There is no stature of limitations on treason, and treason is a capital crime punishable by death. But what about sedition, subversion and conspiracy?

To all outward appearances, the Republicrats are investigating and getting ready to indict Marxocrats in the Russia-Russia-Russia treason. But that's for political appearances. Republicrat Speaker of the House Mike Johnson and Republicrat Senate Majority Leader John Thune are in the Marxocrat Party treason camp, because they both had to approve the ongoing pro forma sessions in both houses of congress to prevent President Trump from making recess appointments. They are in on it. 

With some 140+ nominations awaiting confirmation, and Marxocrat Schumer just waiting to exercise his power to slow-walk the appointment approval process once Congress is back in session, we can expect the process to go on, uncompleted, not even half or one quarter or even one eighth completed until at least the mid-term elections. These purely anti-Trump politically-purposed pro forma proceedings could not have gotten off the ground without the approval of both Thune and Johnson. 

So here we are, staring that hard, cold reality in the face. 

We can't even trust the Republicrat Party. 

Look at the pro-Islam, pro-Socialism, pro-Hedonism Marxocrat Party Political Agenda

Just as Islam is, essentially, a conquest-by-terrorism political movement, Socialism is, essentially, a conquest-by-bloody-revolution political movement. 

Everything in Islam is against the law in America. 

• Sharia law is against the law.
• Honor murder is against the law.
• Murderous antisemitism is against the law. 
• Murderous anti-Christianity is against the law.
• Elimination of non-Islamic religions is against the law. 
• Elimination of non-Islamic sovereignty is against the law.
• Elimination of non-Islamic jurisprudence is against the law.
• Elimination of Islamic blasphemy is against the law.
• Elimination or conquest of America is against the law.
• Conquest of the world is against the law. 

And, just about everything in Socialism is against the law in America.

• Redistribution is against the law. 
• "Retribution" without due process is against the law. 
• Forced common property is against the law.
• Forced communal living is against the law.
• Wage controls are against the law.
• Price controls are against the law.
• Interest rate control is against the law.
• Job control is against the law.
• Education control is against the law.
• Food control is against the law.
• Housing control is against the law,
• Medical control is against the law.
• Insurance control is against the law. 

And, just about everything in Hedonism is against the law in America.

• Federal life control is against the law. 
• Federal marriage control is against the law.
• Federal family control is against the law.
• Federal child control is against the law.
• Federal sex control is against the law. 
• Federal birth control is against the law.
• Federal sexual deviancy/perversion "rights" are against the law.
• Federal pleasure/gratification "rights" are against the law.
• Federal human control is against the law. 

If you disagree and think that any of the above listed items are fair game for legislation, execution or adjudication in federal law, check them against the list of the limited and enumerated powers of federal government in Article 1 Section 8 of the constitution.

If it isn't in there,

1. Congress is prohibited from addressing it in legislation. 
2. If Congress cannot legislate it, it cannot legitimately and legally (constitutionally) exist in law. 

If it doesn't legally exist in law, the executive branch cannot enforce it and the judiciary cannot adjudicate anything to do with it.

1. The judiciary is prohibited from making any law. Making law is the exclusive domain of the congress and the Presidency. Any law made by "legal precedent" is illegal and subject to being declared unconstitutional and therefore null and no law by any President or Congress. 
2. If the subject matter being adjudicated was outside the limits of Article 1 Section 8 the Supreme Court never should have even accepted the case for adjudication to begin with because it was not a federal matter. 
3. Supreme Court legal authority is limited to adjudicating cases in law brought before it, and appealed cases. That's it. It does not bring actions on its own. It has nothing to say about policy or politics, which are in the domain of the Congress and the Presidency.
4. Federal bureaus and agencies are prohibited from making any federal law for the same reason. The constitution nowhere grants congress the ability to delegate any of its exclusive authority to legislate (or regulate) new law to any other agency. Bureaucratic regulations with full force of law behind them are illegal and subject to being declared unconstitutional and therefore null and no law by any President or Congress, or by any Court a case in that regulation or law is brought before.
5. Bureaus and agencies that exist for the sole purpose of "legally" regulating anything are themselves unconstitutional government entities subject to being declared unconstitutional, null, defunded and shut down, and all of their regulations with them.  

So how did we get to this point, where we have or have had, 

• actual legislated and signed and yet obviouisly unconstitutional federal laws such as Obamacare,
• federal court established federal unconstitutional rights to such abominations as abortion and homosexual marriage, 
• unconstitutional federal bureaucratic regulations with full force of law behind them regulating such areas of civil life as education controls, environment controls, minimum wage controls, price controls, rent controls, housing and urban development controls, medical practice controls, medical insurance controls, disease controls, species protection controls, weather/climate/temperature controls, etc., etc., etc., ad infinitum,
• and direct unconstitutional infringements on the second amendment citizen rights, such as gun control, gun registration, gun dealer licensing, interstate sales control, etc., etc., etc.?

And, we might ask, how did we ever elect such champions of racism and such political promoters of anti-Christian, anti-western, pro-socialism, pro-hedonism, pro-Islam, anti-American constitution, and even anti-human Presidents as,

• Woodrow Wilson
• Herbert Hoover
• Franklin Roosevelt
• Bill Clinton
• Barack Obama
• Joe Biden

The answer is: Political parties.

Political Parties destroy all governments. Political Parties destroy every form of government from monarchies to dictatorships, to republics, to parliamentary democracies, to tribes, to you-name-it. Political Parties, which are never any official part of any real government organization, nevertheless take over government organizations, and destroy them from the inside. 

Look at the nations that wound up under one-party-rule and thereafter menaced the peace of the world by trying to expand their power beyond the borders of the nations they were already controlling (and destroying):

• Mussolini's Socialist Party was the Fascist Party.
• Lenin's and Stalin's Socialist Party was the Bolshevik Party.
• Hitler's Socialist Party was the National Socialist Worker's Party. 
• Mao's Socialist Party was the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). 
• Un's Socialist Party is the Worker's Party of Korea (WPK).
• Cuba's Socialist Party is the Marxist-Leninist Communist Party.
• Iran's Socialist-Islamic Party is the latest Ayatollah backed up by the IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps).
• Phony "Palestine's" ruling Parties are or have been Hamas, Hezbollah, PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organization), Global Intifada and Islamic Jihad. 
• Elsewhere in the world, ISIS, Al Queda, Taliban, etc., should all be considered to be Islamic-Socialist Political Parties. 

Political Parties form to consolidate political power. The problem with consolidated power is it doesn't know when to stop consolidating or seizing more and more political power, and it eventually turns to seeking absolute political power, which inevitably means eliminating all opposition. 

All of the WWII era "axis of evil" triumvirate of Germany, Italy and Japan were more in agreement and fellowship with Russia than with anyone else, because they were all political birds of a feather. They all, beneath the surface, were enemies of each other, too, because they all were in competition for the position of most global dictatorship. All had achieved one-party-rule in their nations, and all were obsessed with expanding their party's political power beyond their own national borders, and so they all jealously, watchfully and temporarily allied with each other against common enemies. 

The only reason Hitler was able to get his Operation Barbarossa so deep into Russia right off the bat when he violated his non-aggression pact with Stalin was because Stalin had killed off all of his best generals and practically the whole officer corps of his military in his murderous political purges of millions of Russians. 

(One-Party-Rule cannot allow opposition to continue to exist.)

And then, after winter bogged down the Nazi advance, the only reason Stalin was able to regroup and begin to turn the tide with sheer numbers of Russian soldiers was because of thousands of American supplied trucks ferrying fuel for his thousands of T34 tanks to keep them fueled and rolling against Hitler's Nazis, who had no such trucks, and horse drawn fuel tanks could not keep up with the tanks.

Most Americans are blithely unaware of the fact that all of the biggest, bloodiest, most protracted, longest lasting and highest casualty battles of World War II were all fought inside Russia, between the two greatest Marxist-Socialist forces on earth at the time. 

History should be calling it the battle of the Socialist Parties. 

Both sides were smart enough to mass-produce tanks, but not smart enough to mass-produce the absolutely necessary fuel trucks to keep them running. 

Look at the pro-Islam, pro-Socialism, pro-Hedonism Marxocrat Party Ranking Members

You cannot be pro-Islam, pro-Socialism or pro-hedonism and not be anti-American. Islam, Socialism and hedonism are all antithetical to America. And yet we have all of these mostly Sorosian funded and Alinskyian organized Islamo-Commie-Homos among the leading representatives and power-brokers in the Marxocrat Party.

Bernie Sanders. Tim Walz. Kamala Harris. Hillary and Billary Clinton. AOC. Ilhan Omar. Comrade Obama, peace be upon him. The whole Biden crime family. Chuck Schumer. Nancy Pelosi. Adam Schiff. Jerry Nadler. Fauxahontas Lizzy Warren. Eric Swalwell. Ayanna Presley. Rashida Tlaib. Zorhran Mamdani. Omar Fateh. Brandon Johnson. Gavin Newsom. Karen Bass. 

Add to that nowhere near complete list the treacherous Unicrats pretending to be Republicrats, like Mitch (The Turtle) McConnel, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, Mitt Romney among others. And sitting on the highest court in the land we have absolute Marxocrats Sonya Sotomayor, Elana Kagan and Ketanji Brown-Jackson. 

To be a Marxocrat is to be a flat out anti-American. 

Now Look at the pro-Islam, pro-Socialism, pro-Hedonism members of the Marxocrat Party Voter-Base

Gone are the "Democrats are for the working man" fools of yesteryear. The anti-American voter-base is largely made up of socialist bloody revolutionaries, Islamic terrorists, perverted LGBTQ "pride" activists, the new anti-white racists, including white anti-white racists, anxiety-ridden global warming believers, terrified and masked-up Covid19 worry warts, old time antisemites and the current mostly rich beneficiaries of Marxocrat established black privilege, female privilege and homo and weird gender privilege. They will all get out in the streets and riot at the drop of a hat. 

Conservative commentators today almost laugh at most of the outrageous and downright silly political positions of the Marxocrats Party, hoping they keep it up until the next election, because they're bringing another landslide defeat down on their heads. 

The point that the conservative commentators miss is that Marxocratism is not aiming at the next election, but at the next Civil War. Their voter-base is their cannon fodder. They may be mostly fools and useful idiots, but among them are socialist bloody revolutionaries and real Islamic terrorists. It's all about party power, and the Marxocrat Party is not beyond teaming up with foreign enemy nations/political parties to take Constitutional America down. 

The real goal is global in scope. All the tentacles reach out from the struggle to finally achieve one party global rule. Only Constitutional America is standing in the way. 

That makes Trump and his MAGA majority their chief target.

Our Ever Growing Anti-Human Problem

In 1921 Margaret Sanger founded the American Birth Control League, which became the parent organization of the Birth Control Federation of America, which in 1942 became the Planned Parenthood Federation of America. She was a leading advocate of "negative eugenics" aimed at reduction of sexual reproduction and sterilization of "undesirable" traits. She also falsely associated poverty with unemployment, drunkenness, cruelty, fighting, debts, jails and generally everything bad with large families. And she therefore sought to eliminate large families, as the faux cause of poverty.  

Much of her views on eugenics, especially the Negro Project, were incorporated into Nazism. 

Then in 1968 Paul Ehrlich wrote his hugely popular Population Bomb, predicting the end of human life on earth due to overpopulation, limited resources and unsustainability which would result in mass starvation, wars over food and finally the ultimate death of the last human. 

Both Sanger and Ehrlich were believed and followed by millions, world-wide, because they were seen to be "scientific". 

What this politically popularized pseudo-science accomplished was to fix the necessity and therefore acceptability of population control in the back of the minds of millions of human beings. Human Control. This may have been among Satan's finest achievement on earth. 

What may prove to be worse, for mankind, is the casual acceptance of all the less than and not-so-bad-as human control just ordinary birth control under the nice sounding mask of family planning. It gave birth to and grew the myths that couples will make more money if they have fewer kids, and married couples should put off children until they achieve some target of economic security, and/or that they can't even afford to bring a child into the world, and/or that this world is so horrible they shouldn't ever bring new babies into it. 

With all of that anti-humanity build-up masked as scientific reality arose the "It's a personal matter" sentiment in which the government has no say. People would make their own decisions. At the same time, many, like Sanger, and like Ehrlich, agitated for government to get involved in support of human control. So, 

1. government was not to interfere with personal human control;
2. government was supposed to protect it as a human right.

All of this fed the huge world-wide Contraception movement, the Contraception Perversion movement and the Abortion movement. 

May God forgive us. 

Our Ever Growing Masculinizing Women Problem

The Feminist movement that won the woman's vote was hijacked by the Femi-Nazi movement and perverted into a superior rights for women movement. It's basis is the claim that women can do anything men can do. It then moves on to claim a legal right to do "men's work" and to be hired to do any and every job men are hired to do. 

The idea may have been augmented by the "Rosie the Riveter" ads when women were working in defense factories while the men were off fighting the war. 

But the fact is that, especially in many of the more physical jobs, women cannot work as hard, as long and as productively as men. That's just a fact. Add to that fact the fact that women take more time off than men and someone has the do her job when she doesn't show up. It's just an unavoidable fact that women get pregnant a lot more often than men, regardless of what Tim Walz or Pete Buttigieg might say about it. That means time off; paid time off, and lots of it. 

Maternity leave means someone is paid to not be productive, which has a serious negative effect on the employer's profit margin, which in turn causes a lowering of all wages across the board, just to stay in business.

Despite these negatives, women insist on equal pay for equal work, and they now get it. The economic problem with that is that it drives all wages for that kind of work down, because of the lower productivity of the women workers. Men's wages, too, take a hit. When everyone's wages go down, guess what, it becomes necessary for both parents to work just to keep even. 

Because of the women's drive for equal work, and then for equal pay, all resulting in lower wages for everyone, women who prefer to stay home and raise the kids are economically forced to go out and get a job too. 

Depending on day care, baby sitters, grandparents, all for what? Money? How much? 

It's time to recognize and debunk the myths. Men are built to work for the family; women are built to keep and run the house and the family. No one is going to starve or do without because of any newborn. Even in the humblest circumstances, there is always room for another baby.

Probably among the happiest and eventually wealthiest families in America are those that came out of the largest and perhaps economically poorest Appalachian families.

If a poor dirt farmer and his wife in the Ozarks can have ten healthy happy kids, so can anyone. 

Babies do not cause poverty.  Every baby is a blessing. 

Our Ever Growing Homeless Street Population

Marxocrats of the 1950s and 60s politically agitated for and achieved "Urban Renewal" projects aimed at shutting down the "unsightly" skid-row slums in American urban areas. All the 25 and 50 cent per night flophouses were torn down as vermin infested fire hazards and potential hideouts for criminals and fugitives from the law. 

The problem with that was the derelicts, bums, drunks, addicts and down-and-outers who sheltered there had no place else to go; that was all they could afford to pay for. Vermin infested fire traps that they were, the skid row flophouses were still shelter from the elements.

That former skid-row population forms the base of the homeless encampments that we see today in all major American metropolitan areas. 

These encampments are not the same as the "Hoovervilles" of the depression era. In those days, such encampments were more hidden from view, along riverbanks and railroad tracks on the outskirts of towns. They were largely left alone by police as long as there were no complaints, because those were hard times for everyone. Many of the homeless knocked on doors asking for food, and people fed them. 

There were vagrancy laws in those days, and you could be arrested for vagrancy, defined as having no address, no employment and less than some arbitrary number of dollars in your pocket, usually around $5. Arrested vagrants would spend the night in jail, be fed, and dropped off at the county line and told to not come back until and unless they were gainfully employed or no longer vagrants. 

That was then, this is now. 

Our Loose On The Streets Insane Population

Marxocrats of the 1950s and 60s, known as the "bleeding heart Liberals" politically agitated for and achieved legal "freedom" for mental patients in psychiatric facilities including asylums who had been "committed against their will", and who were suffering from mental maladies said to be controllable through outpatient treatment including prescription drugs. 

Out from under supervision in mental facilities, freed mental patients predictably went off their meds and off their outpatient treatment. That's why today we see people in downtown areas of American cities talking to, raging at or even boxing with people who are not there. 

Our Loose On The Streets Criminal Population

Marxocrats beginning in the 1960s and 70s fought to end the perceived racial disparity among prison convicts by arbitrarily releasing black convicts before serving full sentences, and to end the perceived racial disparity in actually prosecuting, convicting and sentencing black criminals, until after a theoretically equal number of white criminals were prosecuted, convicted and sentenced. 

The fact that blacks committed most of the crimes was denied, and it came to be popularly, politically and even legally assumed that all racial disparities in prisons, court adjudications and police interactions were specifically racist. 

From that Marxocrat political success story came the expansion of the program to include other criminals, including even white ones, if they were supporters of Marxocrat agenda(s) if not the party. Marxocrat politicians began to court the criminal vote, both in and out of prisons. 

Criminally established and criminally maintained "Sanctuary Cities" not only commit crimes to hide, protect, aid and abet illegal alien fugitives from justice, but American criminals too. The Marxocrat Party is, after all, a criminal enterprise. 

Keeping vibrant criminal activity going on the American streets while defunding, demoralizing and even eliminating police is why so many citizens are being mugged, robbed, carjacked, raped and murdered, and why so many stores and shops are being ransacked, looted and put out of business. It's why no one feels safe in American cities any more. 

Our Loose On The Streets Drug Addict Population

The self-dooming notion that smoking dope is good for people may have begun to be popularized by the "Beat Generation" Beatniks of the 1940s but it really got off the ground with the 1960s Hippy Movement, Timothy Leary psychedelics and the Woodstock free dope, free sex, make love not war anti-morality orgy. You still see these aging hippies today with their psychedelic-colored clothing and their dope-laced vape inhalers. 

"It's not addictive", they proclaimed, and they agitated to get it legalized. Today, in many if not most major American cities, you smell marijuana everywhere, you see drugged people sleeping it off on the sidewalks, stoned people staggering around in the middle of the street, addicts openly shooting up with needles, discarded needles everywhere, crack pipes everywhere, and the glazed eyes, blank stares and ravaged starved looking wasting-away bodies of the sort that once were only seen in opium dens, but now are commonplace sight on American city streets. Pedestrians have to step over them and around them. 

And what do the Marxocrat politicians do for them? They supply free needles. Methadone. Other opioids. Sympathy, empathy and legal protection of their "rights" to just keep on doing dope. 

And the original "it's not addictive" sentiment is now in ascendency even in conservative and Republicrat America. It's the new "there's a pill for that" mentality that can be applied to every imaginable personal problem.

Are the kids driving you up the wall after a hard day's work? Pop a Sean Hannity CBD gummy and like, relax, man. You won't even care when the kids are burning the house down, and, like it's not as if they were addictive or anything. 

Having trouble getting your needed sleep? Try Relaxium, and you'll never stop using it for the rest of your life. But it's not addictive; Mike Huckabee says so in all the advertisements. And so does Bill O'Reilly, who says "I depend on it", and so will you once you start taking it, because it works so well.  But it's not habit forming. Just effective. See?

Got a problem with anxiety? There's a pill for that too, over the counter, which means its not addictive. 

Fat? Diabetic? Try Ozempic. Every 15 minutes on most channels you can see the same add with hundreds or perhaps thousands of fat Ozempic users joining a parade down some main street in boring repetition, and they're going to keep running that commercial every 15 minutes until everyone who is not on Ozempic is on Ozempic. 

Apparently the TV producers are now hopelessly addicted to such ads. 

Our Loose On The Airwaves "Cause Of Crime" Lies

Most of the news media, most of the entertainment industry and much of corporate America are solidly in the anti-American Marxocrat Party camp. Say thank you to the progress of the Cultural Marxism movement. 

Contrary to the giant popular myth, poverty is not the root cause of crime, nor is race, or sex, or membership in any victim or disenfranchised minority or group. The root causes of crime are greed, avarice and opposition to law and authority, and the root cause of that is denial of or opposition to God and to His rightful place in our real lives. 

Capitalism does not cause poverty; quite the opposite; Capitalism creates wealth, and is the sole source of new wealth, and the sole source of the wealth of nations. Socialism, on the other hand, induces poverty, on a massive scale. History proves it, again and again. 

The sole reason for any rising crime rate is criminals being allowed to get away with committing crimes. The solution is simple: citizens obey the law, and government enforces the law. Very simple; nothing to it. 

Our Loose On The Airwaves "Cause Of Suicide" Lies

Movies, sitcoms, commentary, editorials, spin on news and even corporate advertising demonizes guns in the hands of the citizenry almost universally. A current "public awareness" ad dramatizes conversations the neighborhood has with new neighbors, regarding guns in the house, so parents can know whether their children can play with the new neighbor's children going in and out of the new neighbor's house. Why? Because, as the ad seriously states, 

Of course, that's a lie. No gun ever caused a suicide. If guns caused suicides, most Americans would already be dead. 

What causes suicide is the despair that grows in the absence of God. 

Despair is the potentially mortal sin that is the exact opposite of Hope.

The Godless and ungodly Marxocrat Party does everything in its power to feed despair, anxiety, anger, rage and hatred in their voter base, and then blame all that despair, anxiety and rage on inanimate guns. They now have not only children, but grown up Americans almost frozen with terror over the supposed impending doom of mankind over their global warming hoax and the cancelation of their stupid Green New Deal. They have swarms of gender-confused citizens ready to start shooting people who do not bless and approve of their particular educationally-induced psychotic gender disorder. 

Cleaning It Up, and Confronting or Heading Off the Civil War

It is high time to start committing insane people to institutions against their will. 

It is high time to start committing addicts to institutions against their will. 

It is high time to start putting criminals back in prison where they belong. 

It only took President Trump four or five days to make Washington DC safe again for civilized people to come out in public and walk the dog, just walk around the block or go to a restaurant in safety. It's high time for the whole district of Columbia to get back under federal government control and get the whole independent city government out of the picture entirely, and permanently. 

Before that, the least that might happen to anyone who ventured outside their locked up home might be to be greeted by one of the enraged Marxocrat haters screaming "No Justice, No Peace!" in their face. As if they had done something against justice.
