On The Illegally Ruling Criminal Political Parties Of The USA
Our Government Is No Longer Ruled By Her Constitution; Our Government And Our Nation Are Illegally Ruled By Our Unconstitutional And Criminal Political Parties

Jamie Harrison and Ronna McDaniel do not see themselves, their work or the political parties they chair as criminal, and no one else sees either of them as criminals, or sees their respective political parties as criminal enterprises.
And that's the problem. The how-to-boil-a-calm-frog analogy fits here.
Today, no one who is bound by the constitution, especially those who have taken the oath of office in which they solemnly swore to be bound by the constitution, even bothers to read the constitution any more.
Thanks to a long history of slow incremental usurpation of all legislation, enforcement and adjudication of law, and of all governing authority and power from the Constitution, and its transferral from the constitution to the political parties, we are no longer a constitutional republic and we have not been a constitutional republic for a very long time.
America is governed today almost exclusively by continually changing, evolving and revolving competing political party agendas, and not by the constitution. The political parties, which are not even mentioned in the constitution, are not constrained by the constitution in any way.
The political parties, which again are not bound by the constitution, are in continuous, never-ending political competition with each other to see what they can do, and/or keep each other from doing. Political parties work outside the constraints of the constitution to do things that are held to be "needed to be done", whether validly (and legally) or not. Every time a politician screams "there oughta be a law!" the contest begins anew. Two points on that:
- No political party is today whatever it was yesterday.
- The constitution is today what it was from the beginning.
Parties "evolve" and are dynamic. The constitution is written and static.
A political party is a "buffer" between a politician and the constitution. The politician is only feeding the "honorable intentions" of the political party when he violates the constitution, whether slightly or greatly.
This is the culmination of the first constitutional argument between George Washington, strict constitutionalist, and Thomas Jefferson, who also loved and revered the constitution, yet favored political parties and political party power. To Jefferson, politics and the constitution were two different things, and he couldn't see, as Washington did, how political power could ever threaten constitutional rule.

Today it may be said that Jamie Harrison owes more allegiance to his party than to his constitution, and that Ronna McDaiel, too, owes more allegiance to her party than to her constitution. And they are not alone in this. It is a near universal reality that everyone in constitutional office and everyone running for constitutional office, and everyone working in and/or supporting politics in America are more committed to their parties than they are to their constitution.
It is indeed a universal flaw. The only exception to the "party loyalty" requirement of all politicians is President Donald J. Trump. There are no other exceptions, and there have been no exceptions for a very long time, right up until Trump.
President Ronald Reagan, one of our most beloved Presidents, and one of the most conservative and successful, was guilty of it. His famous "11th Commandment" was declared to be "Thou shalt not speak ill of another Republican". He too owed more allegiance to his party than to his constitution.
The parties are not seen to be the illegally existing things that they are.
And President Trump is just as feared by the Republicrats as he is feared by the Marxocrats, because he is the first President since Washington to actually threaten not only party unity and party political power, but actual party existence itself.
Listen to them; they're saying it; they're telling us, that if Trump is elected, he will destroy his own party.
In our view, that would be a good thing.
As long as he destroyed all parties and the whole party concept as well.
The Parties are now the locus points of all political power in America. They are ruled externally, both openly and not so openly, by major sources of big political money and big alternative/alternating position, investment and retirement opportunities for party politicians. And those major sources are:
- K-Street Lobbyists
- Crony-Capitalist (Fascist-Marxist) Corporate Interests
- Major news media/information industry/publishing industries
- Oligarchs and Plutocrats like Soros and Gates
- Globalist interests such as the UN, EU, WEF
- "Non-Government-Agencies" for Earth, population control, etc.
- Activist Groups for sexual perversions & racial preferences
- Marxist-Socialist Activist Groups other than the Fascists
- Illegal foreign interests including China, Russia and Iran
The parties are the shield; the parties keep the public from seeing what's really going on. Thus the politicians appear to be loyal to the parties, not to the unseen real owners of the parties.
It's where the book deals come from, and the big paying speech events, the inside investment information, the university chairs, the big corporate executive officer positions, and all the free travel and expenses and yes, the illegal bribes and payoffs. That's how politicians working for modest government pay become multi-millionaires and even billionaires before and/or after they leave office.
You can ask them about it, but believe me, they don't want to talk about it; they will talk their way around it, or they will shut up about it and maybe accuse you of something nefarious.
Political Party Interests Are Not Constitutional Interests
In fact, political party interests of the Marxocrat Party in particular are more often than not criminal. While the Republicrat Party is not exactly squeaky-clean in that regard, the criminality of the Marxocrat Party is glaringly obvious and out in the open for anyone with eyes to see. Just look at the list of criminal scandals of the Clinton, Obama and Biden Marxocrats:

It doesn't matter that none of these were properly or fully investigated, that no one was indicted, charged or tried for any of these crimes; they are still crimes, and they still happened. The important point is that they were not merely individual crimes committed by individual criminals, but that they were also Political Party crimes, aided and abetted if not planned, choreographed and orchestrated by criminal political parties. One party in particular, but with plenty of typical "bipartisan cooperation" of plenty of members of other parties, if not the other parties themselves.
The only thing political party'ers care about is raw political power.
The whole sole reason that none of these crimes were properly or fully investigated, that no one was indicted, charged or tried for any of them is that, the Parties, one in particular, own the DOJ, the FBI, the CIA, most of the court system and judges, several justices on the supreme court, the whole of the Washington DC area court system, including even the jury-pool, consisting as it does of government paid and party-subservient government employees. The reapers of the Marxocrat Party's "Santa Claus" power that pays their way through life.
The infamous criminal "Deep State" is owned and operated by the criminal Marxocrat Party, and so are the Marxocrat Party-protected potentially violent street groups like all the pro-aborts, homo-pride, free-dope, trannie-rights, illegal-alien-rights, Antifa and Black Lives Matter, La Raza, Code Pink, etc.
If it's a sexual perversion, the Marxocrat Party supports it. They love it.
Whatever is destructive of decent American culture they will support.
- The southern border is being purposely held open to alien invaders and border/immigration laws are purposely not being enforced by the Marxocrat Party for criminal purposes.
- Prisons are being emptied, crimes are not being prosecuted, criminals are not being held, justice and enforcement are being restricted by the Marxocrat Party for criminal purposes.
- Fentanyl and other drugs are being allowed into the country to kill American citizens by the Marxocrat Party for criminal purposes.
- Little children are being exposed to explicit sexual perversion by the Marxocrat Party for criminal purposes.
- Students and non-students are being indoctrinated in rewritten false histories of America, the world, the races and the sexes by the Marxocrat Party for criminal purposes.
- Education and News Reporting now promote Socialism and demonize Capitalism as directed by the Marxocrat Party for criminal purposes.
It's high time to do a review of Constitutional Federalism, and how the USA was originally designed to operate.
First of all, the constitution is a legal document written in English that says very specific legal things. It is very easy to read. It lays out the organization and operating rules of the three coequal branches of federal government, establishes their separate powers of legislating, enforcing and adjudicating law, and restricts the areas they may address in law to those enumerated in Article 1 Section 8, as shown below:
[From Article One of the American Constitution:]
Section. 8. The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;
To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;
To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;
To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;
To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;
To establish Post Offices and post Roads;
To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;
To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;
To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations;
To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;
To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;
To provide and maintain a Navy;
To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;
To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; — And
To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.
[Note 1: These are the limited and enumerated legislative powers of the Congress. Nothing outside of this list may be addressed in federal law short of passing a Constitutional Amendment to do it.]
[Note 2: If it cannot be Constitutionally legislated into law, it cannot Constitutionally exist in federal law. The Constitution nowhere grants the Congress the power to "delegate" any of it's exclusive legislative powers to any lesser body or bureaucracy that may exist or be brought into existence. Thus, no "regulation" may be issued to do that which the Congress is specifically prohibited from doing.]
[Note 3: No executive order or action of any kind by the President may establish any rule, regulation or law that the Congress is specifically prohibited from legislating.]
[Note 4: If it does not (and Constitutionally cannot) exist in legislated and signed federal law, the Supreme Court may not Constitutionally hear and adjudicate anything to do with it. The Supreme Court may only adjudicate cases involving existing federal law.]
[Note 5: To quote Article 1 Section 1: "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives." The key word is "All". No exceptions. If it wasn't constitutionally legislated and signed into law, it is no law.]
If it is not listed in Article 1 Section 8 it is none of the federal government's business and you can't make a federal case out of it, short of amending the constitution to do it.
The states are still sovereign entities. No federal law may be brought into being affecting all the states unless,
- it is a listed subject among the limited and enumerated subjects in Article 1 Section 8, or,
- a constitutional amendment is ratified by a super-majority of states to add a new subject into Article 1 Section 8 or some other part of the constitution.
In other words, everything not listed in Article 1 Section 8 is subject solely to state governments to govern.
- Whatsoever is not listed in Artical 1 Section 8 is prohibited from being addressed by the federal government, and left to states, local jurisdictions and the private sector to deal with.
- Whatsoever may be prohibited to or not addressed by state constitutions are left to local jurisdictions to govern.
- Whatsoever may be prohibited to local jurisdictions or not addressed by local jurisdictions is left to the citizenry to govern.
Thus, the federal government is designed to be small, and the subjects it deals with, few. In peace time, holding a federal government office should be the equivelant of holding a part-time job.
What we are describing here is the unique American rule-of-law concept, as opposed to the rule-of-man concept in force throughout all the rest of the world and throughout all of world history.
Our political parties are criminally returning America to rule-ofl-man.

That is the natural tendency of the man of politics; to take us back to rule-of-man.
When you look at what our current federal government is doing to us, you are forced to recognize the fact that they have already done it. They - and not our constitution - are ruling us, and I say ruling rather than governing.
Looking at Article 1 Section 8 above, tell me how any regulating bureaucracy like the EPA ever came to exist and regulate us, with the full power of government and law behind it. How about the CDC. Why does HUD exist. Or OSHA.
President Reagan famously warned the citizenry that the absolute last thing you ever want to hear when you open your door to someone knocking, is "Hi, I'm from the government, and I'm here to help you".
There is nothing - not one thing - that the government does that cannot be done better by a lower level of government, or better yet, by the private sector. And they just keep proving it.
Look at what they did to us to "save us" from the Covid pandemic. They very nearly destroyed all of America's bourgeois middle-class small family businesses, and I believe that was their real hidden purpose from the first moment they opportunistically commandeered and took over the whole pandemic crisis.
They destroyed thousands of restaurants and small enterprises, on purpose.
The overpaid narcisisstic authoritarian twit Anthony Fauci, an extraordinarily well paid liar, has beome the main target of the fraud, but really it was the Marxocrat Party that politically weaponized the pandemic early-on and used it for criminal purposes.
All Any President Has To Do Is Declare Parties Unconstitutional
Political parties are unconstitutional entities. That makes them illegal.
Yet they are in absolute control of both houses of congress. The parties make all the rules.
They have no valid or legal authority over the legislative, executive or judicial branches of government. They have no constitutional authority to pick and choose any candidates for any federal office, or to run any political campaigns for federal office, or run any federal elections, or control any federal political activity at all.
As chief law enforcement officer of the USA, any President can declare political parties to be unconstitutional, illegally existing and functioning, and order the federal government to disassociate from them, declaring all of their political authority to be null and void.
Because they are indeed unconstitutional and illegally existing.
All any opponents would have to do to reestablish any political party would be to draw up a constitutional amendment to do that, send it out to the states for ratification, and then get 38 states to ratify the amendment.
Nothing to it but to do it.
Pray that President Trump is able to get back where he belongs, take out the parties and get us back under our own constitution.
And if he wanted to continue the march and outlaw unconstitutional laws and bureaucracies, he would do well to start with outlawing the Department of Education and breaking Cultural Marxism's control of the national education system. Again, look at Article 1 Section 8; there should not be any national education system.
