Poor Rush. He's explained it now so many times he's turning blue in the face, and still, his most committed Trump-bot callers, and Cruz-bot callers, just don't get it. Or they won't accept it. Or they can't believe it. Maybe the problem is that they've allowed themselves to become Trump-bots and Cruz-bots, and they're now blind to any other possibilities.
Let me try to put Rush's simple explanation forward again, in print, regarding the Party process for selecting a Party nominee for President:
Other than "optics" and tricky political appearances aimed at fooling people, the ordinary citizen vote has nothing whatsoever to do with it. Now, some states, indeed most of them, actually tie some or most Delegate votes to an actual popular vote; but none of them have to do that, and if they choose not to, they don't even have to hold an election. All they have to do is inform the running campaigns and candidates of what their rules are way ahead of time.
Candidates either play the Party game, or they do not, at their option. The Party is completely in charge. That's the problem.
We are a Constitutional Republic. Originally, per the original pre - Wilson's 17th Ammendment Constitution, the only federal level candidates elected to high office strictly by popular vote were members of the House of Representatives. The members of the Senate were appointed and recalled by duly elected State governments, serving at the pleasure of the State government, not the voting public. Two Senators each, from every state, making up a counter-balancing House, to temper the negative affects of a Pure Democracy in Congress. And to provide stability in government, giving each State government, no matter how small, an equally strong voice in the legislation of Federal Law. Both Houses are required to pass a law.
The Marxocrat Party, under Wilson, threw that out the window, and turned the Senate into another body of professional politicians, out solely for the citizen vote, with lessened or lost interest in the needs of their own State governments. Moving us closer to being a pure Democracy, as typified by a lynch mob, or the howling mobs of the French Revolution. (We really need to repeal the 17th Amendment.)
Per the Constitution, American Presidents are elected by Electors from each state, who exist in numbers equal to the numbers of the members of the House of Representatives and the members of the Senate, combined; but the Electors cannot be members of either House, or serving in any elected or appointed high government office.
Currently, 270 Electoral votes are required to be elected President.
Unlike the Delegate process that obeys only Party rules, the Electoral process follows Federal and State government rules. The individual States decide on who will be appointed an Elector. In general, the vast majority of Electors simply follow the popular vote in their districts or precincts. But they were selected by the States, and the reason they were selected by their States, most usually, is that they have that State's interests at heart. If their interests are divided between their State government and their neighbors in their voting district, it is hoped by the State that they will give more weight to the State's interests. But not guaranteed.
When we vote in a Presidential election, we are actually voting for the appointed Electors in our districts and precincts. They - the Electors - will later vote to elect the President.
Thus, the unique interests of the duly elected State governments are represented along with the popular vote of the whole nation in the election of a new President.
Political Parties are nowhere mentioned in the Constitution. They are unconstitutional entities. They are private for-profit business enterprises. They employ professionals. They serve special interests outside the government.
They adversely affect American politics, up and down the line.
Who do Mayors and City Councils, and County Governments serve first, before anyone else? Political Parties.
Who do Governors and State Legislatures serve first, before anyone else? Political Parties.
Who do Presidents and Congresses serve first, before anyone else? Political Parties.
Allegiance does not go to the nation first, but to the Party.
So, the State may pick it's electors, but, the Party runs the State, so the Electors will be selected based more on Party allegiance than State government allegiance.
So it aint' just the Delegate system that is corrupted. Party corruption runs up and down the line, affecting everything.
I recently learned that the original root of the word Diabolic is Divider - one who divides. And that is what Satan does best. He gets inside of an institution or an entity of some kind, and then divides it against itself. It is purposeful division, under the disguise of promoting Diversity, and gathering, in the interest of Justice and the end of Classes. That's what all the Divide and Conquer Pages are really all about.
And that's what our Political Parties are all about.
The Marxocrat Party is only interested in advancing Marxism at the expense of Constitutional America.
The Republicrat party is only interested in maintaining itself and its huge cash flow and its own profitability and the protection of its professional members and their careers. And growing the government to keep it all going.
Neither Party loves the Declaration or the Constitution or the People.
They represent a house divided against itself.
I don't know if you noticed the "Paul-bot" movement not long ago. Ron Paul somehow gained such a following of die-hard, committed followers that you would have thought he was a rock star and his followers were thrilled teeny-boppers. Nothing he could say or do could dissuade them from clinging to his every word.
When he wasn't being a "Truth-er" believing Bush was really behind 9/11, he was holding that "we asked for it" by our stealing oil or something. His answer to Islamic Jihad was to just leave those people alone; it had nothing to do with anything in the Koran, but only with something we did, or didn't do, or could have done. Or something. Whatever it was, Mohammed had nothing whatsoever to do with it.
Well, nowadays we have Republicrat political camps that have hardened their positions into becoming Trump-bots and Cruz-bots, and Never-Trumpsters, and Never-Cruz-ers. Absolutely convinced that one is evil and the other saintly, or that one is perfect and the other fatally flawed, or one will destroy the nation and the other will build it up.
And none of those are true.
If either Trump or Cruz are elected President, we will have something we have not seen in a long time, the open lies about it coming from the Marxocrats not withstanding:
If Trump is "The Man", both Parties will strongly resist every single thing he tries to do with everything in their power. His own Party hates him as much as the Marxocrats.
If Cruz is "The Man", the Marxocrats, or what's left of them, will oppose him absolutely; but the Republicrats - no matter how the despise him - will oppose him only up to a point, that point being, the point of committing political suicide. It will be kind of like when Reagan was in office; they hated him, too.
The Constitution not having been thoroughly destroyed yet, a real Constitutionalist can really make opponents of the Constitution look bad in the eyes of the voters, and destroy them, and they know it. He will have coattails.
We have all got to get off of this "if that guy is the nominee I won't vote", or, "if that guy wins I'll vote Marxocrat". That is a purposeful dividing of our American house. Civilization is at stake here. Barbarity is on the march.
We need to unite on what we can unite on. Religiously, we may consider each other to be heretics of one sort or another, but if we share the same Judaeo-Christian Ethos, we can climb aboard the Western Civilization Lifeboat together, and get along with each other.
We don't have to all belong to the same denomination or interpret the Revelation in the same way to build a decent civilized culture.
That's Religion, and this is Politics.
If you believe and follow the same Ten Commandments, for God's sake, get on the lifeboat.
If we follow different interpretations of the original Scripture, at least it all came from the same common source. Even the Jews share our Old Testament.
If any atheists or alien religions can commit to supporting and not opposing our common morality, our legislated law, our Declaration and our Constitution, help them aboard, too.
That leaves Secularists out, and that leaves Moslems out, because they seek to impose their "religion" on everyone, in violation of the Declaration and the Constitution.
But what about pure Politics, disregarding Religion?
If you believe in man's freedom to work by the sweat of his own brow and thereby to prosper himself and his family through the work of his own hands, i.e., The Pursuit Of Happiness, then for God's sake, get on the lifeboat.
If you have been fooled into believing that all economic problems of the world stem from a problem of Distribution of property, leave that notion behind.
Any politician who promotes Distribution seeks and intends to become the one who does the distributing, which is to say, the dictator. Because, in his mind, no one else will do it "fairly".
Give people Liberty and the right to "get ahead" and they will do it. Distribution takes care of itself. Charity is a product of the Judaeo-Christian Ethos, not of atheism, not of secularism and not of anything else. If the people are moral, and the Churches are strong, the needy will be taken care of.
It's not a distribution problem; it's a lack of human liberty problem.
There is nothing in the Constitution about any "Safety Net".
But there is something protecting the practice and living of our predominantly Christian religion in the Constitution. And charity is an absolute requirement of Christianity.
Don't be a Trump-bot or a Cruz-bot. Concentrate on stopping the advance of Marxism in America and the world, and on stopping the Criminal Alien incursions, particularly the ongoing Moslem invasion.
They are not who we are. We are who we are.
Are we to become them?
This election has to go by the Party rules; that's just the way it is. But after this election, think hard about how to dismantle and take apart and eliminate the whole damned Party system.
And how to get back to simple Constitutional basics.
And stop poor Rush from beating his head against the wall.
Seek the Truth; find the Way; live the Life. Please God and live forever.

I agree with you that parties are not in the Constitution. Unfortunately, if the answer is to make them illegal, then that solution is just a band-aid and the problem is not solved and it will come back.
We have to create or try something that will make people want to abandon parties because the new way is better.
Go ahead and ask, 'what is it?'(although that will most likely retard the effort). I'll tell ya, "I'm working on it."

We don't have to make them illegal, because they are already illegal.
The New Way is the Old Way.
The big point is this: If Constitutional Government is doing something not called for by the Constitution, that something, whatever it is, can be simply declared to be Unconstitutional and therefore Null and No Law, or No Regulation, or No Legal Precedent.
That's what the Court did in Maybury v Madison. That's what a President with the balls to do it could do to Roe v Wade, or Everson v Board of Education, or a blue million other examples.
No politician, in any office, could have any legitimate, legal or Constitutional objection to declaring something that is clearly unconstitutional to actually be unconstitutional, null and void from that date forward.
To carry it further forward, any sitting government official, whether a President, a Senator, a Congressman or a Supreme Court Justice who actively participated in establishing unconstitutional law or regulation or legal precedent upon the American citizenry could be and should be impeached from office, for violating the Constitution and his oath of office.
The very reason this government exists is to protect American citizen rights from the American government.
How many of them do you suppose even recognize that fact today?
Never be lukewarm.
Life itself demands passion.
He who is indifferent to God has already forfeited his soul.
He who is indifferent to politics has already forfeited his liberty.
In America, religion is not mere window dressing and citizenship is not a spectator sport.
Do not allow our common destiny as a whole people to just happen without your input.

Enter ye in at the narrow gate: for wide is the gate, and
broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there are who go in
thereat. How narrow is the gate, and strait is the way that leadeth to life:
and few there are that find it! Beware of false prophets, who come to you in
the clothing of sheep, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Purpose of this grouping of links is to provide a record of how Political Parties outlive their original purpose for being, change agendas and come to exist merely to take and use political power, with no fixed and unchangeable principles, such as patriotism, citizen representation, constitutionalism, etc.
The Political Parties Pages
George Washington warned of the danger of the rise of Political Parties, and their inevitably destructive influence on good government. He was right. We are now ruled, not by our Constitution, which is no longer recognized as the supreme law of the land. We are now ruled by the Parties, and by the owners of the Parties, who comprise America's New Ruling Class. They who now own and operate all three branches of American Government.
Damn the Delegates, and Damn the Party, but Not the Two Best Candidates. It is the Delegate System, and the Party System, that Trick Us and Diabolically Divide Us.
Unconstitutional Party Delegates Unconstitutionally Picking Party Nominees. Unconstitutional Party Delegates of Unconstitutional Parties Unconstitutionally deciding who gets to run for President.
Unifying Hatred pulls the Political Parties together in Bipartisan Cooperation. As time goes on our two main Parties have less that divides them, as they agree more and more on varying kinds of Unifying Hatred.
The Rampant Unconstitutionism in Marxocrat Party Positions. Chris Matthews' question of Trump re punishing women for getting abortions puts Leftist Unconstitutionism on open public display.
The Political Party System that Runs America Despite the American Constitution. Cruz's Pro-Constitution agenda, and Rush's Anti-Liberal/Democrat Party agenda, aren't going anywhere while the Political Party System Itself Still Exists.
On Democratization out of Common Sense and Liberty, and into Marxism. Democratization out of the American Republic and into Marxism relies on the prerequisite educational assassination of simple common sense.
There is nothing wrong and everything right with American Nationalism. American Nationalism: fierce pride in America as Declared and Constituted; the exact opposite of Nationalism combined with Marxism-Socialism-Communism, Democracy, Monarchy, Theocracy or Dictatorship.
Governing by Phony Crisis, and Doubling Down to Grow Government. In the Governing by Phony Crisis scam, no crisis ever gets solved; they only grow, and multiply, and Grow Government.
Party Politics: Treachery and Betrayal of the Citizenry and the Constitution. The Ruling Elites are so steeped in their sly Treachery and Betrayal, so into themselves, so Certain, so broken from actual reality that they still do not understand Trump's continuing rise to power.
We're all looking for the Candidate who might fix our Anti-American Court. The next President might get to appoint four new Justices; that's all well and good, but why don't we even think about Impeachment for the majority of them right now?
Trump and Palin: Why are they considered to be the incompatible "Odd Couple"? If there's an incompatible "Odd Couple" it is the Tea Party and the Republicrat Party, not Trump and Palin, both of whom fully intend to stop exactly what we the people want stopped.
Replacing Scalia calls us to Restore American Constitutionalism.
Replacing Scalia is not enough; his Spirit calls us to Restore the
Constitution to its rightful place as the Supreme Law of the Land.
The Crony Capitalists who enrich the Capitalist Communists in our government. Crony Capitalists buy the Politicians who favor them with subsidies and favored tax breaks, and keep raising taxes to get richer and richer and richer.
All the secretly Capitalist Communists in America's Marxocrat Party. The Corrupt Crony Capitalist Communists getting filthy rich while pushing Marxist-Socialism on rest of the nation.

Current Democratic Party platform reveals anti-Semitic streak among Liberals. In their voting, their speechifying, and in the slant of their controlled mainstream media reporting, the current Democratic Party Platform is made clear to all observers.
The Confederate Flag is also the Democrat Party Flag. Surprise. It's the Democrat Party Flag. "Democrat" is Synonymous with "Confederate", and should be used interchangeably.
Crony-Catholicism? Really? The USCCB is advancing Obamunism? Say it ain't so, Joe! It's bad enough that we now have so many Marxified Bishops, but now they actually act against the faith?
Has the USCCB morphed into the Catholicrat Party with it's own political agenda? Our Democrat Party is now Maxocrat; our Republican Party is now Republicrat; has our USCCB gone Catholicrat?
The Republicrat Liars: Cooperating in the Destruction of America. All Marxocrats always lie; therefore, Republicrat Liars are the most treacherous liars.
Stupid Political Arguments: False Premises and Talking In Circles. Presenting the stupid political arguments of our Marxist Democrats, always initiated and publicly argued for them by their News Media.

Obamunist Assassins: Could pre-planned assassinations bring him back to power? Does a President of a Capitalist Christian nation, who was raised by Communists and educated by Moslems, really intend to permanently leave office?
"We belong to the Church militant; and She is militant because on earth the powers of darkness are ever restless to encompass Her destruction.
