Imagine, if you can, an American President simply declaring the EPA, for instance, and all of its regulations to be unconstitutional, therefore illegally existing, shut it down, fire everyone in it and save its whole budget. He could, you know, if he had the balls to do it. There is nothing about it to be found among the limited and enumerated powers of federal government in the Constitution. That makes it unconstitutional, and being unconstitutional make it illegal, which is to say, criminal. The EPA was criminally created.
And once any President cut the EPA, bada bing bada boom,
As the chief law enforcement officer of America he could do it, establishing a new constitutional principle of Presidential Review. The EPA, like a blue million other federal bureaucracies, came to be through the unconstitutional actions of equally unconstitutionally existing Political Parties. The Parties, not the Constitution, took over the running of the constitutional American government, in direct violation of the constitution.
And if a President shut down the EPA and any party(s) wanted to bring it back to life, all they would have to do would be to draw up a constitutional amendment to do that, send it out to the states for ratification, and get a super-majority of 38 states to ratify it.
Nothing to it but to do it. We could say the same thing about a presidential shut-down of any unconstitutional regulating bureaucracy.
Any political argument against that is a political argument against America as constituted by the constitution.
Now, a President Trump might do it, and he might not. But do you see any other presidential candidate out there other than Trump who would or even could do it?
That's funny, neither do I.
They are all party-animals; they all owe more allegiance to their political parties than they do to their nation, their constitution or their voters. Trump is the only one out there that all the parties are out to destroy, and thus, he is the only one out there who should be and could be out to destroy all the parties, too. And, as President, he would have it within his power to do it.
All of their public arguments to protect and keep the EPA going, or to resurrect and re-establish it after it is shut down, would be public arguments against the Constitution they all pretend to be subject to.
How do they do that without publicly identifying themselves as opponents of the Constitution, and therefore anti-American?
The Fair Tax would be applied to retail sales only; not interpersonal sales. Bring something to the market for sale, buyers pay the Fair Tax. Sell your used car to your neighbor, not a taxable sale. Price of retail goods and services would go bananas for a short time until the dust settled. Eventually, they would settle to about where they are now, because, prices of everything today are set after accounting for all taxes. Take those taxes away, and retailers, who are no longer paying any taxes, competitively reduce prices to rake in huge profits. But, the Fair Tax would soon bite into those profits and cause increases in prices to about where they are now, so that businesses could still operate profitably.
Way back when the Fair Tax was first designed it was estimated that about 22.5% of the retail prices of everything sold at retail was attributable to taxes. So, if the Fair Tax rate started out at about 22.5% of retail price, and there were no other federal taxes in existence, the retail prices before and after Fair Tax implementation would eventually become the same. The rate is adjustable, of course.
A bold step might be to reduce it. A gamble, perhaps, but I think a good one. If the Fair Tax rate started out at between 15% and 20%, that would be, in essence, a tax cut, and every significant federal tax cut in American history resulted in an increase in federal tax revenue. No exceptions.
It would be a double-whammy, in that both the federal government would have an increase in revenue, and the citizenry would have more expendable income left in their pockets, both from reduced prices and from reduced taxes, resulting in an economic boom.
Bottom line, America will never be great again unless and until America is constitutional again.
The whole reason Lincoln referred to government of the people, by the people and for the people in his Gettysburg Address is that that is exactly what the constitution establishes. Constitutional government really is of the people, by the people and for the people. The parties have taken that out of force, competing with each other to establish government of the people by the party and for the party.
They no longer see themselves, let alone their parties, as subject to the constitution. Oaths of office are mere ritualistic photo-ops for them.
You, and every American citizen needs to read the Constitution, and not only read it, but study it, learn it and know it. It is designed to govern not only us, and not only our states, but our governments, including the federal government.
They are not supposed to govern the constitution; it's the other way round. The constitution is supposed to govern them. And they hate that. That's why they hide behind their parties, and pretend that their party, but not the other ones, are somehow constitutional.
But none of them are constitutional, and some of them are are anti-American.
It was the political action of the unconstitutional political parties that brought into being all of the existing unconstitutional laws, adjudications, legal precedents, regulating bureaucracies, regulations and executive actions on the books today. They never amended the constitution to do it, in fact, they ignored the constitution to do it, and they directly violated the constitution, and their oaths of office, to do it.
But they don't do that, do they. They aren't bound by that, are they. They all just do as their party(s) direct them, don't they.
Just look at all the unconstitutional laws, all the unconstitutional legal precedents, all the unconstitutional regulations and all the unconstitutional regulating agencies and bureaucracies and all the unconstitutional executive orders addressing all the many matters that are none of the federal government's constitutional business, short of ratified constitutional amendments to make them the government's business.
There are more, but these are the glaringly obvious ones. All of these are subjects that are constitutionally left to the sovereign states to govern, or not, as they choose.
The worst of them were imposed upon America by the parties with the aid of politically concocted "hair on fire emergency" situations to head off, delay or resolve some supposedly super-catastrophic event.
Climate Change is a Communist-Globalist political lie. Get over it. Every part of it and everything to do with it is a political lie aimed at achieving global rulership over a terrified and compliant world population.
President Trump is not to be blamed for the pandemic scare; the potential damage, if it was true, was enough to panic the world, and it did indeed panic the world. Trump did everything he could possibly do to save American lives, and probably more than anyone else could have done, especially with his "Warp Speed" program to get antidotes out there quickly.
It may have been Xi Jinping's greatest trick, if indeed it was his trick, and it just may have been his trick. It was not Trump's fault that the vaccines turned out to be the super-disasters that they were for the vaccinated, and the super-profitable dirty opportunities for the drug companies that they all turned out to be.
(See the Weaponized Wuhan Virus Pages.)
That's the way dirty political tricks go, and that's the way political parties capitalize on the the dirty tricks they don't perpetrate themselves. They never let a crisis go to waste, especially if it is another phony crisis.
Political lies are pervasive throughout Cultural-Marxism dominated formal education, which backs up whatever "emergency crisis" lies that may be politically concocted into being. As we said in our treatment of the Identity Revolution,
Parents today who are shocked to learn of the stupid yet dangerous official teaching of transgenderism to pre-schoolers and kindergartners and who in turn are targeted by the corrupted FBI as terrorists, wonder aloud where this slippery slope began, without realizing that they themselves, through their own educations, have gone way the hell down, over and off the exact same slippery slope.
Awakening "experts", long over and off the slippery slope themselves, opine that it may have begun in the last few decades, or maybe the '90s or the '80s, with sex education starting to go too far.
They no longer question what any sex education whatsoever is doing in any education whatsoever. What does sex have to do with education?
And it didn't start in the '80s, or even in the wild and woolly '60s.
The people who got this whole global Cultural Revolution going all died of old age quite a few lifetimes ago, and today's "experts" are not smart enough to figure that out.
Names like Karl Marx, Frederich Engels, Antonio Gramsci, Georg Lukacs, Herbert Marcus, Theodore Odorno, John Dewey, Eric Fromm, Abraham Maslow are mostly or totally unfamiliar to today's experts. But they got the ball rolling. They were the perpetrators of the educational formation of "Revolutionaries" among the educated children of the world.
That's what your children are being taught, and that's what you, too, were taught, if you are educated.
The newest iteration of of this revolution-through-education holds that all children are the property of the state; not any existing sovereign state, mind you, but the globalist, Utopian state the revolution is creating to take all of their places. Parents? Who the hell are they? Who the hell do they think they are?
Madame Hillary wrote a book on it, titled "It Takes A Commune To Raise A Child". (Excuse me; I meant to say "Village".)
Parents who still claim ownership of their own children are now held to be dangerous counter-revolutionaries! Off with their heads!
And an awakening of Trump to the sources of the Cultural Revolution, and the the availability of the Constitution as a political weapon against it.
It's going to take a bull in the china-shop to wreck the revolution.
The best bull for that job would be Trump 45, and hopefully 47, and hopefully with a Vice President Donald Trump Jr., who could very well become 48, and hopefully with a Vice President of Eric Trump, who could very well become 49.
Only the Trumps might be willing and able to work their way through the required fixing of America and cutting of spending that would restore America to both Constitutionalism and the resulting Greatness.
The only thing Truth has going for Him in this world is us.
The restoration of Truth = Reality in the hearts and minds of men is now totally dependent upon you and me; if we don't do it, it won't get done.

Never be lukewarm.
Life itself demands passion.
He who is indifferent to God has already forfeited his soul.
He who is indifferent to politics has already forfeited his liberty.
In America, religion is not mere window dressing and citizenship is not a spectator sport. Do not allow our common destiny as a whole people to just happen without your input.

Enter ye in at the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and
Broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there are who go in
thereat. How narrow is the gate, and strait is the way that leadeth to life:
and few there are that find it! Beware of false prophets, who come to you in
the clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

"We belong to the Church militant; and She is militant because on earth the powers of darkness are ever restless to encompass Her destruction. Not only in the far-off centuries of the early Church, but down through the ages and in this our day, the enemies of God and Christian civilization make bold to attack the Creator's supreme dominion and sacrosanct human rights." --Pope Pius XII
