Anxiety, Worry, Irrational Fear, Depression, etc., All Spring Forth As Replacements For Reality And Rationality After The Abandonment Of God

Irrational Fear is the replacement for reality, rationality, critical thinking, and - most especially - proper belief and faith in God.
When and where that doesn't come first, anxiety and worry takes off and grows. It can become emotionally and functionally crippling. It may be true that clinical anxiety and depression have always existed in humankind, but it is also true that these maladies are multiplied and magnified in direct proportion to how belief and faith in God are weakened, and they are at their worst when faith and belief in God is absent.
What the ongoing Marxist cultural revolution in America is doing, before it does anything else, is attacking faith and belief in God. In so doing, it attacks reality itself, replacing actual created reality with all sorts of man-made, conjured into being unrealities - lies - falsely purported to be scientific, and/or somehow proven to be "true", and widely accepted as being real and true. You may call it "Popular Reality". But it is false.
Popularity doesn't make reality. There is one and only one author of reality.
The proper priorities in the living of life are, of course,
- God
- Family
- Country
- Self
Nothing comes before God. After God, nothing comes before family. After Family, nothing comes before Country. Self always comes last.
Marxism, and America's ongoing Marxist cultural revolution, turns this upside down. In the Marxis/Globalist "revolutionary" view, priorities are exactly reversed, to be,
- Replacing the independent self with a totally dependent self
- The replacement of nations with global ruler-ship
- The replacement of families with party controlled communes
- Worship of the ultimate state: a "scientific" global government

Lesson from the first letter of St. Paul the Apostle to the Corinthians
1 Cor. 13:1-13
Brethren: If I should speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but
do not have charity, I have become as sounding brass or a tinkling
cymbal. And if I have prophecy and know all mysteries and all knowledge,
and if I have all faith so as to remove mountains, yet do not have
charity, I am nothing. And if I distribute all my goods to feed the
poor, and if I deliver my body to be burned, yet do not have charity, it

all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Charity never fails,
whereas prophecies will disappear, and tongues will cease, and knowledge
will be destroyed. For we know in part and we prophesy in part; but
when that which is perfect has come, that which is imperfect will be
done away with. When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I felt as a
child, I thought as a child. Now that I have become a man, I have put
away the things of a child. We see now through a mirror in an obscure
manner, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know
even as I have been known. So there abide faith, hope and charity,
these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

the prophets concerning the Son of Man will be accomplished. For He will
be delivered to the Gentiles, and will be mocked and scourged and spit
upon; and after they have scourged Him, they will put Him to death; and
on the third day He will rise again. And they understood none of these
things and this saying was hidden from them, neither did they get to
know the things that were being said. Now it came to pass as He drew
near to Jericho, that a certain blind man was sitting by the wayside,
begging; but hearing a crowd passing by, he inquired what this might be.
And they told him that Jesus of Nazareth was passing by. And he cried
out, saying, Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me! And they who went in
front angrily tried to silence him. But he cried out all the louder,
Son of David, have mercy on me! Then Jesus stopped and commanded that he
should be brought to Him. And when he drew near, He asked him, saying,
What would you have Me do for you? And he said, Lord, that I may see.
And Jesus said to him, Receive your sight, your faith has saved you. And
at once he received his sight, and followed Him, glorifying God. And
all the people upon seeing it gave praise to God.

S. By the words of the Gospel may our sins be blotted out.
The Missal says that the man born blind represents the whole human race. Ever since man was turned out of the Paradise in the person of our first father, he has not known the light of heaven and therefore has suffered through being plunged into the darkness of condemnation.
The first chapter of the Gospel of John tells us that Jesus Christ, the creator of all that is created, showed man the light of salvation, but all men would not come to the light, and preferred the darkness.
The darkness is all that is good and attractive and pleasant in this world, which is temporary. But this life is our only opportunity to "come to the light" and enter into eternity - eternal life. Of, if we so choose, eternal damnation. We all have one shot at it, and this is it.
The ongoing Marxist cultural revolution in America, led by the Marxocrat Party with plenty of bipartisan cooperation from the Republicrat Party is doing everything in its power to destroy the hated American bourgeois middle-class by
- terrifying it with lies,
- convincing it to yield its independence and depend on bigger and more powerful government to save it from all the terrifying lies,
- while feeding and growing a national sense of anxiety
- and fomenting even violent opposition to those who challenge any or all the terrifying lies.
To that end, they have infiltrated, taken over, corrupted and directed religion, academia, philosophy, education, science, medicine, corporate America, art, entertainment, information technology, news reporting and especially politics. The entire American government is now at least infected with if not controlled by the cultural revolution. And so are many state and local governments.
It has been a particularly sneaky infiltration; most organizations and individuals under its control are blithely unaware of how they are affected and indeed politically manipulated and controlled by it.
They have been fooled.
There are the catastrophic ecological lies still bubbling over all across the land terrifying the population, not only the young but many if not most of the old. The purported earth-poisons of oil, gas, coal, CO2, plastic, chemicals, insecticides, fertilizers, non-"organic" foods, electric grids, pipelines, engines, etc., all giving birth to the radical Eco-Nazi political/revolutionary Movement.
All based on lies.
- Man cannot, has not and will not have any serious affect on the global climate no matter what he does or fails to do.
- We are not running out of any fuels or other resources.
- There is nothing wrong and everything right with proper use of fertilizers, insecticides and other chemicals.
- You just cannot recycle all plastic; most of "recycled" plastic quietly winds up in other land fills in other counties or states or even foreign nations.
The recent East Palestine Ohio train wreck presents a classic example.
The train derailment, fire, release and "controlled" burning of huge quantities of vinyl chloride, immediately caused a quite serious aerosol and surface water contamination of a vast populated area. It killed fish, birds and quite a few pets, and many people complained of eye and skin irritation, and headaches. A potential disaster for the area, but it also highlights the automatic gross magnification of long established irrational Eco-Nazi fears of pollutants.
Residents no longer trust government or private corporate tests of city water or well water; they are pre-convinced otherwise, having seen the lies of governments and corporations. Who could blame them?
But it takes quite a bit of time for surface contaminants to get down to well water levels, if ever. The initial government tests of city water supplies showing no vinyl chloride are almost certainly accurate, unless the city gets it's water supply from surface water; extremely unlikely.
Well water is safe from surface contamination unless it is a quite shallow well that went through no thick layers of clay or hard rock. Most wells are hundreds of feet deep and surface water just doesn't soak down that far. Surface water, even from long sustained rains, seldom gets very deep into the ground. Wells that were drilled through impermeable clay and/or hard rock are generally safe from all surface contamination, and most municipalities, and even most private well owners, further depend upon various filtering systems before the water is passed to human usage.
This is pretty much proved by the fact that relatively shallow septic systems just about never contaminate deeper wells, although they have been known to contaminate surface waters. It just doesn't get down that deep, or if it does, by that time is is so filtered and diluted that it doesn't present so much of a hazard any more.
But no one, including especially all the enraged and hyperventilating print and broadcast news people, believes that the municipal water supplies and the private wells of East Palestine are safe for any human usage.
Republicrat governor RINO DeWine announces a safe test of municipal water supply and no one believes him. Why should they? He told them surgical masks would screen out a virus, that Covid vaccines work, that complete shut downs work, that plexiglass barriers work, that social distancing works, that disinfecting surfaces, perpetual hand-washing, elbow-bumping and not going to Mass, to funerals, to weddings, to any gatherings, and not visiting the sick and the dying would work.
But they didn't work. All of that was a pack of lies.
The Covid-19 pandemic was commandeered by the cultural revolution and weaponized early on to help wreck Bourgeois family businesses like restaurants and small shops, stop worship of God and grow government power, and DeWine was either in on it, or fooled by it. What difference does that make? It's still a pack of politically weaponized lies.
The terrible thing is that now that he may be telling the truth he is not believed, and national big-audience broadcasters are screaming bloody murder over the now supposedly "polluted" municipal water supplies in East Palestine Ohio.
Take note of how anxiety has grown and spread through the whole American population since the 1848 birth of Marxism, and especially since the post-1917 birth and growth of Gramsci's Cultural Marxism. This essentially Marxist "Permanent Revolution" has been infecting and percolating through all human organizations for over a hundred years now.
All of its many lies are a setup for the spread of irrational anxiety.
- It may be that PTSD has been a problem for combat soldiers from the beginning, but today it seems that everyone who ever sees combat or gets anywhere near it suffers from PTSD.
- It may be that clinical anxiety and associated depression have always been with us, but today it seems that it is so widespread as to be an epidemic or even pandemic.
- Every newsworthy tragic event is jumped on by news reporters looking anxiously for "how witnesses feel about that", and the call goes out for a convergence of counselors and therapists to come and deal with all the predicted PTSD.
- All victims and all witnesses and all relatives and friends of the victims of any tragic event are now expected to suffer severe anxiety and even clinical depression.
- And many of them now do. After all, it's expected.
But it wasn't always that way. Look at our history. Look at all the Pilgrims, the Revolutionaries, the Civil Warriors, the Indian fighters, the Greatest Generation, etc., went through, making us into the final nation we became. This nation wasn't built on anxiety, but the opposite.
Confidence. Strength. Courage. Determination.
And the best of those virtues were born of proper faith in God.
And that set the proper priorities of God, Family, Country and Self.
Looking to your own ultimate eternal destiny puts it all in proper perspective.
We worry about many things, but one thing only is important.
The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us.
The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.
