Nation-Dooming Bipartisan Middle-Way Political Compromises

Good and Evil are Irreconcilable; Evil Cannot be Merged into Good, Whatever Is Wrong Cannot be Blended Into Whatever Is Right.

The current political brouhaha over American flag burning in America by open mortal enemies of America versus the principle of first-amendment constitutional free speech in America perfectly illustrates the eventually fatal problem of middle-way politics: finding a compromise-with-both-sides settling point in any argument between what is right and what is wrong. 

There is no middle way between good and evil in which good survives. 

Even though the supreme court has held that burning an American flag in public is a protected exercise in free speech, American judges in American courts have punished with fines and jail time American citizens who burned homosexual flags or "desecrated", i.e., spit on or did tire-smoking burnouts on Black Lives Matter street paint. In actual practice in America, you can burn a Bible and that's protected speech, but if you dare to burn a Koran they'll throw you in jail. 

Political compromise is on a one-way street in America. Evil always wins.

Conclusion:

• Speech opposing America is protected.
• Speech opposing anti-Americanism is not protected. 
• America is always held to be bad.
• Opposing and threatening America is always held to be good.

That is demonstrably the position of the entire American judiciary. 

There is no proper middle-way settling point between good and evil. A thing is either good, or it is evil. The fact that one party doesn't think it's evil and another party disagrees is not a good enough reason to compromise the good by incorporating some of the evil into it. 

We have long maintained that the judiciary has unconstitutionally assumed special powers and authorities unto itself that are not to be found in the constitution, that are harmful to the very concept of constitutional rule and that are most harmful to the critical necessity of the application of once commonly applied simple common sense. 

The American judiciary acts as if every niggling little detail of life must be controlled by some legal interpretation of law, and that the American judiciary is the sole and final authority in all of those little details. 

But the constitution doesn't say that. It says that we have three coequal branches, one to legislate new federal law, one to enforce federal law and one to adjudicate cases in federal law. All must obey the constitution to fulfil their respective constitutional duties; none have any more authority over the correct interpretation of the constitution or federal laws than any other; the judiciary particularly has no superior interpretive authority over any laws that the other two branches brought into being and signed into law.

Note that the other two branches brought into being and ratified the very constitution itself, and then, after that, brought into being and established the judiciary to serve as the adjudicating courts of law, and to continue to serve so long as it was acting in "good behavior". 

The high court has used the 1803 Marbury v Madison case precedent to falsely claim judicial superiority in determining constitutionality of laws. That needs to be overturned by one or both of the other two branches. We're not saying that the decision must be totally overturned, but that the special interpretation legal precedent needs to be nullified and set aside. 

By simple common sense, Congress, the Presidency and the Supreme Court should all, equally, have the individual legal authority to declare any law, regulation, order or legal precedent to be unconstitutional, null, no law and void, using the clear English wording of the self-interpreting Constitution itself. 

The Constitution is supposed to rule the government; no part of the government is supposed to rule the Constitution. 

There is no legal room for compromise here. There is no middle-way between the Constitution ruling the federal government and the federal government ruling the Constitution. The Constitution, again, is a legal document, written in English, that says very specific legal things. First, among all the other things, it lays out the three coequal branches and gives them their full operating instructions, their limitations and scope of authority. It is not the other way round. The fact that the court began to compromise supreme constitutional authority by usurping interpretive authority before the ink was dry does not make such compromises legal.

The Constitution is either the supreme law of the land, or it is not. 

There is no middle-way compromise here that is not unconstitutional.

It's like the absurd term "slightly irreverent", because there is no such thing. One is either reverent, or not reverent. "Slightly" does not apply. 

President Trump and/or the MAGA government, during or after the Trump 47 Presidency, needs to

• start overriding and setting aside court declarations and orders outside of adjudications of case law brought before the court. The judiciary does not make or modify policy; the judiciary dose nothing other than judge cases in federal law. 
• Dismantling and shutting down courts that are interfering with congressional laws and/or presidential orders and reestablishing those courts with new judges who will keep their oaths of office.
• Initiate legislation to remove all American attorneys and judges entirely from politics, being politicians and running for political office. All attorneys and all judges at all levels of government should be appointed by executives and approved by legislatures or councils, and be strictly divorced from the political arena, all politics and any linkage to political parties. 
• Investigating and firing and/or indicting politically activist prosecuting attorneys and judges sponsored and funded by George Soros. 
• Put George Soros himself in prison where he belongs. 

As I write these words another mass shooting has occurred in Minnesota, the second in a week, this time in a Catholic Church during Mass. And, once again, the shooter turns out to be another non-binary sexual identity psychotic. It bears repeating:

The blatantly anti-social and anti-civilization atrocities committed by people obsessed with and fixated on absurdities of a sexual nature are  always immediately followed by absurdity-defending politicians, teachers, academics and "experts" who charge all who blame the absurdity in question for the atrocity with being haters, or homophobic, and/or racist, and/or misogynistic, or Christian right wing, and/or white supremacist. Always. Every time. 

(There is no such thing as homophobia. That is a purely political term for a made-up malady used by homosexual political activists.)

Critics of non-binary "genders" are assumed to be haters; those who dare to deny the existence of any of these imaginary genders are charged with "erasing" them, essentially, murdering them with words, which in turn justifies transgender violence in self-defense or something. 

The problem with all of that is that transgenderism in education, backed up by parents who were educated in transgenderism themselves, leads successive generations deeper and deeper into unhealthy obsession and fixation on the topic, to the point of self-destructive and anti-social belief systems that absolutely insist on social acceptance, or else. 

People incapable of coping with the reality of the non-existence of non-binary genders. 

To strongly believe in an absurdity to be hair-triggered for an atrocity.

Note well how the Marxocrat Party is obsessed with all topics sexual, especially perverted forms of sex. They can't get their dirty little minds off of it. They are all about LGBTQ "rights" and they don't care how many normal citizens have to die to protect them. Marxocrats, and not a few Republicrats, actually believe (or would have us believe that they believe) in the existence of non-binary genders, i.e., other than xx and xy chromosome people, that they are a "victim group" that is unfairly or even illegally discriminated against, especially by the hated "Christian Right Wing". 

They deny all non-binary psychotic motives as causes of the latest atrocities by non-binaries, and point to the fact that all or most of theses latest non-binary perpetrators were also white, and therefore they try to switch the blame for the crimes from the non-binary status to the white race of the perpetrators. It makes sense to them, but not to us. 

The language used by LGBTQ political activists, and the Marxocrat Party, is the over-the-top language developed in an earlier era by Femi-Nazi political activists. For instance, the title "chairman", as opposed to chair-person, or just chair, leaves out women, and that, through convoluted logic, is held to be "erasing" half of the human population. Annihilating them. In their Marxist minds, it's the equivalent of genocide. 

Right. 

Well, multiply that mischaracterization by a thousand and you will get what these miscreants teach the trannies they groomed and created from the cradle up to have been taught, that anyone not accepting their new gender or anyone misgendering them is practicing a form of murder. Criticizing their reassigned gender is an act of violence. In fact, silence, not saying anything about it, is itself another act of violence. 

And it moves the transexual to acts of violence, justified, to them. 

If the society would assassinate them, they will assassinate society. 

It all began, as all middle-way compromises with evil always do, with the unconstitutional political party driven legalization of homosexuality and the institution of legal rights of homosexuals. Now, today, after all the trannie mass shootings, the obscene gay pride public spectacles and all the drag queen story hours for toddlers, the "normal" homosexuals are distancing themselves from the rest of the politically activist LGBTQ community, not wanting to be associated with all that glaringly obvious psychosis. They don't want the predictable social backlash to affect them, too, and so they are starting to openly condemn at least the T part of LGBTQ, if not most of it. They seem to be OK with LGB. 

The only problem with that is actual reality. There is no such thing as a "normal" homosexual. They may be conservative, they may even be MAGA Trump supporters, but homosexual is normal is not real. The two terms, homosexual and normal, are mutually exclusive. 

But, under the unconstitutional direction of political parties, the courts have spoken over and over again in establishing and strengthening homosexual "rights" and making it illegal to discriminate against them, or even to speak one word in opposition to homosexuality, in direct violation of the Constitution. (Homosexuality, like heterosexuality, is not to be found among the constitution's limited and enumerated powers of federal legislation.) Opposing homosexuals verbally is "hate speech". 

So here we are. There may be some homosexuals out there trying to be quiet and unrecognized, but there are more of them out there who are activist demonstrators determined to intrude homosexuality into all the rest of our lives against our will. They are forcing themselves on normal society and the Marxocrat Party is pushing them to push us. Like everything else Marxocratism pushes, they want it to even get violent. They insist on open and public displays of homosexuality and they seem to dare anyone to object to them. It's their way or the highway. 

If they demand of a Catholic baker that he bake a homosexual party cake in the shape of an erect penis and he refuses, they can sue him, and likely win the case. Al Sharpton would likely show up to extort an apology, a baking of the cake and donation to his "fund", or put the baker out of business with demonstrations out the wazoo. 

Remember back when they were calling normal society authoritarian?

Look who's authoritarian now, thanks to middle-way compromises. 

Remember, when Cultural Marxism took over formal education way back when, the big educational bugaboo was authoritarianism, which was always equated with Nazism. Children were taught to always oppose authority, and to become anti-authoritarian Revolutionaries:

It was (and is) the educational making of anti-social anarchists and sociopaths, seeing themselves as heroic figures because they were opposing evil authoritarianism, and, like, rules. Rules are bad, because they interfere with liberty. They mistake anarchy for liberty because they don't know any better. They mistake Nazism for authority for the same reason. 

Bottom line here, there is no such thing as a transgender person. 

President Trump and/or the MAGA government, during or after the Trump 47 Presidency, needs to

• Declare all federal laws, orders, regulations and court established legal precedents having anything to do with sex, perversion, marriage, birth control or abortion to be outside the constitutional scope of federal government (not in Article 1 Section 8) and therefor unconstitutional, null and no law.
• Act to commit and institutionalize non-binary psychotics for restorative therapy to return them to normalcy as much as is possible before releasing them from confinement.  
• Remove the licenses and teaching credentials of all day care providers, pre-school and school teachers and other academics who are or have been inducing transgenderism in their pupils.  
• Remove licenses to practice medicine from doctors who are or have been providing "gender affirming health care" in the forms of puberty blockers, opposite sex hormonal treatments, mastectomies, breast implants, hysterectomies, castrations and sex-change surgeries for money. 

And we can say pretty much the same things about all federal regulations, all federal regulating bureaucracies and the very idea of federal "laws" that have not been legislated by Congress and signed by a President. 

If a federal agency's very purpose for being is not to be found in Article 1 Section 8, or, if it unconstitutionally issues federal regulations with full force of federal law behind them, then President Trump and/or the MAGA government, during or after the Trump 47 Presidency, needs to

• Declare the agency to be unconstitutional, unfunded, shut down and everyone in it fired.
• Declare every regulation it ever issued to be unconstitutional, null and no law.

And we can say pretty much the same things about all federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to rifles, shotguns, handguns and machine guns that are in any way restricting of the absolute citizen right to posses and to carry weapons of war, in direct criminal violation of the whole Second Amendment. Every time any level of government anywhere in America restricted citizen ownership of and/or citizen ability to carry military arms, that level of government committed a crime against the Constitution. 

The Second Amendment was not written and ratified to grant American citizens the right to hunt ducks. It was written and ratified to grant the American citizen the right to resist tyranny, including the unconstitutional tyranny of his own government.

In the wake of the ever rising numbers of mass-shooter incidents, gun crimes, increasingly threatening and deadly Islamo-Commie-Homo street riots, all anyone seems to recommend is more laws, or stiffer laws, or stiffer penalties, or laws with real teeth, etc., etc., etc. After every school shooting the call goes out to "harden" schools, get more armed guards in and around them, and so forth. 

It's another stupid continuation of middle-way political compromising that always acts against the simple common sense that existed before the problem ever became a problem. 

The argument against "hardening" schools:

We never should have gotten to the point of hearing the phrase "locked down" applied to schools. It was a prison term, used when there was a prison breakout, or a prison riot. We locked down prisons, not any of the citizens outside of prisons. We don't even see how we have allowed that to be expanded to locking down schools, and now even neighborhoods, because of the murderous actions of "shooters" or other terrorists. 

All that has to be done in reality is,

• The repeal of all unconstitutional gun control laws, which would be all of them. 
• The elimination of gun-free zones, especially schools. 

The citizens themselves would go back to eliminating shooter and terrorist threats on their own. 

Once upon a time, before there was any government (i.e., political party) control of schools, children themselves brought guns to school, especially during hunting seasons. Schools were certainly safer then than they are now. 

Switzerland should be our model. Everyone is required to be armed there, and children learn marksmanship and gun care along with other subjects in Swiss schools. American elementary schools should include programs for marksmanship, gun safety and gun care in their curricula. 

The argument against more laws:

1. Criminals, by definition, disobey laws. Disobeying laws is what makes them criminals. 
2. Law abiding citizens, by definition, obey laws. That's what makes them law abiding citizens.
3. Gun control laws only affect the law abiding, not the criminals. Criminals will always have guns. Gun control laws only disarm the law abiding citizens, to the cheers of the criminals, the Marxist revolutionaries, the Islamic terrorists, the anti-black racists, the new anti-white racists and the wild hedonist political activists.  
4. The more and bigger the lockdowns get, the more the citizenry are trained into fearfulness, helplessness, dependency and hiding behind locked doors. 

We don't need more laws. What we need is a lot less laws. 

The argument against political gun myths:

• No gun ever committed a suicide.
• No gun ever had an accident.
• No gun ever committed a murder.
• No gun ever committed a robbery.
• No gun ever committed an assassination.

People do those things, not guns. A gun is an inanimate object. 

The argument to get America back under constitutional rule:

• Outlaw Political Parties.
• Outlaw anti-American Marxism and Socialism.
• Outlaw Islam.

Political Parties are not mentioned in the constitution and should be no part of federal (at least) government. Political Parties should not be running the House or the Senate. Political Parties should not be running election conventions or picking our candidates for any offices. Political Parties should have nothing to do with nominating judges or justices to the judiciary, or approving them in the Senate. 

Political Parties should be outlawed. 

Marxism and Socialism, in all forms, are antithetical to the American Constitution, and absolutely incompatible with American constitutional rights to Liberty, Property and Due Process. There is no way that any Marxist or Socialist, of any variety, can keep an oath of office to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. Marxism and Socialism, in all forms, are mortal enemies of the Constitution. 

Redistribution of property is against Constitutional law in America. 

Marxists/Socialists need to be stripped of American citizenship and banished from America, and yes, that includes the ones now holding high elected or appointed office. 

Islam, in all forms, is antithetical to and murderously opposed to the American Constitution, the American nation, Christianity and Christians, Judaism and Jews, and all nations and religions that are not Islamic. There is no way that any Moslem, of any variety, can keep an oath of office to defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. Islam itself is a mortal enemy of the American Constitution.

If an American citizen who is a Moslem is really "peaceful" and capable of upholding and defending the Constitution, the nation and the citizenry, then, why is he still a Moslem?

The "holy" scripture of Islam commands all faithful to wage holy war until there is no religion on earth other than Islam and the whole world is under the subjugation and rule of Islam.

That means bringing about the end of America and all other sovereign nations, and all other religions. 

That is more than a little unconstitutional and threatening to America. 

• Sharia law is against the law in America.
• Honor killings are against the law in America.
• Jihad is against the law in America.
• Polygamy, wife-beating, child-abuse are against the law in most jurisdictions in America. 
• The very purpose for being of Islam is against the law in America.

Swearing an oath of office in which the oath taker swears to uphold and defend the American Constitution would be a complete refutation of Islam. So, if a Moslem can truly swear that oath, then, why is he still a Moslem?

Practicing Moslems need to be stripped of American citizenship and banished from America, and yes, that includes the ones now holding high elected or appointed office. 

It's just simple common sense. 

Stop interfering with American citizens arming themselves, get psychotics institutionalized, get criminals into prisons and get the enemies of America out of America. 

And then, obey the law, and enforce the law. 

Very simple; nothing to it.
