Moral Citizen Legal Authority Versus Immoral One Man Legal Authority
Moral Authority is Widely Dispersed; Immoral Authority Must Be Concentrated and Centralized

The only truly legitimate legal authority is moral authority.
The most legitimate legal authority is aligned with the will of God.
Once upon a time, after the flood, there were no kings and no complex governments in authority ruling the people of God, for they had the law, and they had Judges to teach them the unchanging law and judge those who violated it.
It was a just, moral and legitimate law, because it was the law of God.
But the people clamored for a king to be put over them, like all those other peoples around about who were not peoples of God. We talked about this and what happened next in The Way, The Truth and The Life.
The general degradation of the morality of the people of God began with the institution of Kings, and the corrupting temptations that accompany the concentration of all legal authority in one man.
Rule by kings started out not too bad, but degenerating. World history had two major turning points for the good, those being
- the Peace of Constantine and the birth of Western Civilization,
- the Declaration and Constitution of the United Sates of America.
Western (or Christian) Civilization was nearly destroyed from within by the Protestant Revolt, as described in the Fracturing of Christianity. What emerged from all those many decades of bloodshed was a smaller and weaker Holy Roman Empire and a bunch of European Protestant denominational theocratic kingdoms, all at odds with each other and with the still Catholic Holy Roman Empire.
The beginning of the end of Protestant theocratic rule
With the birth of the USA and the ratification of the Constitution and Bill Of Rights, denominational theocratic rule ended, and a "General Christian" nation was born, with God's law at the center of her Judaeo-Christian ethos, forming the root and basis for all of her laws. All of her former colonies - now states had previously been denominational theocracies, with one (Maryland) being Catholic.
The first clause of the first amendment of the Bill Of Rights ended Christian theocracy in America, and everyone was free to worship in the Christian Church of his own choosing.
This was absolutely unique in all of Western Civilization. The whole world sat up and took notice.
The beginning of the end of rule-of-man
Another absolutely unique aspect of the new Constitutional USA was the broad dispersal of legal ruling authority, the legal autonomy of the citizenry and the sovereignty of the individual states.
- The American citizen had a level of sovereignty and self-rule so long as (1) he observed the law and (2) the law was moral law.
- The States held a level of sovereignty and self-rule so long as (1) they observed the constitutionally limited higher authority of the federal government in some areas of law and (2) they did not interfere with the constitutional rights of the citizenry.
The USA was the first and remains the only nation in history that is limited in its power by its own constitution, and that is ruled by its constitution, and not by men.
- The principle by which America is ruled involves the dispersal of power.
- The principle by which other nations are ruled involves the concentration of power.
The exact opposite of original constitutional American government, or, good and moral government, is, of course, bad and immoral government, and in every case of the worst forms of bad and immoral government, all power is concentrated in one man.
China. Russia. North Korea. Vietnam. Cuba. Iran. Venezuela. Syria. Afghanistan. All places beloved of the NFL and the NBA, Nike, BLM, the Social Media giants, the Internet moguls, the Fake News, Hollywood nobility, the Marxocrat Party and the current Biden/Harris administration.
Everything the current administration and their political party does involves the illegitimate, unconstitutional and illegal concentration of governing power, up from the citizen and up from the states, and up from all constitutional restraints, toward one-man-rule, just like all of America's enemy nations.
The only way out of this mess, and the only way to restore America back to original constitutional rule, is to eliminate all unconstitutional regulating bureaucracies as we said in the cut the spending pages, and eliminate all unconstitutional laws, precedents, regulations and orders as we said among the fixing America pages.
American government would then be much smaller, simpler, efficient and workable, and her states and people would be freer and happier.
And, in order to get back to being a people of God, we need to rid ourselves of those who hate God and hate the people of God, and seek to eradicate God's law and suppress, at least, the people of God.
Having failed to anathematize and keep apart from such evil, we now are faced with the actual need to decitizenize and banish them from among us. This means establishing decitizenizing and banishment in our law, to get us back to and keep us what we were constituted to be.
Since they hate America so much, we should help them to be happier elsewhere else, with our blessing.

The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us.
The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.
