Democratic Party, which spent nearly all of its attention and treasure on the single issue of opposing the abolition movement that was born with the arrival of the first Dutch slave ship, and the British Crown's vetoing of the first and all colonial abolition of slavery laws.

It was the abolition movement that gave birth to the Republican Party that elected Lincoln.

The Civil War was fought, at the government level, between the pro-slavery Democrat Party and the pro-abolition Republican Party.
That same Civil War was fought at the population level between those who lived in Union territory and those who lived in Rebel territory. They fought, primarily if not exclusively, for home and hearth.
On both sides, for some abolition/slavery were very important topics; for many others they were mere afterthoughts. No one wanted his property burned or taken over or his family harmed.

Lincoln was assassinated and his racist Democrat Vice President Andrew Johnson became President, undid all of Lincoln's post-war reconstruction agenda and lit the racist fires that established the infamous black codes, the Jim Crow Laws and the Segregation Forever movement. The KKK was a Democrat Party militant enforcement and terrorist party wing.

That's the Marxocrat Party's anti-black racist history.

In the 1960s, mostly under Lyndon Johnson, they morphed into a primarily Marxist anti-American party, and with the black family destroying civil rights laws of the era switched to being an anti-white racist party.

Right. White people sponsoring and feeding anti-white racism.

It is thanks to Marxocrat Party action, and Cultural Marxist education, news reporting and entertainment that today we see a Marxocrat Party voter-base made up of white anti-white racists, male anti-male sexists, Jewish antisemites, and the whole Woke, DEI menagerie of freaky people not only on the streets, but in the halls of Congress and the Court.

And progressively worse generation after generation of American adult spoiled brats and crybabies, who were never in their lives spanked or properly disciplined, and it shows.

They cannot handle life in the real world.

Biden appointed Kataji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court basing his appointment of her solely on her being black, a woman and a champion of LGBTQ rights. That's it. She has no other qualifications. She doesn't even know what a woman is. She is just plain silly.

And she is a lot more typical than atypical of highly placed Marxocrats.

The Marxocrat Party supports dope and everything else that contributes to social chaos and lawlessness. They wholeheartedly support the notion that HBAACOTE¹¹ and that the world's only salvation from human destruction rests in the establishment of a new WBESSWG¹⁷ . A view strongly supported by the WEF, the EU, the UN, the CCCP, the Francis Vatican and, it looks like, the Leo Vatican.

One man - President Trump - put the brakes on all of that.

It is amazing to us how grounded in reality Trump always turns out to be.

And how reality does not change.

No enlightenment, no "reimagining" of anything and no new modern thought can change it. Reality simply is. Deal with it.

Everything is as it was made to be. Everything has a beginning and an end. No new species evolve. Species only go extinct.

In the beginning was the Word; in the end, will be the Word.
